About the Role

As a Content Creator (Spanish Bilingual), you’ll bring creative boards to life, concept and develop engaging ideas, exceptional storyteller and lead projects from inception to final delivery. You’ll work closely with senior creative leads and collaborate cross-functionally to create high-performing branded content. A strong understanding of content KPIs and production workflows is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Concept, write, and direct campaigns rooted in client briefs and creative strategy
• Create mood boards, scripts, and decks to communicate and pitch ideas
• Lead projects through pitch, production, and final delivery
• Collaborate across production, strategy, design, and post
• Present work clearly and confidently to director-level stakeholders
• Support editing workflows when needed
• Integrate content KPIs into creative development
  

About You

The essentials:

• 5–7 years in a creative role within advertising, branded content, or production
• A strong portfolio showcasing writing/directing in multiple formats (digital, social, broadcast)
• Deep knowledge of production and post workflows
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

About the Role

Monks are seeking a creative Designer to lead the development of digital ads and assets for various brands. This role requires balancing speed, style, and scale to produce high-quality visual content that resonates across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Conceptualisation

• From Pitch to Brief: Ideate and create style proposals to win pitches, then translate high-level creative briefs into thorough design briefs that guide the production process.
• Execution of Art Direction: Translate concepts into style proposals, mockups, and storyboards, providing innovative ideas and best-practice inspiration to elevate the creative output.

Digital & Social Specialisation

• Interactive Storytelling: Specialise in crafting interactive assets and motion graphics that combine aesthetics with functional storytelling for social media and digital channels.
• Cultural Relevance: Apply an understanding of current cultural and platform-specific trends to ensure designs are relevant and engaging.

Collaboration & Quality Control

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Project Managers, Producers, and QA teams to ensure all designs align with client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Technical Excellence: Ensure pixel-perfect execution and safeguard quality throughout the design process, including supporting the production team during multi-market rollouts.

About You

The essentials:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Designer or Art Director, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in digital design and advertising.
• End-to-end design proficiency: Proven ability to handle all stages of the process—from conceptualization and layout to final file setup and delivery.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop for digital; InDesign and Illustrator for print) and Figma (basic knowledge with a desire to grow).
• Experience with AI image generation and prompting, paired with an enthusiastic, forward-thinking approach to using AI for creative efficiency.
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals (typography, hierarchy, grids) and production nuances like platform limitations, safe zones, and language versioning.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients, including the confidence to present and justify design decisions.
• A fast, flexible, and resourceful worker who maintains meticulously organized files/layers and can work independently or handle repetitive tasks with focus.
• Ready to jump into various production needs, including creating design libraries, sourcing images, and resizing assets for multi-platform delivery.

About the Role

As an Account Director (Brand), you'll focus on brand social strategy, working closely with day-to-day clients, cross-functional client teams, IAT and brand partners. Also, help clients connect the dots across initiatives so everything ladders up to bigger brand ambitions and cultural salience. You will coach and inspire the growth and development of agency staff by providing consistent feedback, training, and growth opportunities. Once comfortable, you will also join senior leadership to scale learning and growth throughout the agency.

An Account Director (Brand) are business leader who can be a valued advisor and partner to clients and agency teams, and to support the larger teams in creating data-driven, award-winning work. They identify and champion great creative work and understand the importance of flawless delivery. They are an open and willing resource to team members in assessing ideas and directions, and providing guidance to push further, pushing creative and strategy to deliver better work. All Account roles are inherently leadership roles as they are responsible for inspiring great creativity through confident decision-making, positive collaboration, quick problem-solving, and effective communication. You will build relationships with Director and VP-level clients, championing the Monks' vision and positioning a sound strategy for organic revenue growth, developing scopes of work and managing resources.

About You

The essentials:

• 8-10+ years of agency experience required
• Bilingual Spanish, spoken natively as your clients are bilingual as well. Work is conceptualized separately in English and Spanish.
• Comfortability with regular production travel
• A passion for and experience in brand marketing
• Strong people skills - good at building relationships, comfortable conversationalist, with a presence that compels others to pay attention
• Diplomatic and empathetic leadership
• Experience in social media, fluency in media and KPIs
• Ability to balance the best interests of Monks and our clients and their businesses
