Your Impact
As a Technical Account Manager at Axon, you will be the primary point of contact for key customers, fostering long-term strategic partnerships. You will provide technical expertise, project management, and customer advocacy to ensure stakeholders achieve operational goals using Axon’s products. We seek energetic and highly productive CSMs for our ever-growing customer base. You will work with a large portfolio of customers to proactively launch and drive adoption and act as the voice of your customers internally at Boomi. You are relentless and dedicated to orchestrating high-value engagements including adoption, implementation, value creation, business reviews, roadmap alignment, and documenting measurable outcomes for our customers.
This is a hybrid role based in our Vancouver office, with in-office days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customer's business objectives, challenges, and opportunities and help deliver value-driven engagements
Identify, design, and being able to achieve the customer's goals in a short-term relationship
Maintain a deep understanding of our platform and make recommendations on how customers can use it to accelerate their business objectives
Deliver proactive and reactive customer success motions through touchpoints that require product knowledge, joint planning, problem-solving and ability to multi-task
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, services, support, and product to ensure adoption as well as mitigate any adoption risks
Track and report on key metrics related to customer engagement, adoption, satisfaction, and retention
Proactively identify opportunities to expand the usage of Boomi products and services within existing customer accounts
The Experience You Bring
4 - 6 years of experience working as either Success Manager, Technical Consultant, Architect, or in other roles with a project, delivery, or technical account management focus
Experience working with a large portfolio of customers (+100) and being able to manage multiple accounts at different stages in the life cycle.
Excellent ability to understand and communicate complex business and technical subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to actively listen to customers and translate their business needs into personalized consultation
Proven business and technical acumen to proactively identify customer needs and implement success, adoption, and outcome realization plans
Have a data-driven and analytical mindset to prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
Technical proficiency and a strong understanding of cloud-based software solutions
Develop, test, and iterate on scaled playbooks and engagement strategies
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills as well as customer-facing experience
Bonus Points If You Have
2-3 years of working as a Customer Success Manager for a SaaS or a cloud-based platform
Experience in iPaaS, Automation, or Data/Application Integration space
Experience with Customer Success Management tools like Gainsight, Totango or ChurnZero
Nice to Have Language Skills - Japanese, Mandarin, French, German

We’re hiring a Head of Accounts to define and lead how we grow, manage, and scale our current client portfolio. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for transforming account management into a disciplined, insight-driven, and AI-enabled function that consistently drives customer lifetime value. This role owns the account growth engine end-to-end: team leadership, commercial outcomes, and the operating discipline needed to convert expansion opportunities and ensure Orium has a repeatable approach to account planning, forecasting, and sales operations.
You will manage Account Managers and work closely with Delivery, Line of Business Owners, Marketing, and Sales leadership to ensure current accounts are actively managed, forecasted, and expanded, bringing structure to how Orium grows existing relationships through account playbooks, expansion plans, quarterly forecasts, and bookings targets.
This person must be a strong consultant in their own right — someone who can sit across from a client’s VP of Digital or CTO, understand their business challenges, and map those challenges to commercial opportunities without relying on internal subject matter experts to carry the conversation. They should be comfortable leading strategic planning discussions, challenging a client’s assumptions, and building a case for investment based on business outcomes.
A core mandate of this role is scaling the practical use of AI across the account management function to improve team efficiency, effectiveness, and quality, and to help clients connect AI-enabled opportunities to measurable business outcomes.

Forma.ai is hiring a Principal SPM Architect- Territory and Quota Planning to lead our suite of TQM tools. We’re looking for a domain expert who brings real-world perspective on designing, implementing, and rolling out territories and quotas for mid-sized and enterprise organizations.
Reporting to the CTO, you will help shape our TQM product end to end. You’ll work closely with engineering leads, customers, and senior leadership at Forma to define product strategy, shape requirements, and prioritize what we build.
This role is for someone with deep, practical experience in TQM. If you wouldn’t feel comfortable leading a territory and quota implementation—from high-level objective setting and modeling through to rollout and adoption—this likely isn’t the right fit.
You’ll also contribute to building our product roadmap but don’t need formal product management experience (though it’s a plus). What matters most is that you’re organized, collaborative, thoughtful, and a clear communicator who can translate complex domain knowledge into great product decisions.
