Burson is looking for an Assistant Consultant with specialization in Influencer Marketing to work across iconic beauty, retail and CPG brands. Here’s what you’d be doing:

Conduct identification, vetting and outreach of on-brand and campaign-relevant influencers for paid collaborations and seeding or event activations, based on strategic plan development and in collaboration with the senior team & clients
For paid influencer partnerships, support with negotiation, project management and measurement, based on strategic plan development from the senior team & clients
Manage end-to-end execution of seeding and event campaigns, including outreach, queries, strategic decisions for engagement/optimization and content monitoring
Collaborate with the team on monitoring and compliance across all activities
Account depending, responsible for developing and/or providing input into campaign reports by tracking and optimizing organic and paid influencer content, along with analyzing to provide actionable insights and opportunities
Keep on top of emerging social trends, platforms, technologies, and influencers in the Canadian market
Carry out social media listening and research to identify trends in online conversations and to pinpoint key influencers

What you’ll need to get here:

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Influencer, PR, Digital, Content or Brand Marketing agencies
Ability to utilize metrics and insights from various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other emerging channels for optimization and future plan recommendations
Clear understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, the importance and role of influencer marketing and best practices
Strong knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape in Canada
Experience utilizing influencer identification and vetting systems like CreatorIQ, Traackr or in-platform tools
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format
Flawless organizational skills and keen attention to detail to maintain client service excellence
Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of requests
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Creative thinker and problem solver
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus

Profil recherché :

Minimum de 1 à 2 ans d’expérience pertinente ou intérêt démontré pour le marketing d’influence, les relations publiques, le marketing numérique, de contenu ou de marque, idéalement en agence.
Compréhension des données et indicateurs des principales plateformes sociales (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest et autres canaux émergents).
Connaissance approfondie de l’écosystème du marketing d’influence, de son rôle et de ses meilleures pratiques.

Main Mission:

As the Project Lead for L'Oréalistar Canada, you are responsible for the strategic steering, compliance, and local performance of the influencer marketing platform. Reporting to the A&I Director for the CDMO, you ensure the program's consistency with the Group's digital vision while guaranteeing its operational and budgetary execution.

Key Responsibilities (based on RACI)

Strategic Steering & Design (A/R)

Define and lead the global strategy for the L'Oréalistar program.
Oversee the platform's UX design and modifications to optimize the user experience.
Supervise and validate the gamification system to engage content creators.

Governance, Budget & Compliance (A/R)

Manage budget allocation across different divisions.
Ensure full project compliance (legal aspects, terms and conditions, and IT security).
Act as the final point of entry for escalation management.

Performance & Insights (A/R)

Steer performance tracking (KPIs) and ensure the sharing of strategic insights with stakeholders.

Operational Oversight (A - Accountable)You hold final responsibility (Approval) for the following areas executed by partners (ODORE) or brands:

Planning & Calendar: Validation of the animation calendar.
Creator Management: Approval of creator selection and the database.
Content & Animation: Validation of the bilingual configuration (EN/FR), email templates, and community animation.
Logistics & Products: Oversight of product fulfillment.

En tant que Lead pour L'Oréalistar Canada, vous êtes responsable du pilotage stratégique, de la conformité et de la performance locale de la plateforme de marketing d'influence. Ce que nous recherchons

Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en marketing d’influence et en gestion de projets de bout en bout, idéalement en agence RP, sociale ou digitale
Relations existantes avec des influenceur(e)s et agences canadien(ne)s, avec une capacité démontrée à développer des partenariats authentiques générant un réel impact

Burson is looking for an Account Executive for Digital for Mumbai location. As an Account Executive, you are expected to actively support day-to-day client activities under the guidance of senior team members. You will contribute to Burson’s performance by assisting in managing client relationships and integrated communication (IC) programs, ensuring smooth execution, and supporting new business initiatives. You are required to align with our corporate strategy to help ensure superior client service, a collaborative culture, and overall efficiency.

What you'll do:

Stay updated on your clients’ businesses, industries, and competitors, and use this knowledge to support ongoing communication strategies and campaigns.
Assist senior team members in executing integrated communication (IC) programs aligned with client objectives.
Draft high-quality client-facing materials such as status reports, campaign summaries, media lists, and basic press materials with minimal supervision.
Support in organizing client meetings, brainstorm sessions, and contribute creative ideas.
Develop an understanding of the media landscape and assist in building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
Support the development of press materials and coordination of media interactions and events.
Stay updated on social media trends and assist in identifying opportunities for digital and influencer engagement.
Demonstrate familiarity with Generative AI tools and support their use across research, content creation, ideation, and daily operations.
Identify opportunities for account growth and support seniors in developing proposals and case studies.
Collaborate effectively with team members to support execution of client strategies.

We’re looking for someone passionate about paid media and performance marketing, with a curiosity for testing, learning, and optimizing campaigns to join Burson.

What you'll do:

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across social platforms and Google Ads to achieve performance goals.
Oversee multiple accounts, handling budgets, campaign execution, and ongoing optimization.
Analyze campaign data and key KPIs to identify insights and improve results.
Develop strategic media plans aligned with business objectives.
Prepare clear and actionable reports on campaign performance and recommendation

Experience that contributes to success

Minimum 2 years of experience managing digital accounts and paid media campaigns.
Strong knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video).
Proven ability in budget management and performance optimization.
Results-driven mindset with focus on performance KPIs (CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversions).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive optimizations.
Experience in reporting and presenting campaign performance insights clearly and effectively.
