Compensation

Our cash compensation for this role ranges from $141,000 to $176,000/yr in Denver, Phoenix/Scottsdale, Las Vegas, and Atlanta, and $166,000 to $207,000/yr in San Francisco and New York. Canadian candidates based in Toronto can expect a range of CAD $133,000 to $166,000/yr. Final offer amounts depend on a number of factors including candidate location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Charlie Health is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid marketing ecosystem across both B2C and B2B audiences. The total target base compensation for this role will be between $101,000 and $130,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Compensation & Benefits 

Compensation includes a base salary of $120,000 - $160,000 (based on level & experience) plus equity ownership, giving you a meaningful stake in Amae's growth. Position Summary

Who you are: You will serve as the primary day-to-day client contact on a specific piece(s) of business. This role involves deep client vertical knowledge which leads to managing the account, developing and executing innovative search media plans that address the client’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities

· Key participant in strategic search planning and execution

What you'll do:

• Take ownership for representing 1-2 of our most strategic relationships with The Trade Desk’s largest Technology clients nationally

What You Will Do:

• As a Media Solutions Senior Analyst you’ll support the overall team on a day to day basis 
• You will serve as primary client point of contact for clients and as support point for other clients when needed
• Leading 1-2 clients and supporting your team members across 4-8 clients

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 1-3+ years of full-time digital optimization experience required (e.g. Programmatic/DSP media buying)

About the Role:

The Marketing organization at PitchBook fuels growth by orchestrating full-funnel demand programs, effective product marketing, and brand amplification. 

Within Marketing, the Digital team is responsible for executing high-impact, measurable programs across paid media, SEO, ABM, email, and web. Operating at the center of channel execution and cross-functional collaboration, the team supports go-to-market campaigns, product launches, and always-on demand programs. As operations scale, the Digital team is building the structure and rigor needed to enable predictable planning, execution, and alignment across stakeholders. 

The Performance Marketing & Media team is a core function within Digital, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Web/SEO, Content, Creative, and Commercial teams to plan and execute integrated, audience-led programs that connect awareness to pipeline and revenue. The Director leads this team and fosters a culture of curiosity, testing, accountability, and continuous improvement. 

As Director, Performance Marketing & Media you are a senior leader responsible for owning PitchBook’s paid media strategy and investments across SEM, paid social, programmatic/display, content syndication, digital ABM, and emerging channels. This role is accountable for pipeline and revenue contribution, driving efficient customer acquisition, expansion, and retention in partnership with Go-to-Market Campaigns, Commercial, and Revenue Operations. You will set the vision, operations model, and measurement framework for your channels and lead a high-performing team and agency partners to deliver predictable, scalable results. 
 
In addition, the person in this role serves as a member of PitchBook’s marketing and digital leadership teams, contributing strategic inputs that shape cross functional priorities and ensure alignment across global marketing, commercial, and operations organizations. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Own PitchBook’s multi-channel paid media strategy and investment across SEM, paid social, programmatic/display, content syndication, digital ABM, and emerging channels, aligned to acquisition, retention, and account growth goals
• Set the operating model for performance marketing, including annual and quarterly planning, budget management, performance reviews, and executive reporting
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of managers, individual contributors, and agency partners; foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement

Skills and Qualifications:

• 12+ years in performance/digital media with 7+ years building and leading teams; B2B SaaS experience preferred
• Deep channel expertise in SEM, paid social, programmatic/DSPs, and content syndication; proven track record driving pipeline and revenue efficiency
• Fluency in marketing and CRM platforms such as GA4, Marketo, and Salesforce 
• Strong business acumen and familiarity with business intelligence tools to extract and tell strong narratives and make swift decisions

Compensation

• Annual base salary: $160,000-$225,000
• Target annual bonus percentage: 20%

About you: WITHIN is looking for a Search Engine Marketing Account Manager who is excited to take the lead across search engine marketing (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads) to join our growing integrated marketing team. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing paid search campaigns to complement our integrated media marketing strategy across large client accounts. We are looking for a quantitative mind with a passion for digital marketing. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing search campaigns across platforms and delivering on KPIs to drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity in a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Campaign Launches & Management: keyword & ad text creation/expansion and campaign QA for bid tools and platforms, negative keyword strategy, landing page audits
• Campaign Optimization: Leverage data to extract insights to action on creative and audience targeting performance to maximize client KPIs. Implement bid optimization efforts to drive performance against client KPIs.
• Budget Management: Build strategic budget allocation models and make recommendations to optimize marketing spend based on client-specific goals
• Testing: Design, implement, and track tests to validate adoption of new features, bid strategies, landing pages, and ads, working closely with analytics partners for incrementality measurement
• Reporting: Perform in-depth ad hoc and cyclical analysis pertaining to account and category performance, historical trends analysis, and competitor insights
• Talent Development: Mentor team strategists supporting your accounts, offer strategic guidance, communicate task execution and timeline requirements, and constructive feedback to aid in their growth in their core functional areas or responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in search and/or integrated digital marketing with 3+ years of experience
• Experience managing $1M+ annual budgets
• Dedicated to meeting and exceeding client expectations
• Highly proficient in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and bid management platforms (SA360, Marin, or Kenshoo)
• Comfortable working with analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture
• Ability to work with a high level of efficiency and accuracy under tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and fidelity to industry best practices
• Experience training/managing/mentoring junior digital marketers

Nice to Have

• E-commerce & retail advertiser experience a plus
• Experience working closely with cross-channel integrated media teams
• Understanding of statistical measurement
• Familiarity with MTA/MMM attribution methodology
