Roku is the #1 TV streaming platform in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, and we've set our sights on powering every television in the world. Roku pioneered streaming to the TV. Our mission is to be the TV streaming platform that connects the entire TV ecosystem. We connect consumers to the content they love, enable content publishers to build and monetize large audiences, and provide advertisers unique capabilities to engage consumers.
From your first day at Roku, you'll make a valuable - and valued - contribution. We're a fast-growing public company where no one is a bystander. We offer you the opportunity to delight millions of TV streamers around the world while gaining meaningful experience across a variety of disciplines.
Roku is scaling how we use automation and AI to improve employee, customer, and partner experiences while driving operational efficiency, data quality, governance, and compliance. We are piloting and deploying AI-enabled solutions across core tools, workflows, and services in close partnership with Engineering and a broad set of business functions.
We are looking for an AI Program Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of these AI and automation programs — from discovery and due diligence through pilot, rollout, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will lead AI and automation programs, responsible for building and executing a structured roadmap of pilots and scaled solutions. You will manage a portfolio of initiatives (e.g., AI assistants, case routing, content generation, analytics, and workflow automation) that reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and enhance stakeholder experience while maintaining strong governance and compliance.
This is a hands-on program management role that requires strong stakeholder management, comfort with technical concepts, and a disciplined approach to requirements, change management, and measurement.
For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $140,000 to 170,000 annually.
Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location. This role is eligible for health insurance, equity awards, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, wellness benefits, and paid time off.
This role sits within a global, operations-focused organization that:
You will operate at the intersection of Engineering, People, Operations, Analytics, Finance, and Legal as we test, implement, and scale AI capabilities.
Roku fosters an inclusive and collaborative environment where teams work in the office Monday through Thursday. Fridays are flexible for remote work except for employees whose roles are required to be in the office five days a week or employees who are in offices with a five day in office policy.

Our comprehensive benefits include global access to mental health and financial wellness support and resources. Local benefits include statutory and voluntary benefits which may include healthcare (medical, dental, and vision), life, accident, disability, commuter, and retirement options (401(k)/pension). Employees are supported in taking time off, in accordance with local leave policies and other personal needs to support their evolving work and life needs. It's important to note that not every benefit is available in all locations or for every role. For details specific to your location, please consult with your recruiter.

Roku is a great place for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's success rather than their own. We try to surround ourselves with people who are great at their jobs, who are easy to work with, and who keep their egos in check. We appreciate a sense of humor. We believe a fewer number of very talented folks can do more for less cost than a larger number of less talented teams. We're independent thinkers with big ideas who act boldly, move fast and accomplish extraordinary things through collaboration and trust. In short, at Roku you'll be part of a company that's changing how the world watches TV.
We have a unique culture that we are proud of. We think of ourselves primarily as problem-solvers, which itself is a two-part idea. We come up with the solution, but the solution isn't real until it is built and delivered to the customer. That penchant for action gives us a pragmatic approach to innovation, one that has served us well since 2002.

Founded in 2006, One Acre Fund equips 5.5 million smallholder farmers to make their farms more productive. Across nine countries that together are home to two-thirds of Africa's farmers, we provide high-quality farm supplies, tree seedlings, accessible credit, modern agronomic training, and a wide range of other agricultural services. On average, this model enables any farmer to increase their income and assets on supported land by more than 35 percent, while permanently improving their resilience. This is all made possible by our team of 9,000+ full-time staff, drawn from diverse backgrounds and professions. To learn more, please see our Why Work Here blog post.
Our Tanzania program, founded in 2013, supports more than 100,000 farmers with quality farm supplies, as well as fruit trees. Our team in Tanzania is headquartered in Iringa and supported by three smaller offices Mbeya and Njombe in the southern highlands, and Moshi in the north where the team is focused on expanding our services to new clients. One Acre Fund works in select areas in the Iringa and Mbeya regions, with a growing presence in the country’s north.
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for building market systems that work for smallholder farmers?
This is a senior role at the heart of OAF Tanzania's commercial ambition. You will define and lead the organisation's market access strategy and portfolio, deciding which value chains to prioritise, shaping the commercial model for each, and building the partnerships needed to make them viable.
You will lead a team delivering both farmer-facing and commercial workstreams, bringing together strategy, commercial design, field delivery, and partner execution into a coherent and scalable portfolio.
This is not a hands-on field role, but it demands enough operational depth to guide execution effectively and ensure that every moving part connects. You will need to move comfortably between high-level strategic thinking and the practical realities of delivery.
If you are ready to shape how smallholder farmers access markets at scale, we would love to hear from you.
Market Access Portfolio Strategy & Prioritization

Performance, Analysis & Risk Management
Leadership: Team, Cross-Functional & Representation

We hold career reviews every six months, and set aside time to discuss your aspirations and career goals. You’ll have the opportunity to shape a growing organization and build a rewarding long-term career.
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
As soon as possible
Tanzania
Health insurance, housing, and comprehensive benefits
2 Years
This role is only open to citizens or permanent residents of Tanzania.
05 August 2026. Please note that we hire on a rolling basis which means that applications are reviewed and processed on a continuous basis until a hire is made.

