About the Role
Flex is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to build, own, and scale the operational backbone for our New Verticals division — Flex's expansion beyond rent into non-rent split-pay verticals. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll be the first dedicated RevOps hire to support New Verticalsr, responsible for standing up the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that will power this division through its next phase of growth.
New Verticals is exiting its experimental phase with clear product-market signal and aggressive growth targets. You'll work closely with Business Development,Sales and cross-functional leadership to architect the GTM engine from the ground up — Salesforce configuration, pipeline management, routing, reporting, and the full revenue tech stack. This is a build role: you'll define the playbook, not inherit one.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, has stood up RevOps infrastructure before, and wants to shape the operational foundation of a high-growth division.

Flex takes a market-based approach to pay, and compensation may vary depending on your primary work location. Work locations are categorized into one of three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be commensurate with their experience, qualifications, and Flex’s internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks.

We’re looking for a strategic, collaborative, and data-driven leader to build and scale our Revenue Enablement function. As the Senior Manager of Revenue Enablement, you’ll be responsible for empowering our global go-to-market (GTM) teams, including Sales across multiple industry verticals, Partner Success, and Business Development, to perform at their highest potential. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, learning, and operations, ensuring our teams have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to deliver consistent, high-impact experiences for our partners. You’ll design programs that align with business goals, drive measurable outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared success.
This role reports to the Director of Revenue Enablement and works in close partnership with leaders across Revenue, Marketing, and Product.
This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of 3 days per week in our New York Headquarters, 2 Days in SF and Salt Lake City office. For candidates outside of these areas, you may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.

As a GTM Strategy & Operations Associate at Flex, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations — working directly with Revenue leadership to drive growth and business clarity. Your work will span three areas: high-stakes strategic initiatives, financial & performance modeling, and the executive-facing deliverables (e.g., business review, board materials, all-hands decks) that keep leadership aligned and informed. You will work across Sales, Account Management, Business Development, RevOps, Product, and Analytics to design the operational processes that make the Revenue organization run and translate ambiguous problems into crisp, actionable recommendations.
The ideal candidate will bring first principles thinking, strong modeling skills, sharp attention to detail, comfort working in fast-paced environments, and the executive presence to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. This is a hybrid position with on-site expectations of three days per week in our New York headquarters. Candidates outside of the NY/NJ area may be eligible for our relocation assistance program.
Flex takes a market-based approach to pay, ensuring compensation is commensurate with a candidate's experience and our internal leveling guidelines. For candidates located in our Tier 1 markets (NYC/SF), the base salary pay range for this role is $$124,000-$155,000 USD. For all other U.S. locations, Flex utilizes a geographic pay differential based on a cost of labor index. If you are located outside of the Tier 1 states listed above, your starting pay will be adjusted to align with the market conditions of your specific geographic zone. Please speak with your recruiter for additional information regarding the specific range for your location.
