ROLE:

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
- Lead end-to-end implementations of functional workstreams (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing to Contracts, Supplier Relationship Management) from the start to production delivery.
- Deploy our agentic AI solutions by leveraging your deep procurement domain expertise and natural language (prompting and functional logic) to tailor AI behaviors specifically to the customer’s unique business context.
- Actively work with the Solution Architect in the Design phase by sharing with the Customer or Partner leading practices, demonstrating the product, conducting fit-gap analysis, and taking full functional ownership of the design document.

- Support partners during the implementation by providing feedback on the design and performing configuration reviews during the implementations.

YOUR PROFILE

Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of functional experience in procurement, SRM, Supply Chain
- Prior experience with software and Software as a Service (SaaS) implementation projects is a plus.
- Proven experience driving digital transformation using leading cloud procurement platforms, with a strong aptitude for leveraging natural language to guide AI/automation tools.
- Experience in managing client & partners relationships, leading workshops, and acting as a trusted business advisor.
- Deep functional knowledge of Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycles combined with excellent Project Management skills.
- Relevant procurement or project management certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, PMP) are highly preferred.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Finance department, international in scope (EMEA, AMER, APAC) and in full growth, is made up of around thirty experts. The person will be reporting to the Director, Accounting based in Pune.
ROLE:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Travel & Expense (T&E) processing, end-to-end Accounts Payable invoice management, payroll accounting, and day-to-day accounting operations. In addition, the role requires a strong command of data analysis in accounting contexts and advanced Excel skills, including macro development, to drive process efficiency and reporting accuracy.
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
Travel & Expense (T&E) Processing
- Review, verify, and process employee T&E expense claims in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure timely reimbursements and accurate recording of expense entries in the accounting system.
- Audit submitted expense reports for compliance, proper documentation, and approvals.
- Liaise with employees and managers to resolve discrepancies or policy violations.
Accounts Payable (AP)
- Manage the complete AP lifecycle from invoice receipt, coding, and PO matching to approval workflow and payment execution.
- Perform 2-way and 3-way PO matching and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and procurement teams.
- Maintain vendor master data, ensure accuracy of payment terms, and process payments via bank transfers and cheques.
- Reconcile AP sub-ledger with the general ledger and resolve open items on a monthly basis.
- Prepare aging reports and support month-end AP close activities.
Day-to-Day Accounting Operations
- Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and other routine accounting transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes within set deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of MIS reports, trial balance, and audit schedules.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards (IND AS / GAAP) and internal controls.
- Assist in the preparation, verification, and processing of monthly payroll for all employees.
- Ensure accurate input of attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and statutory contributions
- Payroll Accounting journal Entry.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Design and maintain Excel-based dashboards, automated reports, and financial models.
- Develop and maintain Excel Macros (VBA) to automate repetitive accounting workflows and enhance productivity.
- Support senior management with ad hoc financial analysis and data-driven insights.

- Advise Customers on procurement leading practices and configuration management.
- Use Ivalua Buyer technical framework (C# .NET & SQL) to configure and customize Ivalua Buyer solution to meet specific business requirements
- Reverse engineering and debugging to solve project issues throughout all phases of the implementation cycle
- Develop advanced configuration knowledge and show strong technical creativity skills to leverage configuration features in order to limit custom code

- Weekly meeting (prioritization of requests) and monthly meeting (maintenance report, improvement plan and new subjects) with the customer and the integrator partner
Maintenance:
- Follow-up, qualification, and prioritization of customer requests
- Expertise needed in troubleshooting code and SQL issues
- Staying up to date with trends with new syntax, query optimization, and
- Prior knowledge of C# .NET & SQL frameworks to best support existing and future Ivalua customers
- Ability to communicate well with customers and team members
Change requests:
- Analysis of needs, deviations and customer processes in connection with project engineers, production of costs of requests.
- Parameterization of the solution and reduction of specific code
Upgrade solution:
- Preparation of the upgrade: generic and specific code (to be reduced), parameters, tests
- Customer acceptance and production
- Customer support and follow-up of associated anomalies
Expertise in solution and Customer Satisfaction:
- Training in new and advanced products. Support for partners and customers
- Feedback to R&D of customer needs and projects
- Punctual participation in customer specification and configuration workshops.
YOUR PROFILE
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience on L3/L4 Software Product Technical Support Process
- You have experience as a developer in object-oriented language (ideally C#) acquired through at least projects, internships or work-study.
- You are a master of SQL (writing and optimizing queries)
- You have experience in technical support, and if possible customer management.
- Preferred University degree in BE/BTech or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer science, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent. Procurement domain will be an added advantage

