We also believe that the most critical factors driving compensation should be an Eleven’s skill, experience, performance, responsibility, and effort. We may also consider an employee’s length of service, relevant education, training, or certification, and the requirements of a specific job. We may also consider whether the cost of living or competition for talent in specific markets requires adjustments in compensation for employees in those markets. Our goal is to fairly compensate all our Elevens based on these factors within the Company’s financial ability.

All periodic bonuses are discretionary and are earned only when paid out.
Each year, the Company will decide whether the Company’s financial performance, market performance, and business realities allow it to create an annual bonus pool. If the Company decides that annual bonuses may be awarded, then the Leadership Team will grant annual bonuses to employees in good standing based on the same factors discussed in the previous paragraph while also considering employees’ diligence, performance, expertise, skill, judgment, and experience. To be eligible to participate in this annual bonus pool, an employee must be hired by no later than October 1st of the preceding year. Annual bonuses and merit increases may be prorated based on hire date. Employees eligible for target-based periodic bonuses are not eligible to participate in the annual bonus pool.

Our Mission: Why Lighthouse?
At Lighthouse, we’re on a mission to revolutionize commercial strategy as hospitality’s most powerful AI platform. We take the world's largest hotel data network and transform it into real-time intelligence that drives action. We don't just deliver insights; we empower businesses to make decisions that move revenue.
With $370M in Series C funding and over $100M in ARR, we are scaling at lightspeed. Our 850+ teammates across 35 countries aren't just building software—they are leveraging cutting-edge AI to help hoteliers be the first to act. Tens of thousands of hotels across 185 countries trust Lighthouse to execute their commercial strategy, including every one of the top 15 global chains and thousands of independent hotels that consistently outperform their markets. With Lighthouse AI, the intelligence gets deeper. Decisions get smarter. Actions get faster. We help hoteliers be first to act.
Lighthouse Values: Our guiding light
We are Lumineers. Our shared values keep us on a collaborative path fostering a cultural and customer centric environment
We’re more than just a workplace – we’re a community. Collaborative, fun, and deeply committed, we work hard together to revolutionize the hospitality sector. Are you ready to join us and shine brighter in the industry’s most exciting rocket-ship? 🚀
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.
What makes this different: you won’t do it alone. Lighthouse is deploying an agent AI infrastructure — Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents — alongside a modern revenue stack. AI handles the prep, the sequencing, and the pattern recognition so you can focus on what matters — building relationships, running sharp discovery, and closing deals.
We work with structured sales methodology, like MEDDPICC to support high-quality deal execution. You’ll advance deals with evidence, protect pricing on value, and forecast with precision. We want to help you use modern tools to become a better seller and achieve great success.
Own your territory and your number. Build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate a net-new pipeline. Maintain 3x pipeline coverage, forecast honestly, and take full accountability for your results. Your quota is your commitment.
Hunt and build a pipeline. Source a meaningful share of your own pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, Lighthouse Connect events, and industry conferences. This is not an SDR-reliant role.
Run a disciplined sales process. Using MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities. Use the AI Pre-Sales Agent to identify gaps before every major call. Advance deals through stage gates with evidence, not optimism. Leverage AI to make your days easier and focus on more selling time.
Use AI as a force multiplier. Leverage the Enablement Agent for call prep, discovery frameworks, and positioning. Use the Coaching Agent to surface patterns in your pipeline and win rate. Push back on the tools when they’re wrong — help make the system smarter.
Become a hospitality expert. We will help you understand revenue management workflows well enough to run ROI conversations without a pre-sales overlay on every deal. Position an integrated platform versus point solutions. Know the competitive landscape inside out.
Drive results beyond net-new. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through new business and by identifying expansion and upgrade opportunities within your accounts. Partner with Product to share market feedback and influence the roadmap. Represent Lighthouse at industry events to build the brand and your network.
