WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

• Lead end-to-end implementations of functional workstreams (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing to Contracts, Supplier Relationship Management) from the start to production delivery.
• Deploy our agentic AI solutions by leveraging your deep procurement domain expertise and natural language (prompting and functional logic) to tailor AI behaviors specifically to the customer’s unique business context.
• Actively work with the Solution Architect in the Design phase by sharing with the Customer or Partner leading practices, demonstrating the product, conducting fit-gap analysis, and taking full functional ownership of the design document.
• Actively work alongside Solution Architects by sharing leading practices with the Customer or Partner, demonstrating the product, and taking full functional ownership of the design document.
• Support partners during the implementation by providing feedback on the design and performing configuration reviews during the implementations.
• Oversee and contribute to the Delivery and Deployment plan and ultimately guarantee successful deployment to Production.
• Configure the solution and coordinate the effort with other team members to guarantee project milestones are met.
• Incorporate customer feedback to assess and enhance product features.
• Ensure PMO (Project Management Office) activities and support change management initiatives to drive end-user adoption.

YOUR PROFILE

If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you:

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of functional experience in procurement, SRM, Supply Chain
• Prior experience with software and Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation projects is a plus.
• Proven experience driving digital transformation using leading cloud procurement platforms, with a strong aptitude for leveraging natural language to guide AI/automation tools.
• Experience in managing client & partners relationships, leading workshops, and acting as a trusted business advisor.
• Deep functional knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycles combined with excellent Project Management skills.
• Relevant procurement or project management certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, PMP) are highly preferred.

Soft Skills :

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire clients during workshops and build strong, collaborative partnerships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment and work in close collaboration with clients and partners.

● Abgeschlossenes Studium (BS/BA, MBA bevorzugt) in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Procurement oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet bzw. ausländisches Äquivalent.
● Mindestens 5 Jahre funktionale Erfahrung in Procurement, SRM oder Supply Chain.

As a Professional Services Director, you will oversee the successful implementation of Ivalua’s solutions across a portfolio of projects. Leading a team of Implementation Specialists and Implementation Leads, you will ensure project success by managing scope, budget, timeline, and quality while working cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Intelligence, and Product teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Implementation Lead to work on a full suite implementation project for customer in Singapore. We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join the project team for this high-profile project. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be a key point of contact for our client and the system integrator, and part of a ‘Squad’ defined per module (Contract Squad, Sourcing Squad, etc). 

This is a hands-on role that requires both strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think holistically to provide long-term solutions for the customer. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US 

• Lead or contribute to the end-to-end implementation of functional workstreams, such as Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing-to-Contracts, and Supplier Relationship Management.

ROLE:

En tant que Procurement Lead - Functional Expert vous collaborerez étroitement avec les clients, les partenaires et l’équipe produit afin de cartographier des workflows achats complexes, d’optimiser les solutions fonctionnelles et de piloter l’amélioration continue. Votre expertise fonctionnelle sera déterminante pour renforcer les stratégies de gestion des dépenses de nos clients et garantir leur réussite à long terme.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ CHEZ NOUS:

• Piloter des implémentations de bout en bout des différents processus fonctionnels (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing-to-Contracts, Supplier Relationship Management) jusqu’à la mise en production.
• Déployer nos solutions d’IA agentique en s’appuyant sur votre solide expertise du domaine des achats ainsi que sur le langage naturel (prompting et logique fonctionnelle) afin d’adapter les comportements de l’IA au contexte métier spécifique du client.
• Travailler activement avec l’architecte solution lors de la phase de conception (Design) en partageant avec le client ou le partenaire les bonnes pratiques, en réalisant des démonstrations produit, en menant l’analyse fit-gap et en prenant l’entière responsabilité fonctionnelle du document de conception.
• Collaborer activement aux côtés des architectes solution en partageant les bonnes pratiques avec le client ou le partenaire, en démontrant la valeur du produit.
• Accompagner les partenaires pendant l’implémentation en fournissant des retours sur la conception et en réalisant des revues de paramétrage (configuration) durant les déploiements.
• Superviser et contribuer au plan de delivery et de déploiement, et garantir in fine le succès de la mise en production.
• Paramétrer la solution et coordonner les efforts avec les autres membres de l’équipe afin de garantir l’atteinte des jalons du projet.
• Intégrer les retours clients pour évaluer et améliorer les fonctionnalités du produit.
• Assurer les activités de PMO (Project Management Office) et soutenir les initiatives de conduite du changement afin de favoriser l’adoption par les utilisateurs finaux.

VOTRE PROFIL:

Compétences et expérience :

• Formation Bac +5, en achats (procurement), commerce/gestion, supply chain management, ou domaine connexe.
• 5 ans d’expérience fonctionnelle dans les achats, le SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) et la supply chain.
• Une expérience préalable sur des projets de mise en œuvre de logiciels et de solutions SaaS (Software as a Service) est un plus.
• Expérience avérée dans la conduite de la transformation digitale via des plateformes cloud d’achats de référence, avec une forte aptitude à exploiter le langage naturel pour piloter des outils d’IA/d’automatisation.
• Expérience dans la gestion des relations clients & partenaires, l’animation d’ateliers et le rôle de "Trusted advisor".
• Solides connaissances fonctionnelles du cycle Source-to-Pay (S2P), combinées à d’excellentes compétences en gestion de projet.
• Les certifications pertinentes en achats ou en gestion de projet (ex. : CIPS, CPSM, PMP) sont fortement souhaitées.