THE OPPORTUNITY
CONTEXT:
Our Customer Support team is dedicated to leveraging IVALUA procurement solutions for our customers post go-live. The RUN team, international in scope (EMEA, AMER, APAC) and in full growth, is made up of around fifty experts and is still growing in order to guarantee the satisfaction of a growing number of customers.
ROLE:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Solution Architect at Ivalua. You will be reporting to Sr. Director, RUN and you will present to our clients the new version of the application and its latest features, identify potential gaps between the client’s existing application and the targeted version for the upgrade, recommend design changes to address these gaps, and coordinate with client throughout the Upgrade phase. Your excellent functional and technical knowledge of the Ivalua application will allow you understand the impacts of upgrading existing client applications, in order to propose the best possible migration. You will also be collaborating closely with the Customer Success Manager, the R&D Upgrade team and the RUN team to help them grow the value of the Application Upgrade for the clients and ensure eventually the success of the Upgrade in Production. You will be in charge of formalizing the macro-planning and migration path of the Upgrade guaranteeing good user experience, appropriate business coverage (non-regression and innovation), change management, high performance and security levels.
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
- Present the new version to the customer for upgrades, and evaluate the impact of the upgrade for the existing features deployed in Production and the changes for the users
- Drive the sessions with the Customers to support their understanding of the new solution, promote the innovation in the new release and coordinate demo of the new release
- Address and document gaps between the new version and the version in Production. Detail the integration work and change management to be done on client side (with his partner). Coordinate internally all design sticky points during the Upgrade
- Document the Macro-planning of the upgrade and its content for the client and Ivalua
- Get the validation from the Customer on the new version and migration strategy
- Support the Ivalua upgrade team (R&D & RUN) during the upgrade phase to address any configuration / design / user experience issue and propose the migration solution
- Provide with PS/CS team a level of effort for enhancements requested by the Customer, out of scope of the upgrade, and propose to the Customer the Statement of Work.
- Mentor the RUN TAMs to handle design questions by themselves and ultimately contribute to solution architect tasks
- Interact with RD on product gaps to provide details on business needs and guarantee that the production solution will meet business needs and contribute to the Product Roadmap
YOUR PROFILE

- Minimum 10 years of experience and functional knowledge of Procurement & Finance (or Supply Chain) functions
- Deep knowledge of Ivalua solution
- Ivalua certified both in S2C and P2P
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Some travel on client sites (up to 20%)
- Preferred University degree in BE/BTech or master’s degree in computer engineering, Computer science, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent. Procurement domain will be an added advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Clear communicator (written and verbal) – to ensure ability to write incident forms.

Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for an Integration Lead for our Professional Services department. You will be reporting to the Director, Professional Services. You will be first point of contact between our technical clients integrating Ivalua products with their ERP and other internal and 3rd party systems. Ivalua is developing a new generation of Procurement technology products.
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
- Work with our project managers and clients to integrate Ivalua with our customers' systems
- Be the technical lead from Ivalua to support the technical efforts during the projects
- If necessary, assist clients with sample code, configuration, help clients debug integration code, prepare test cases, etc.
- Become a subject matter expert on Ivalua's technology and products
- Interact with engineers and developers at Ivalua's Customers who are integrating their systems with Ivalua
- Act as a customer proxy and communicating customer requests for product enhancements to Product team
- Ensure cross-departmental cooperation to provide world-class support for partners
YOUR PROFILE

Skills and Experience:,
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in web-based software development and software deployment processes
- Experience in SQL Server and writing queries.
- Experience with transfer protocols like SFTP, FTPS, AS2 as well as with use of APIs
- Experience with CSV, XML, or any other type of document business standards
- Hands-on-coding experience in web-based technologies is a must
- Hands on experience building integrations with SOAP and REST API's and Web Services
- Broad knowledge of enterprise level, commercially available hardware and software products, operating systems, networking systems, and methodologies and tools for integrating web-based products
Soft Skills :
