The Field Operations Specialist (FOS) manages specified OEM automotive fixed operations clients within assigned territory and specializes in client satisfaction, customer retention, increasing marketing performance, and selling new solutions. The FOS represents the face of the brand by conducting daily in-person aftersales marketing consultations. You will manage all client-facing aspects of the relationship: marketing consultations, data analysis, offer selection, creative options, billing questions, etc.
Your role will require up to 75% travel for in-person, monthly consultations. Aptitudes that will make you successful include working autonomously, sociability, customer focus, resiliency, and situational adaptability. You will need to be extremely organized, communicate timely and effectively, and possess a positive attitude. Your role is to build relationships, become a trusted advisor, and promote dealership partnership.

YOUR ROLE:
This position will have oversight over RAPP’s TMNA responsibilities which is the CRM/Precision Marketing agency of record. RAPP’s support encompasses nearly every marketing business unit at TMNA (Toyota and Lexus) and Toyota Financial Services across Tier 1, 2 and Tier 3.
Support Toyota Motors North America (TMNA) overall mission to create the best Omni Channel Customer Experience, leveraging and identifying their data and marketing technology and data infrastructure. Guide the teams in enabling best-in-class marketing strategies to reach target audiences with precision, and effectively track, report and optimize each step of the customer journey.
Balance team leadership and managerial responsibilities with subject matter expertise in overseeing and supporting data and platform enablement deliverables. You’ll provide sound strategic guidance and leadership to your team, colleagues and senior level clients and other agency leaders. You will provide guidance to the day-to-day teams and senior leaders responsible for managing our clients’ business as well as build relationships with senior clients in our portfolio to identify opportunities for optimization and growth and be a trusted advisor as they lead their teams and organizational transformation. You will be an avid follower of shifts in the data/mar-tech environment and provide guidance to the team and clients as to how to adjust strategy to best position them in the context of these shifts. You will also educate the broader Account team to ensure we are delivering state-of-the-art counsel and content to our clients. You will serve as an agency leader and establish the performance and revenue growth of the account. YOUR ROLE:
The Director, Analytics Enablement supports the collection and activation of analytics data across RAPP client projects, providing consultation and technical solutions to fulfill measurement and reporting goals. This person will architect, build, and maintain tracking implementations, conventions and taxonomies, and technical documentation leveraging best practices in digital analytics. Additionally, the Director will act as a resident expert on the collection of accurate data through experience in a variety of platforms including ESPs, digital media, web analytics, and tag management systems. At RAPP, Analytics Enablement exists at the intersection between analytics and technology, as a critical capability of our Marketing Sciences division.