THE OPPORTUNITY

CONTEXT: 

This is a strategic, global role for a Senior Customer Technical Lead who acts as the vital technical bridge between our high-value customers, regional delivery teams, and our core IT/Security functions. Working across multiple projects, you will serve as the primary technical contact for customers on complex inquiries regarding Infrastructure, Security, and Performance. You are more than a technical expert; you are a strategic consultant who navigates the space between customer expectations and internal execution.

ROLE: 

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our Professional Services teams, providing them with the high-level expertise needed to unblock technical issues and navigate security and performance compliance. You will play a lead role in Customer Advisory, joining strategic meetings to explain Root Cause Analysis (RCA), resolve technical anxieties, and provide the expertise needed to build long-term trust. 

As this role supports a global portfolio, you must possess the flexibility to operate across different time zones and the communication skills to manage diverse regional expectations.

• Strategic Technical Filter & Gatekeeper: Act as the primary technical interface for regional delivery teams. • Senior Technical Experience: Extensive background (10+ years) in technical consulting, systems engineering, or a similar "bridge" role, with a focus on cloud-native environments.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience, OR Master's Degree in relevant field with a minimum of 8 years relevant professional experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Azure Proficiency: Good conceptual and practical understanding of Microsoft Azure (Compute, Networking, Security, and Monitoring tools). You should be comfortable explaining Azure architecture to a customer’s IT department.
• Security & Compliance: Solid knowledge of enterprise security standards and data protection. Experience dealing with government-level security clearances or highly regulated industries is a major plus.
• Monitoring tools: Solid knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, DataDog, Elk, etc).  
• Communication & Advisory: Exceptional ability to translate "back-end" technical jargon into clear, business-focused advisory for customer IT leaders. You must be comfortable leading high-stakes meetings and managing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) presentations.
• Collaborative Problem Solving: Proven track record of working with internal delivery teams and specialized SMEs (Infosec/IT) to drive resolutions for complex customer requests.
• Incident Management: Experience in a high-pressure support or delivery environment, with the ability to remain calm and authoritative during Severity 1 incidents.
• Global Mindset & Flexibility: Experience working across diverse regions and cultures. Flexibility is a must, as this role requires attending meetings and supporting projects across multiple time zones.

ROLE:

This is an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Lead to work on a full suite implementation project for customer in Singapore. We are seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join the project team for this high-profile project. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be a key point of contact for our client and the system integrator, and part of a ‘Squad’ defined per module (Contract Squad, Sourcing Squad, etc). 

This is a hands-on role that requires both strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think holistically to provide long-term solutions for the customer.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

• Lead or contribute to the end-to-end implementation of functional workstreams, such as Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing-to-Contracts, and Supplier Relationship Management.
• Actively work with the customer and the System Integrator during the design phase, providing leading practices and demonstrating the product.
• Lead or Contribute to the design. 
• Lead or Contribute to the configuration of the solution from the user interface, using all available configuration tools.
• Guide Customer and System integrators on complex requirements
• Manage data loads and perform data integrity checks.
• Leverage SQL to solve technical issues or perform advanced configuration.
• Debug technical issues, provide root cause analysis, and resolve defects.
• Contribute to the overall testing effort.
• Oversee and contribute to the delivery and deployment plan, ensuring successful go lives.
• Contribute to Project Management Office (PMO) activities. 

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum 6 years experience in web-based software development and software deployment processes

Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for an Integration Lead for our Professional Services department. You will be reporting to the Director, Professional Services. You will be first point of contact between our technical clients integrating Ivalua products with their ERP and other internal and 3rd party systems. Ivalua is developing a new generation of Procurement technology products.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US 

• Work with our project managers and clients to integrate Ivalua with our customers' systems
• Be the technical lead from Ivalua to support the technical efforts during the projects
• If necessary, assist clients with sample code, configuration, help clients debug integration code, prepare test cases, etc.
• Become a subject matter expert on Ivalua's technology and products
• Interact with engineers and developers at Ivalua's Customers who are integrating their systems with Ivalua
• Act as a customer proxy and communicating customer requests for product enhancements to Product team
• Ensure cross-departmental cooperation to provide world-class support for partners

YOUR PROFILE

Skills and Experience:,

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in web-based software development and software deployment processes
• Experience in SQL Server and writing queries.
• Experience with transfer protocols like SFTP, FTPS, AS2 as well as with use of APIs
• Experience with CSV, XML, or any other type of document business standards
• Hands-on-coding experience in web-based technologies is a must
• Hands on experience building integrations with SOAP and REST API's and Web Services
• Broad knowledge of enterprise level, commercially available hardware and software products, operating systems, networking systems, and methodologies and tools for integrating web-based products

• BE/BTech or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer science, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent. Procurement domain will be an added advantage.