From designing multi-agent orchestrations to building the "glue" code that connects LLMs to our core logistics APIs, you will be responsible for operationalizing AI at scale. We are looking for a high-agency builder who thrives in ambiguity and is obsessed with the transition from "software that waits for input" to "agents that take action."
What you’ll do:
What you’ll bring to the table:
The work we do at ShipBob is both challenging and rigorous, which means our environment isn’t the right fit for everyone, and that’s okay. We welcome energetic high performers who thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, results-driven environment. We value individuals who embrace accountability and humility, push boundaries, and are motivated by challenging work. Every team member, no matter their role or tenure, is expected to roll up their sleeves and tackle the complex problems we face in today’s global supply chain.

Diversity of experience and skills combined with passion is a key to innovation and excellence; therefore, we encourage people from all backgrounds to apply to our positions.
About You:
Building the world’s leading full-stack fulfillment platform is challenging work. The problems we solve are complex, the pace is fast, and the bar is high. That means ShipBob’s environment isn’t the right fit for everyone, and that’s okay. If you are ready to take ownership, push boundaries, and grow alongside a team that genuinely supports each other, we would love to hear from you.

We believe innovation isn't owned by one department. Whether you're in Talent, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or Customer Success, we expect you to ask: how can this be done better, faster, or smarter? These tools are our investment in your ability to find those answers.
We may use AI-powered tools during our interview process to support things like notetaking and organizing feedback so our teams can stay focused on getting to know you. These tools help create a more consistent and thoughtful experience. That said, every hiring decision is made by a human.

GiveWell is a research organization that identifies and funds cost-effective giving opportunities, focusing on global health and well-being. Our work is funded by tens of thousands of donors who rely on our research to inform their giving. We’ve grown from directing $1.5 million in 2010 to directing more than $400 million in 2025.
GiveWell is seeking a Senior Water Researcher to help direct tens of millions of dollars annually to the most cost-effective water interventions we can find. You will have an outsized influence on our funding decisions and help us save and improve lives on a global scale.
Our water grantmaking has historically focused on improving drinking water quality through chlorination — primarily chlorine dispensers and in-line chlorination — in low- and middle-income countries with a high burden of waterborne disease. In 2025, we ran a public Request for Information (RFI) that resulted in 18 pilot grants to 12 implementing partners across six African countries, totaling roughly $20 million. In 2026, we are beginning to pivot from a narrow focus on chlorination toward a broader exploration of the water sector. This includes investigating alternative water quality interventions (e.g., filtration, in-line ultraviolet disinfection, chemical contamination remediation), different clean water delivery models (e.g. diarrheal outbreak prevention and response, safe water enterprises), exploring water access and infrastructure layering with multilaterals such as the World Bank, market shaping for chlorine supply chains and measurement technology, and R&D for hardware and better service delivery models.
As a Senior Water Researcher, you'll create and lead ambitious research agendas related to our portfolios of work and answer complex questions that will inform GiveWell's grantmaking decisions. The researchers on our team combine rigorous evidence review, cost-effectiveness modeling, and thoughtful judgment.
We're open to a wide variety of professional development pathways depending on your preferences and our needs.
You will be joining a small grantmaking team to contribute to our ambitious research agenda on water. You'll sift through the countless questions we could try to answer, and hone in on those that matter most. You'll also communicate externally about your work and mentor and advise other researchers on the team.
You will shape a research agenda that brings rigor and creativity to the thorniest questions the GiveWell water team faces. Your work will combine empirical evidence review and critical synthesis, cost-effectiveness modeling, discussions with subject matter experts, understanding of the broader context, and your own judgment.
What you might work on in your first year:
The Senior Water Researcher will help shape a major annual grantmaking portfolio, own grant investigations end-to-end (from research question through grant recommendation), and represent GiveWell to external counterparts. You'll have significant latitude to propose new areas of work.
Our research department has over 60 people, and is currently organized into eight teams:
There are currently three people on our water team.
We think our research team has unique qualities:
We expect the Senior Water Researcher to have
We expect that people with the soft qualities below will be the most successful and happy on our team. This isn’t a full list, but hopefully it conveys the gist of our team’s professional personality:
If you’re interested in working on GiveWell’s research team but don’t have water expertise, consider applying to our generalist Senior Researcher role, or our Researcher role if you have limited post-graduation experience.
Miscellaneous details:
GiveWell is dedicated to finding and funding outstanding giving opportunities in global health and development, sharing the full details of our analysis with everyone for free. Our giving funds enable donors to contribute to the most impactful and cost-effective programs our researchers identify.
Since 2007, we’ve directed over $2.6 billion to cost-effective programs and interventions. In the last two years, we’ve made more than $500 million in grants. GiveWell is one of the world’s largest private funders of global development efforts, and we estimate that the funding we’ve directed will save more than 340,000 lives.
GiveWell is most well-known for recommending a small number of Top Charities, which currently support seasonal malaria chemoprevention, antimalarial nets, vaccine incentivization, and vitamin A supplementation. However, most of our research capacity is devoted to finding cost-effective opportunities outside of those programs.
GiveWell grants have:
We never take for granted that GiveWell’s work is good for the world. We make our reasoning public and transparent so others can challenge it (sometimes we even pay people to point out our errors). We go to unusual lengths to check our assumptions and assess our impact, including funding research and external analysis to address our uncertainties and insisting that our grantees conduct rigorous monitoring and evaluation. We have been recognized by Forbes two years in a row as one of “America’s Best Startup Employers.” We are also proud to be one of the few software companies in Time Magazine’s “America’s Top GreenTech Companies 2024”. Join us in Securing Tomorrow!
As Director, AI Data Operations, you will own the people and operational backbone of a 50+ person team that powers data operations for AiDASH’s proprietary models — across model quality control for customer deliveries, training data generation for AI models, and multi-modal imagery sourcing. The team’s work directly determines the quality of our models, the rate at which our models improve, and what we ship to customers.
Reporting directly to VP, Product & Process Excellence; you will lead this team through a major transformation — from manual operations to AI-augmented operations — while raising the bar on quality, ownership, and execution. You will thrive in this role if you have run annotation pipelines, training data workflows, or model quality control operations, ideally in an AI product company — and you are ready to bring that experience to a domain where the stakes are high and the work has real-world consequences.
Good to have
What This Role Is Not

