We are seeking a versatile and proactive Associate Lodging Manager & Marketing Specialist to join our team. This unique hybrid role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who can balance high-level marketing and engagement strategies with rigorous operational execution.

You will split your time between two critical pillars: Supply Partnership Marketing (30%), where you will drive engagement and optimize how we showcase our partners, and Lodging Partnerships Manager (70%), where you will serve as the owner of daily account functions, RFP execution, and revenue growth.

What You'll Do: 

1. Supplier Engagement & Marketing (30%)

• Partnership Optimization: Act as the primary architect for supplier engagement, organizing and broadcasting events such as educational lunch-and-learns, partner showcases, webinars, and FAM trips.
• Content Strategy: Manage and optimize supplier content within internal knowledge bases to ensure stakeholders have the most accurate and persuasive information.
• Sponsorship Management: Execute marketing sponsorship agreements, ensuring partners receive maximum value and visibility.
• Internal Communications: Act as the "voice of supply" by broadcasting partnership updates, news, and activities to relevant internal stakeholders.

2.  Associate Lodging Manager  (70%)

• RFP Execution: Lead the end-to-end RFP process, including monitoring supplier responses, providing feedback, and resolving partner questions.
• Account Executive Functions: Perform technical lodging tasks such as rate loading, auditing, and parity checks to ensure seamless booking experiences.
• Operational Support: Manage the shared lodging email aliases and slack channel for both internal and external inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Revenue Growth: Directly manage a dedicated set of accounts, identifying opportunities to drive volume and increase overall revenue.

What We’re Looking For:

• Industry experience preferred: adequate experience in working within a supplier organization of corporate or online travel agency
• Energized and comfortable with a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous, environment
• Exceptional organization and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the business, multiple locations and within supplier communities
• Ability to dive into the data and synthesize key learnings in a compelling way

What You'll Do

• Program Development: Partner with Product Marketing to create and refine standardized value frameworks, templates, and "talk tracks" to scale business value services across the global enterprise sales organization.

What You Bring

• Strategic Consulting: 5–9+ years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or enterprise software sales.
• Financial Intelligence: Proficiency in building complex financial models and the ability to navigate financial documents like 10-Ks and earnings transcripts.
• Analytical Power: Proficiency in data visualization and manipulation tools such as Looker and advanced Google Sheets.

What you’ll do

As a Staff Engineer on the Identity team, you will own the technical direction of one of Stripe's most strategically important product areas. This is not a role defined by task execution — it's a role defined by technical judgment, architectural influence, and the ability to turn an ambitious vision into a reliable, scalable system.

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy — Define the architecture for Identity's core systems (Identity Store, headless verification platform, fraud detection infrastructure), make build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions, and surface technical risks before they become customer-facing failures
• Lead 0-1 platform development — Architect net-new systems including the Identity Store, Networked Identity platform, and advanced fraud detection pipeline (behavioral biometrics, deepfake discriminators, adversarial training). Drive the evolution from a hosted-UI product to a headless-API and embedded-components platform
• Drive cross-functional alignment — Be the primary technical voice in roadmap and resourcing discussions. Partner with ML, product, legal, and engineering leads across Risk, Fraud, Link, Connect, and Crypto to ensure Identity's abstractions serve the full breadth of Stripe's product surface

The Team + The Role

Pendo’s Customer Engineering team is the technical backbone of the pre- and post-sales customer motion. The team brings together work that has historically sat across Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineering into one full-lifecycle technical owner. Customer Engineering helps customers connect technical execution to business outcomes and realize the value of their investment in Pendo.

As a Senior Customer Engineer, you own strategic and complex Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation. You lead technical strategy for complex deployments, resolve ambiguous customer challenges, and partner closely with account teams to drive retention, expansion, and customer value. Your impact extends beyond your own accounts through playbooks, coaching, repeatable fixes, and workflow improvements that raise the capability of the broader Customer Engineering team.

What this looks like day-to-day

• New customer acquisition and selling: Partner with Account Directors on pre-sales motions for new customer acquisition, product expansion, and expansion across lines of business. You identify customer pain, craft and deliver tailored demos, and lead technical evaluations through requirements gathering, success criteria, installation guidance, and hands-on workshops.
• Complex implementations and value realization: Lead onboarding for strategic customers, including planning, implementation, integrations, and training. You build customer-specific implementation playbooks, guide complex deployments with executive visibility, and ensure customers realize value during onboarding and over time.
• Adoption, expansion, and growth: Identify opportunities to expand adoption across underutilized features, untapped products, and new lines of business. When adoption stalls, you diagnose root causes, design a path forward, and connect technical work to measurable business outcomes.

