In the Media Buyer/ Account Manager role, you’ll be partnering closely with client teams to manage digital media campaigns end-to-end. In this role, you will take full ownership of multi-platform digital campaigns, spanning Google, Social, and Programmatic -  for a portfolio of clients across multiple markets.

What you’ll do:

Campaign Execution & Performance

• Deliver structured weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports: top-level metrics first, breakdowns second, observations and strategic recommendations always included.
• Build data visualisations and reporting frameworks that help clients make faster, better-informed decisions.
• Define and track KPIs, success metrics, and investment recommendations in alignment with client objectives.
• Clear, technical understanding of KPIs, formulas, and the interrelations between performance factors, able to explain any metric to any audience.
• Analyse large datasets, extract meaningful insights, and present data in a way that drives client decision-making. Understand what story the data is telling and extrapolate quantitative findings into valuable, client-ready learnings.

We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and operate the data pipelines and aggregates that power Zeta’s AdTech platform. The Field Service Support Specialist will provide comprehensive administrative and management support to the field service management team of IEM, a large electrical equipment manufacturing company. This role involves coordinating field service activities, managing documentation, assisting in the scheduling of field service technicians and maintaining internal NICET certifications for the FS department. This role is responsible for assisting with managing NICET test taking, deployments of practice tests and ensuring the techs make their test dates. This position will regularly interface between multiple departments within our company as well with outside vendors, customers and other manufacturing facilities in the IEM family. This position will work closely with the Field Service Senior Director, while also interfacing with the purchasing and manufacturing teams to ensure material and parts requests are fulfilled correctly, ensure they will be received at the customer sites prior to being needed onsite by our field technicians. The Field Service Support Specialist will be required to follow up with the field team to ensure all closeout documentation is completed correctly from the field and that the techs have successfully uploaded this documentation to our internal ERP and CRM systems. Assist with scheduling and coordination of assigned tasks, report to management if there are any unfulfilled items that prevent customer invoicing. Responsible for assisting management with creating monthly financial reports related to field services financial performance associated with completed projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Administrative Support:

• 4+ years’ experience using Python for maintainable, testable data engineering and Spark or Databricks for large scale processing.  
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow. 
• Experience with streaming technologies, notably Kafka, in distributed environments.  
• Proven work handling high volume structured and unstructured data (logs, telemetry, text) at scale.  
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP data services and building cloud native data architectures.  
• Cross functional collaborator with strong communication skills for explaining complex systems to technical and non technical audiences.

We are looking for an Operations Manager with a strong background in Vendor Management and Procurement to support our KYC team at Tide. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you will be the engine room of our vendor operations—ensuring our partners deliver high-quality results daily while maintaining seamless procurement workflows.

You will be a highly organized professional who enjoys the "nitty-gritty" of contract management and performance tracking. You’ll collaborate with Product, Risk, and Finance teams to ensure our KYC vendors are integrated effectively and performing at their peak.

On this role, you will be doing:

• Vendor Relationship Management:

              -Act as a key point of contact for KYC vendors, handling daily queries and maintaining documentation.

              -Assist in organizing Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ensure all action items are followed up on.

• Vendor Monitoring & Performance Tracking:

            -Track vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs.

            -Produce regular reports identifying trends, performance dips, or cost spikes, and present these to the Senior Operations Manager.

• Incident & Escalation Management

The Role

At Addepar, we are looking for an experienced Automation Specialist-Operations to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade robotic process automations. The role is ideal for a UiPath expert who can operate independently, deliver high-quality solutions, and collaborate effectively with internal product, engineering and operations teams.

What You’ll Do:-

Process Assessment & Solution Design

• Review business requirements and assess automation feasibility.
• Define and document the automation solution design (PDD / SDD).
• Identify reusable components and develop modular solutions.
• Develop custom activities using UiPath SDK

Development & Testing

• Develop, debug and test workflows using UiPath Studio / Orchestrator.
• Implement robust exception handling, logging, alerting and configuration management.
• Conduct UAT with business stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
  
  

Deployment & Handover

• Package and deploy automations to UiPath Orchestrator (dev, test, prod) in a secure and maintainable manner
• Prepare documentation and handover materials for internal support teams.
• Provide knowledge transfer and brief training sessions as needed.
  
