We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA Manager to own end-to-end quality for SonicOS, the core operating system powering SonicWall’s next-generation firewall products. JOB ROLE SUMMARY: This is the position placed in the organization for building and developing relationship in the finance function from IT. Primary Responsibilities: 

• Acts as a client advocate and a point of escalations for client service delivery needs.
• Coordinates internally across Ensono with cross-functional teams to ensure the relationship and services levels are achieved.
