About the Role

We are establishing a dedicated India-based engineering team to build and operate an end-to-end Email-as-a-Service (EaaS) platform for our product. • Remote inspection Review part photographs, inspection reports(FAIR), and other documentation uploaded by Fictiv’s US manufacturing partners

What you will be doing

What you will be doing

• Customer Management
  Act as the primary advocate for customers running injection molding programs through Fictiv. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience from tooling kickoff through production.
• Injection Molding Program Execution
  Support customers with injection molding programs including tooling development, DFM alignment, first article validation, production ramp, and ongoing manufacturing support. Ensure technical and operational alignment across teams.
• Case Management
  Manage multiple injection molding orders and programs concurrently across customers and internal operations teams. Prioritize and resolve requests to meet customer expectations for timing, quality, and manufacturability.
• Technical Communication

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years in SaaS Product Management, including 4+ years leading enterprise-grade contact center, UCaaS, or voice communication products
• Proven success transforming embedded voice capabilities into revenue-generating, standalone experiences that drive customer adoption and satisfaction
• Deep technical expertise in:
  • Voice communication protocols; telephony device and systems
  • NLP, speech recognition, and conversational Voice technologies
