AS AN SR. AWS CONSULTANT, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Support customers in the adoption of Amazon Connect solutions, ensuring successful implementation and helping to achieve positive outcomes for NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture clients
- Conduct technology assessment and audits to identify the need (from an ROI and Outcomes perspective) to move to CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, improving agent experience and productivity
- Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud
- Facilitate business process reviews with customers to understand their requirements and challenges. Assist in documenting these needs to guide solution design
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable, clear, and well-structured user stories that can be used by development or implementation teams to create solutions
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, and managing expectations and priorities
- Work closely with Solution Architects to review and approve created Solution Designs to ensure that best practices and standards are followed
- Collect business requirements and work with Solution Engineers, Solution Architects, and Practice Lead to generate estimates and timelines to be utilized in Statements of Work
- Deliver customer end user training and documentation
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer-facing contact center experience
- Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions
- Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP
- Experience with hands-on Scripting/coding (e.g., python, java, c#, .NET, Node.js)
- Communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and customers
- API integration experience
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Experience with Cloudformation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration, and Call Center Routing
- Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks for building, testing, and deploying software, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy
- Contact Center architecture knowledge
- Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture
- Salesforce knowledge and familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Contact center product knowledge of other platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio, etc.)
- Experience with WorkForce Management solutions
- Experience working with outbound dialers and campaign management
- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
- AWS Developer Associate Certification or Professional
- AWS Solution Architect Certification or Professional
- Salesforce Certified Administrator

AS AN AWS SOLUTION ARCHITECT, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

NeuraFlash is looking for a talented Solution Architect to join our growing Service Cloud Voice practice! You'll bring Salesforce project implementations to life by working with our customers to understand their business, identify their requirements, and design, develop, QA, and launch their solutions. We are building a best-in-class team and this role will have the opportunity to make significant contributions working with the rest of our talented team, exciting customers, and partnering closely with our Salesforce and AI Teams!
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes
- Translate customer requirements into contact center design, leveraging best practices and minimizing the need for custom development
- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions
- Develop technical requirements and specifications for customers and the technical delivery team
- Drive best practice contact center design into each and every aspect of solution delivery
- Effectively manage aspects of projects and customer communications
- Deliver customer end user training and documentation
- Oversee and be accountable for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned projects
- Exercise independent judgment, and take the lead role on enterprise level projects with minimal direction from senior management
- Lead vision and strategy discussions with contact center and customer service leadership and management
- Architect and build best-in-class implementations of Service Cloud
- Configure Salesforce Solutions using point-and-click tools available on the platform (e.g., Process Builder and Visual Flows)
- Understand and leverage Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions
- Partner with our Artificial Intelligence team to create innovative Salesforce solutions for our customers
- Acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and major launches
- Understanding of contact center routing strategies in Salesforce and Amazon Connect
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5+ years project experience in a hands-on position
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
- Understanding of customer service and contact center operations with experience solving Complex Use Cases
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture
- Experience building Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, Visual Flows, and Process Builders within Salesforce
- Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, and Deployment Best Practices and Governance
- Client facing experience in the following areas: Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, Delivering Solution Options to Customers, and Enterprise Application Architecture
PREFERRED SKILLS:
- Any Salesforce Certifications are a plus, preferably Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Sales Cloud
- Detail-oriented and a strong team player with great communication skills
- Keep an open mind and must be flexible to change
NICE TO HAVES:
- Contact Center architecture knowledge
- Working knowledge of voip communication protocols like SIP, WebRTC

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The AWS Senior Developer executes and implements complex solution designs by leveraging AWS-optimized architectures at enterprise scale. The Sr. AWS Developer should have a strong development background and be proficient in either Python or Javascript. This individual is expected to understand the core AWS services and apply best practices regarding security and scalability. This position is focused on delivering solutions for contact centers, specifically leveraging Amazon Connect. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a Solution Architect to deliver successful contact center solutions
- Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews, helping to identify customer requirements and processes
- Provide technical details and solutions for functional User Stories
- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions
- Hands-on development of a Solution Design, leveraging best practices and programming principles
- Lead a development team in distributing tasks and performing code reviews
- Deliver technical end user training and documentation
- Exercise independent judgment, and take the lead technical role on enterprise level projects with minimal direction
Required Skills:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5+ years project experience in a hands-on position
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
- Understanding of customer service and contact center operations with experience solving Complex Use Cases
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture
- Experience building Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, Visual Flows, and Process Builders within Salesforce
- Understanding of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, and Deployment Best Practices and Governance
- Client facing experience in the following areas: Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, Delivering Solution Options to Customers, and Enterprise Application Architecture
PREFERRED SKILLS:

- Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions for NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture customers

Qualifications

As a Conversational Design Consultant, you will be responsible for designing compelling contact center experiences and delivering impactful business value to our clients, and their end-users.
You’ll lead the design workstream within major customer experience transformations, across both the voice and digital channels.
As a core participant in our cross-functional project teams, you’ll be leading the client engagement on design, and working in partnership with our talented architecture, AI and engineering teams to delight our customers.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Design conversational speech systems, leveraging Agentic AI and Natural Language Understanding systems from AWS and Salesforce, for customer service automation
- Craft the capabilities, user experience, and persona of automated interactions being delivered across voice, chat, SMS, and email channels
- Lead requirement gathering, ideation workshops and client design sessions
- Contribute to enterprise customer engagement strategies, from a design and customer behavior perspective
- Incorporate high-level business goals into actionable, clear, and well-structured experience designs, that can be used by development or implementation teams to create solutions
- Create client-facing deliverables with a specialized focus on conversational interaction and experience
- Analyse interaction data to identify opportunities for automation where our customers will see the most value, and make data-driven experience improvement recommendations

- Adaptable to use different design tools as required
- Ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team to create rich end user experiences
- Comfortable presenting design deliverables to business stakeholders
- Experience analysing data to identify user behaviors and make design decisions

Preferred Skills:

The Sr. AWS Developer executes and implements complex solution designs by leveraging AWS-optimized architectures at enterprise scale. The Sr. AWS Developer should have a strong development background and be proficient in either Python or Javascript. This individual is expected to understand the core AWS services and apply best practices regarding security and scalability. This position is focused on delivering solutions for contact centers, specifically leveraging Amazon Connect. - Work closely with a Solution Architect to deliver successful contact center solutions
- Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews, helping to identify customer requirements and processes

- Hands-on development of a Solution Design, leveraging best practices and programming principles
- Lead a development team in distributing tasks and performing code reviews

AS AN AWS TECHNICAL ARCHITECT, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions for NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture customers
- Conduct technology assessment and audits to identify the need (from an ROI and Outcomes perspective) to move to CCaaS AWS Connect Platform, improving agent experience and productivity
- Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes
- Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS, and participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud
- Lead discovery for customers, help customers build ROIs for projects, and deliver presentations and estimate for delivering that ROI
- Translate customer requirements into contact center design, leveraging best practices, and other AWS Services
- Oversee and mentor technical teams, providing guidance and support to ensure that proposed solution (on Salesforce and AWS Cloud) is delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, communicating technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, and managing expectations and priorities
- Drive best practice contact center design into each and every aspect of solution delivery
- Effectively manage all aspects of project and customer communications
- Deliver customer end user training and documentation
- Exercise independent judgment, and take the lead role on enterprise level projects with minimal direction from senior management
- Lead vision and strategy discussions with contact center and customer service leadership and management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Customer-facing contact center experience
- Experience building integrations across WFM, CRM, and contact center solutions
- Experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP
- Experience with hands-on Scripting/coding (e.g., python, java, c#, .NET, Node.js)
- Communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, and customers
- API integration experience
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Experience with Cloudformation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration, Lex Integration, and Call Center Routing
- Proficient in understanding and documenting the infrastructure requirements and specifications, including resource types, networking, security, and compliance needs.
- Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks for building, testing, and deploying software, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CodeDeploy
- Contact Center architecture knowledge
- Experienced in implementing infrastructure as code using AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) and Terraform, ensuring consistent and efficient infrastructure deployment.
- Capable of setting up monitoring and logging for infrastructure components and performing ongoing maintenance to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Experience in technology/software sales, pre-sales, or consulting
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture
- Salesforce knowledge and familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Contact center product knowledge of other platforms (Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio, etc.)
- Experience with WorkForce Management solutions
- Experience working with outbound dialers and campaign management
- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
- AWS Developer Associate Certification or Professional
- AWS Solution Architect Certification or Professional
- Salesforce Certified Administrator

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements and processes
- Create visual diagrams illustrating customer business processes
- Create user stories based on customer requirements
- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions
- Develop technical requirements and specifications for customers and the technical delivery team
- Learn and drive best practice contact center design into each and every aspect of solution delivery
- Effectively manage aspects of projects and customer communications
- Deliver customer end user training and documentation
- Configure Salesforce Solutions using point-and-click tools available on the platform (e.g., Process Builder and Visual Flows)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years project experience in a hands-on position
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
- Understanding of Customer Service and Contact Center Operations with experience solving Complex Use Cases
- Solid Understanding of Salesforce Platform and its architecture
- Experience building Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, Visual Flows, and Process Builders within Salesforce