  

Optimization & Support

• Monitor bot performance and handle stabilization post-deployment.
• Recommend and implement performance improvements.

Who You Are:-

Technical Skills required:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in similar area.
• 3+ years hands-on UiPath experience
• UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification (Preferred)
• Prior experience of developing of automation in finance, data operations, or enterprise automation domains
• Strong proficiency in UiPath - Studio, Orchestrator, Assistant, Unattended Bots and Attended Bots 
• Hands-on with REFramework and custom library development 
• Experience with REST APIs, Excel, email automation, file I/O, integration with cloud services (preferably AWS services), JSON/XML data formats
• Exposure to Document Understanding, AI Center, and attended/unattended bots
• Basic scripting: VB.NET / C#  / Python 
• Source control: DevOps -like CI/CD, GitHub 

LLMs, Claude, BI and Analytics (is preferred)

• Familiarity with web automation scenarios, 

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Self-driven and able to deliver with minimal supervision
• Able to work with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Product, QA)
• Clear communicator with good documentation discipline

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Staff-level Backend Engineer (AI) to bridge robust backend systems with Generative AI. You’ll design the frameworks, standards, and platforms that allow AI capabilities to scale securely, reliably, and efficiently across the enterprise, going beyond feature delivery to influence long-term technical direction.

As a Staff Engineer you’ll:

• Build core services for Tide’s agentic platform, including APIs, workflow orchestration, and tool integration 
• Integrate bought components where they accelerate delivery, and build where control, trust, and reuse matter most
• Work with product, data, platform, and security teams to productionise shared AI capabilities
• Design services that are reliable, secure, observable, and easy for other teams to adopt
• Help shape reusable engineering patterns for AI-enabled workflows

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Strong backend or platform engineering experience in production environments.
• Good judgement across APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and service design.
• Experience integrating internal and third-party platforms.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and turning emerging needs into robust platform components.
• Strong focus on quality, reliability, and developer usability.
• Experience with AI infrastructure or orchestration is helpful, but not essential.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (Fintech, Healthtech, etc.) where safety and compliance are core to the product is valuable, but not essential.
• Design and build automated evaluation pipelines to measure agent reasoning accuracy and safety trajectories

• Event-driven architecture with messages over SNS+SQS and Kafka to make them reliable
• Primary datastores are MySQL and PostgreSQL via RDS or Aurora (we are heavy AWS users)
• Docker, Terraform, EKS used by the Cloud team to run the platform
• DataDog and Rollbar to keep it running
• GitHub with Sonarcloud, Semgrep and solid testing to power the CI/CD pipelines - new joiners are encouraged to have something deployed to production in their first 2 weeks
• Angular 2+ with ngrx on Web, Flutter for the Mobile App
• Fivetran/Snowflake/Looker for the BI insights and Python/Faust/Flask/Tecton + some ML libs for the automated decisioning and risk management

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Engineering Manager at Tide,

• You’re an experienced Engineering Manager with strong technical and people-leadership skills, comfortable operating at scale and driving impact through well-designed platforms.
• You’ll lead the engineering delivery of our subscriptions platform across multiple markets, owning the technical direction and execution of systems that power subscription creation, pricing, lifecycle managements. You’ll focus on building scalable, resilient, and extensible platform capabilities that support growth and evolving business needs.
• You’ll manage and develop a team of engineers, setting clear technical standards and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement. Partnering closely with Product and stakeholders across the business, you’ll turn product strategy into reliable platform solutions and ensure high-quality delivery across the full subscription lifecycle.
• You’ll be part of the Member Engagement Marketing (MEM) engineering group, working closely with Billing, Payments, Marketing, Data, and Finance teams. Together, you’ll deliver a robust and transparent subscriptions platform that enables seamless member experiences and long-term value.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Extensive experience (10+ years) building server-side applications and detailed knowledge of Java. 
• Sound knowledge of a backend framework (e.g. Spring/Spring Boot) 
• Experience with running microservices and implementing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience engineering scalable and reliable solutions in a cloud-native environment 
• A mindset of delivering secure, well-tested and well-documented software 
• Full ownership of your code and technical solutions across their entire lifecycle, from development to production.
• Experience integrating with various third party providers and partners 
• Sound knowledge and experience working with relational databases.