You’ll join a global Revenue team of 150+ sales professionals across 24 countries. Our team works across the full Lighthouse product suite, helping hotels, chains, and hospitality groups achieve their commercial goals. It’s a collaborative, high-energy environment with real opportunities for career growth and the chance to learn from experienced leaders as we continue to expand our market share.
Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
Thank you for considering a career with Lighthouse. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace that values equal opportunity for all. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, regardless of age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, and disability. Our commitment to equality is part of our culture. If you require reasonable accommodation at any point during the application or interview process, please notify your recruiter.
Not ticking every box? No problem! We value diverse backgrounds and unique skill sets, and we encourage individuals from all walks of life to apply. If your experience looks a little different from what we've described, but you're passionate about what we do and are a quick learner, we'd love to hear from you!

LOCATION: The Legal Counsel position is a remote, work-from-home role, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and vision to change the work/life paradigm). Some travel is required for client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, and other events. Ideally this candidate would be in EST or CST.
THE ROLE:
Acceleration Partners has grown significantly over the last several years, and with that growth has come increasingly complex legal needs. Our global footprint now spans Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Australia, and we work with some of the world's leading brands. With over 300 employees across multiple countries and a commitment to running a profitable, operationally excellent business, we are looking for full-time Legal Counsel who will serve as our in-house legal resource across contracts, and occasionally support compliance, data privacy and HR matters.
This role serves as a key legal partner to the business, providing practical, risk-balanced guidance while enabling commercial objectives across a globally distributed organization.
This is a unique opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful, substantive work, applying deep legal expertise in a more focused, flexible environment — fully remote.
At Acceleration Partners, everything we do comes back to three core values: Own It, Embrace Relationships, and Excel & Improve. This role requires contract expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to build trust quickly with internal teams and external clients alike. If you're looking for a role where your legal instincts directly shape how a growing company operates, this is it.
TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Contracts: Own the end-to-end client contract process. Draft, review, and negotiate client services agreements using a clear understanding of both our business and the client's needs. Ensure all language is legally sound, enforceable, and aligned with company interests. Work directly with our sales team to redline and negotiate non-standard terms.
Vendor Contracts: Serve as the primary legal point of contact for vendor relationships. Review supplier agreements to verify compliance with company policies and applicable international, federal, and state regulations. Flag risk and recommend practical solutions that keep the business moving. Ensure vendors meet data privacy and security standards, including appropriate data processing, cross-border transfer mechanisms, and confidentiality obligations.
Disputes and Legal Matters: Handle low-level disputes and legal inquiries that arise in the normal course of business. Provide sound, practical legal guidance to internal teams for routine matters. Liaise with external counsel as needed on more complex issues, and draft and manage legal correspondence, including demand letters, cease and desist notices, and other dispute-related communications. Significant litigation, regulatory matters, or high-risk disputes will be managed in coordination with external counsel.
HR Legal Advisory: Partner with our People team to advise on employment-related legal questions, including compliance, policy questions, and employee relations matters. Provide practical, business-oriented guidance that balances legal compliance with operational realities. Escalate complex, multi-jurisdictional, or high-risk employment matters to external counsel where appropriate.
Corporate Governance:
Support basic corporate governance matters across the company’s global entities, including drafting of company resolutions or coordination with internal stakeholders and external service providers on entity management and required filings, as needed.
Contract Oversight and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records for all active and completed contracts. Monitor contract timelines and proactively manage renewals, extensions, and close-outs. Proofread and fact-check all legal documents for accuracy and consistency, and communicate contract terms clearly to non-legal colleagues.
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
Within 3 months: Full command of our existing contract library, processes, and active client agreements. Integrated into the sales and people team workflows. Handling routine contracts independently.
Within 6 months: Trusted legal resource for the business. Managing all inbound and outbound contracts, advising on disputes and HR matters without escalation, and contributing to process improvements that reduce risk and improve efficiency across the company. Acting as a go-to partner for cross-functional teams, proactively identifying legal risks and driving practical, scalable solutions.

