Position Summary: The Continuous Improvement Leader is a results-oriented role responsible for leading the identification and implementation of process enhancements across the organization. Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Lean six sigma certification or two plus years’ experience in using lean methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or operations. improvement (law firm or professional services experience a plus).

Position Summary: The primary responsibility of the Pre-Litigation Case Investigator is to discover the negligence of drivers, companies, and other leading factors, by conducting social media and background research in the investigations of personal injury claims. This position requires detailed auditing of cases, including medical bills, case expenses, and subrogation liens, and ensuring accurate case data management in Filevine. The paralegal will also assist in trial preparation, communicate with clients and external parties, and maintain professional standards of appearance and conduct. Experience with trucking litigation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage a case load of 50-75 cases.
• Accurately draft demand letters, pleadings, discovery and various motions.
• Continually communicate with clients, counsel, experts, and courts.
• Audit cases for all expenses (medical bills, case expenses, LOP providers, subrogation liens).
• Accurately maintain case management data in Filevine (case management database).
• Prepare trial documents and assist with trial preparation.
• Proficient in personal injury law involving motor vehicle collisions.
• Proficient in preparing discovery responses.
• Detail oriented with a focus on grammar and language arts.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Working knowledge of common deadlines and protocols of personal injury litigation.
• Trucking experience preferred.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills on the phone, in person and email

• College degree or comparable paralegal certification and experience 
• Minimum of 4 years of experience required in a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm, 5+ years' experience preferred

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and business-savvy Corporate Counsel to join our General Counsel Team, supporting the General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel.  The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of legal experience, with a strong emphasis on business law, contract drafting and review, and legal research. This role will support the firm’s legal operations, ensure corporate compliance, and facilitate business transactions while serving as a strategic legal advisor across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Law and Legal Advisory: 
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents.
  • Provide legal analysis and guidance on business law matters, regulatory issues, and risk mitigation.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex legal topics affecting the firm’s operations.
• Corporate Compliance: 
  • Develop and maintain corporate governance policies and compliance programs.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations and advise leadership on necessary updates.
  • Prepare, update and maintain corporate records, including board minutes, resolutions, and entity filings.
    
    
• Transactional Work:

Qualifications: 

• Education:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Texas.