Flex is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to build, own, and scale the operational backbone for our New Verticals  division — Flex's expansion beyond rent into non-rent split-pay verticals. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll be the first dedicated RevOps hire to support New Verticalsr, responsible for standing up the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that will power this division through its next phase of growth.

New Verticals is exiting its experimental phase with clear product-market signal and aggressive growth targets. You'll work closely with Business Development,Sales and cross-functional leadership to architect the GTM engine from the ground up — Salesforce configuration, pipeline management, routing, reporting, and the full revenue tech stack. This is a build role: you'll define the playbook, not inherit one.

What You'll Do

Systems Architecture & Ownership

• Build and own the Salesforce environment for New Verticals — objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, and automations tailored to non-rent split-pay sales motions.

Code and Theory is seeking a senior cloud engineer who wants to own the full technical lifecycle of enterprise client deployments — from assessing a client's existing infrastructure and designing the integration architecture, to provisioning the environment and keeping it running in production. This is a hands-on role that also requires real client engagement: you will sit in technical working sessions, work directly with client DevOps teams, and be the person who translates security and compliance requirements into concrete infrastructure decisions.

You will be working on a platform that connects our AI product to enterprise marketing environments across different cloud providers. Each client brings its own infrastructure, data stack, and security perimeter. Your job is to figure out how to connect to it, build the integration reliably, and hand it off in a state that can be operated and maintained over time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assess each client's cloud infrastructure, data stack, and security perimeter before any build starts — translate findings into a concrete integration plan
• Design and provision client environments using Terraform — networking, IAM, container orchestration, managed storage, and secrets management across GCP, AWS, or Azure depending on the client

The salary range for this role is $144,000 - $209,000 USD. This role is equity eligible. In addition, you may receive a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Overview:

DV Trading is seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, buildout, and operation of firm-wide cloud infrastructure supporting all trading desks and research platforms. This role owns core shared cloud capabilities across the firm while also providing specialized infrastructure support to the crypto desk. It requires deep expertise in cloud networking, distributed systems, and infrastructure placement, with strong engineering judgment in environments where latency, operational risk, and security posture directly impact PnL. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Firm-Wide Cloud Platform
  • Own the architecture and operation of cloud infrastructure supporting latency-sensitive trading systems across all desks.
  • Design VPC and network topologies with explicit routing, isolation, and traffic control; partner with the network team to build a robust, highly available, and latency-optimized global network, including Direct Connect to DV office locations and hybrid connectivity across cloud providers (Cloud Interconnect, VPN, Transit Gateway). 
  • Define compute placement strategies, including cluster placement groups and locality-aware scheduling.
  • Build and maintain shared platform capabilities that enable engineering teams across the firm to self-serve reliably and safely.
  • Own FinOps visibility and cost optimization frameworks across all trading and research workloads.

• Cloud Migration (CME-GCP)
  • Lead infrastructure planning and execution for the migration of CME colocation workloads to GCP, maintaining continuity of latency-sensitive trading operations throughout. 
  • Design hybrid connectivity between colocation environments and GCP (Cloud Interconnect, Cloud VPN). 
  • Architect GCP VPC topology, IAM, and Organization Policy to mirror the security posture enforced on AWS. 
  • Define GCP compute strategy (Compute Engine, GKE, sole-tenant nodes) with trading-appropriate placement and locality considerations. 
  • Extend Terraform IaC standards to GCP; establish cross-cloud observability using Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, and Cloud Trace.
• Crypto Desk – Specialized Support
  • Design secure, low-latency connectivity to cryptocurrency exchanges via private peering or dedicated API gateways. 
  • Build DDoS-resilient perimeter for crypto-facing infrastructure and enforce strict network segmentation from other trading desks. 
  • Establish WebSocket connection management infrastructure for real-time market data feeds with redundant failover and feed health observability.