We're scaling rapidly and have a growing pipeline of opportunities that demand exceptional talent across disciplines. Our mission is to bring on individuals, from creative producers to technical experts to entrepreneurial leaders, who can help us realize this next chapter of growth.
We are a company of doers. Leaders roll up their sleeves, teams work flat, and everyone contributes to what ships. Titles don't insulate us from feedback or basics. We invite critique, learn quickly, and keep raising the bar. The best ideas win here, no matter where they come from, because clients trust us to deliver the strongest outcomes every time.
Our clients' missions, products, and bottom lines are sacred. We immerse ourselves in their world, becoming stewards of their goals and partners in solving big problems. Every product, strategy, or asset we create must be both beautiful and functional; practical, usable, and designed for real-world impact.
Humans are our most valuable resource, and we only grow by hiring people who push us forward. Across strategy, engineering, design, data, and operations, we seek out teammates who raise the bar and make us better. Always hire up, never down.
We partner with organizations of all sizes to explore, design, and implement AI strategies that are secure, scalable, and human-centered. We believe AI should amplify human potential, not replace it, and we build with that conviction in every engagement. From advisory and tooling to implementation and education, we meet clients where they are and help them integrate AI in ways that align with their mission and values. Our goal is to empower teams to work smarter, move faster, and unlock new possibilities through thoughtful, responsible innovation.
And through it all, we lead with purpose, love, and adventure. We do meaningful work with people we care about, and we make the ride an adventure worth taking. Because at Human Agency, who we are and how we work are one and the same.
One of the most consequential questions of our time, what happens to human agency when AI reshapes everything, doesn't have a dominant voice yet. We intend to be that voice.
This is the role that builds it.
You're not inheriting a content function. You're building a media platform and a movement from a position that already has real momentum. The blog, the podcast, the social presence, the book, the newsletter - you own all of it, across both our founder's personal brand and the Human Agency company brand. You'll treat it like your own business, because in every way that matters, it is.
The person who does this well won't just be a great content operator. They'll be the engine behind one of the most compelling voices in a conversation the world is paying close attention to right now.
There are two tracks running simultaneously. Both require full ownership.
Track One: Founder Brand
You'll build and operate the content machine that turns our founder's expertise and point of view into a distributed, high-reach presence across every platform that matters.
The targets are ambitious on purpose. Audience growth here is measured in followers and subscribers, not impressions or pipeline influence metrics. You've chased numbers like this before. You know what it actually takes to move them.
Track Two: Human Agency Brand
In parallel, you'll build and maintain a consistent editorial voice for Human Agency as a company.
This is non-negotiable: you are obsessed with using AI to make yourself more productive, not to replace your judgment, but to multiply your output.
If AI is something you've been meaning to get around to, this isn't the place to figure it out. You should already be experimenting, building, and shipping with it.
You've lived in the creator economy. Not adjacent to it, but in it.
You might have built your own platform. Or you've been the engine behind someone else's (a founder, an investor, an executive) who now has a serious following. You're used to not getting full credit for that. You don't need the spotlight. You need to see the thing grow.
You're commercially wired from the start. You think about hooks, conversion, and distribution the way a marketer thinks about pipeline, obsessively, with data. You also have genuine editorial taste. The combination is what makes you unusual.
Proof that you've done this before is worth more than anything else on your resume. Specifically:
We want to see:
We don't need:
Experience with sponsorship development, monetization structures, or paid content products is a genuine requirement, not a nice-to-have.
If you're reading this and it's landing differently than most job postings, that's intentional.
This is a greenfield build with real resources behind it. The mission is genuinely compelling, the principal is bought in and ready to move fast, and the person who does this well will have built something they can point to for the rest of their career.

At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world’s largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World’s Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company.
At Cloudflare, we’re not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we’re looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a "normalized" problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you’re the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you’ll fit right in.
