As an Engineering Manager at Justworks, you will help build and oversee a team of software engineers as a player-coach. We are hiring a Personalization Solution Architect with deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation to join Contentful’s Professional Services team. This role is designed for a practitioner who has built, operated, and scaled personalization programs in production, and who also brings the hands-on technical skills required to implement those programs in modern, composable architectures.
This is not a generalist Solution Architect role with light exposure to personalization. Success in this role requires strong opinions and real-world experience across audience strategy, decisioning, experimentation, and measurement—paired with the ability to design and deliver high-quality technical implementations using Contentful Personalization.
You will work directly with customer engineering, product, and marketing teams to design and implement advanced personalization and experimentation solutions, while also serving as a customer-facing extension of Contentful’s Product and Engineering teams. Your work will help reduce implementation risk, accelerate time to value, and create tighter feedback loops into product development—specifically for complex personalization use cases.

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $129,600 and $232,200/year with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $144,000 and $258,000/year (including bonus or commission). We’re looking for a seasoned Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer to join the Finance Pod, which builds and maintains the complex systems that power advisor payments at Fora. This pod owns the end-to-end advisor payment system and experience (covering booking data ingestion, commission collection, and payouts), and is expanding quickly into new fintech and payment products.
In this role, you’ll work across the stack to design, build, and iterate on both advisor-facing experiences and internal tools that support reconciliation, data accuracy, and integrations with payment partners. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Operations to bring trust, visibility, and efficiency to every interaction involving advisor earnings. Example projects include building smart visualizations for the Payments page, shaping our traveler invoicing experience, building payout statuses and notifications in the Advisor Portal, and integrating with new financial platforms and services.

In addition to the above qualifications, a Senior Frontend Engineer should have experience leading projects and mentoring junior developers, as well as the ability to work independently and drive technical initiatives. They should also be comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend engineers, to deliver high-quality products that meet business goals and user needs.
For candidates in NYC, CA or CO, the salary range for this role is $195,000 - $300,000 per year. You may also receive a bonus, stock options, and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, and skillset.
Maven embraces a flexible hybrid work model. Our teams primarily operate from the New York Metropolitan area, NY, and remotely via San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, Seattle, WA, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, and Washington, D.C. For those in our New York City office, we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to work onsite three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). For those based in San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, Seattle, WA, Boston, MA, Chicago, IL, and Washington, D.C., we encourage in-person collaboration by requiring team members to attend quarterly Work Together Days within these cities.