Requirements:

Destination integrations are at the heart of Hightouch’s products. In the last 12-18 months, Hightouch has been adopted by larger and larger customers and enterprises. These enterprises have both high data scale as well as complex organizations with many individuals and teams using Hightouch on a daily basis. About the Role

We are looking for a principal engineer to join our Streaming Systems team, leading work on the high-throughput systems that collect, forward, and perform realtime computation on billions of behavioral events from our customer’s users. You'll be building the infrastructure that ingests clickstream, product interaction, and transactional data into our platform. This data is the platform for our “Cursor for Marketers” AI agent product.

Our streaming products’ revenue has 10x’d over the past year, and we need to ensure that we continue to scale. Typical cash compensation range for this position inclusive of base + bonus: $160,000 - $180,000. About The Role:

We are looking for a strategic, hands on Demand Generation Lead to architect and execute our digital lead generation strategy.

This is a foundational hire. You will partner closely with our Growth Leads, BDR, and Community teams to generate high quality inbound pipeline and create repeatable, scalable acquisition channels.

You will own digital marketing end to end, from strategy and experimentation to execution and optimization, with a clear focus on pipeline generation and revenue impact.

Build the Digital Demand Engine

• Identify, test, and scale high performing acquisition channels including paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting

For candidates based in the United States, the expected OTE pay range for this position at the start of employment is $150,000 – $200,000/year. Actual compensation will vary based on individual factors, including market location, relevant experience, and role scope. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for variable compensation tied to performance or quota attainment, where applicable. About the role:

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to drive new-customer activation across our product lines. This person will own the front of our GTM funnel—the moments between a developer’s first API call and their first month of production traffic—proactively reaching out as usage ramps, debugging deep into customer code when a deal stalls on a technical blocker, tuning model configurations to fit each use case, and stewarding leads through the security, paperwork, and architecture decisions it takes to get to consistent production usage.

This person should have a strong software-engineering background paired with the instincts of a great seller, being equal parts engineer and quota-carrier, and be deeply interested in the developer experience of building with voice AI.

This is a cross-functional role that requires partnership with our Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams. You’ll be willing to wear many hats, passionate about unblocking customers, and excited to operate with high energy across many concurrent leads with expansive ownership.

What You’ll Do:

• Own a portfolio of in-flight leads across AssemblyAI’s product lines, driving them from first API call to consistent production usage against a quarterly new-customer goal.
• Reach out proactively the moment a developer’s usage ramps, diagnosing what’s blocking them from scaling and removing it before they go quiet.
• Read unfamiliar customer codebases quickly and ship working patches alongside their engineers, debugging real-time audio, WebSocket, and latency issues directly in their service.
• Tune model configurations for each use case—end-of-turn detection, keyterms, language coverage, async vs. real-time—and translate the tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Run discovery and architecture conversations about customer use cases, knowing when to push back and when to lean in.
• Steward technical wins through to commercial close: DPAs, MSAs, security reviews, stakeholder mapping, and multi-threading the buying team.
• Hand off graduated accounts cleanly with the context and written history required for a smooth transition.
• Aggregate lead feedback into structured signals for Product and Engineering, making sure the self-serve experience improves measurably because of the patterns you surface.
• Build internal tooling—agents, dashboard, AI workflows—that help the team operate ahead of the wave as lead volume grows.

What You’ll Need:

• 2+ years of relevant experience as a software engineer, forward-deployed engineer, sales engineer, solutions architect, technical account manager, or similar customer-facing engineering role.
• Strong hands-on engineering skills—comfortable reading an unfamiliar Python or JavaScript/Node service, finding the bug, and writing the patch.
• Working fluency with real-time and streaming protocols, including WebSockets, audio pipelines, and latency budgets.
• Track record of carrying a number—net new customers, activation rate, expansion ARR, or similar—and consistently hitting it.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll be the primary face of AssemblyAI in hundreds of customer Slack channels, email threads, and in-person or virtual meetings concurrently.
• Aggressive use of AI tooling in your own workflow (Claude Code, Cursor, Devin, custom agents); bonus if you’ve built or shipped your own.
• High sense of urgency and ownership, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deals and context-switch frequently.
• Prior experience with voice AI, ASR, speech-to-text, telephony, or audio infrastructure is a plus.

Salary range: $150,000 - 200,000 OTE

The expected total compensation for this role is listed above (including base salary and commission). Our total compensation package includes competitive equity grants, 100% employer-paid benefits, and working alongside the team in our San Francisco or New York City office. A 401k match up to 4% is offered to all US-based full time team members.