This is a remote role but the location requirement is that you reside in the Dallas Forth Worth Area.
What you'll do
Cloudflare is looking for highly motivated Named Account Executives seeking a role with the opportunity to help build a GTM working with some of the largest companies in North America. This position will manage a focused set of ~20-30 accounts with $1B -$25B in annual revenues. The Enterprise Account team will shape and lead Cloudflare’s Go To Market.
We will leverage the strength of all Cloudflare functions to become a strategic partner to our customers and their digital transformation efforts. Our product and services and our methods of engagement will differentiate and delight our customers.
The AE will interact with both C-level clients and senior technical decision makers, utilizing Cloudflare solutions and resources to drive a business partnership focused on joint success with our customers. Success requires consultative, solutions-oriented sales, and customer service skills in addition to intense personal energy and focused activity. A critical factor of achievement in this role is the ability and desire to focus and lead an internal group of constituents to bring their skillset to bear to build solutions and exponentially grow revenue. The AE must be expert in identifying business opportunities with customers, developing Enterprise Account Plans, driving execution across functional stakeholders, and closing revenue. The Enterprise Account Executive should be comfortable engaging in business level outcome conversations with the C-suite, presenting Cloudflare’s vision and plan for value creation to all levels, and negotiating win-win scenarios for all parties. The AE will be accountable to obtaining new business and expansion of Cloudflare wallet-share within existing customers. The role involves handling multiple accounts and will require high degrees of attention to detail and coordination with customers, partners, and internal resources. Lastly, the AE should thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where initiative is celebrated and enthusiasm for the possible is expected.
Enterprise Account Team Core Values:
Be Successful – Success comes from hitting your goals on a consistent basis. Have a plan for “how” you’ll hit your goals and evaluate often; that way you always know where you stand. Be in a position and ready to demonstrate your plan for success.
Provide Customers with a Premium Business Experience - Solutions, Empathy, Proactiveness, Anticipation of needs, Company Support, Creativity, and Urgency to Deliver Value are core principles of a Cloudflare Strategic Account Experience. Give your customers a level of service that is unmatched in the industry.
Be Brilliant in the Basics - The hallmark of a high performance team is their willingness to commit to Brilliance in the Basics in all aspects of their roles. Forecasting, SFDC Disciplines, Pipeline Management, Account Engagement, Negotiation, Closing, and Depth of Cloudflare Knowledge are the basic skills that make a Strategic Account Executive successful.
Make Bold Decisions - Operating with the largest companies in the world is a “game of inches”. Often the Enterprise Account Executive will have to make strategic decisions on engagement, terms, and support. These decisions should be made by the AE who is closest to the issue and most affected by it. Top down management of accounts is outdated because of the speed of today’s business. If execution presents risk, Seek the advice of leaders when and where you need it.
Teammate - We are all individually accountable to our goals, but we operate as a team. No one person has all the answers, but collectively the knowledge, experience, and acumen of the team is deep. Be the person who actively seeks to assist the team, shares knowledge, and extends your personal network. We are successful when we are all overachieving as a group.
Additional responsibilities will include:
Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience

Project Galileo: Since 2014, we've equipped more than 2,400 journalism and civil society organizations in 111 countries with powerful tools to defend themselves against attacks that would otherwise censor their work, technology already used by Cloudflare’s enterprise customers--at no cost.
Athenian Project: In 2017, we created the Athenian Project to ensure that state and local governments have the highest level of protection and reliability for free, so that their constituents have access to election information and voter registration. Since the project, we've provided services to more than 425 local government election websites in 33 states.
1.1.1.1: We released 1.1.1.1 to help fix the foundation of the Internet by building a faster, more secure and privacy-centric public DNS resolver. This is available publicly for everyone to use - it is the first consumer-focused service Cloudflare has ever released. Here’s the deal - we don’t store client IP addresses never, ever. We will continue to abide by our privacy commitment and ensure that no user data is sold to advertisers or used to target consumers.