This role is about people leadership, operational excellence, and leading the AI transformation of a function where precision, ownership, and quality are everything. If you love running great teams, setting a high bar, and are excited to use AI to reshape how operational work gets done, this is your role. One requirement: you've worked close to the model — in annotation pipelines, training data workflows, or quality operations — rather than in data analytics, BI, or IT services delivery.
We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to embracing diversity and inclusion in our hiring practices, and we promote a work environment where everyone, from any race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin, can do their best work.

At Clover Health, we are reinventing health insurance by combining the power of data with human empathy. We provide high-quality, affordable Medicare Advantage plans for America's seniors — prioritizing preventive care and leveraging technology to help physicians make more informed decisions. We always put our members first, and our success is measured by the quality of life of the people we serve.
We are building an Experience Center — not a call center. This is a meaningful distinction. We believe that if we create the most loyal members in Medicare Advantage, the financial outcomes will follow. The Director of Customer Experience will be the architect of that loyalty. This is a greenfield build with full operational ownership: standing up Clover's internal Experience Center in Houston, retiring existing outsourced relationships, and delivering a gold-standard Medicare Advantage member experience that scales. The role is fully onsite in North/NW Houston.
Our North Star: create members so delighted with Clover that they become our best marketers, reducing acquisition costs and driving retention through the quality of the experience alone.
Who We're Looking For:
We are deliberately casting a wider net than a traditional call center search. The right candidate may come from retail, hospitality, service operations, or healthcare — but what unites all strong profiles is a track record of creating customer loyalty, customer delight, and customer retention at scale. Call center experience is helpful, not required.
What is required:
As Director, Customer Experience, you will:
Build the Experience Center
Success in this role looks like:
We are building an Experience Center. Candidates who approach this role as a traditional call center optimization exercise will not be a fit.
Benefits Overview:
Additional Perks:
About Clover: We are reinventing health insurance by combining the power of data with human empathy to keep our members healthier. We believe the healthcare system is broken, so we've created custom software and analytics to empower our clinical staff to intervene and provide personalized care to the people who need it most.
We always put our members first, and our success as a team is measured by the quality of life of the people we serve. Those who work at Clover are passionate and mission-driven individuals with diverse areas of expertise, working together to solve the most complicated problem in the world: healthcare.
From Clover’s inception, Diversity & Inclusion have always been key to our success. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and our employees are people with different strengths, experiences, perspectives, opinions, and backgrounds, who share a passion for improving people's lives. Diversity not only includes race and gender identity, but also age, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, religion and many other parts of one’s identity. All of our employee’s points of view are key to our success, and inclusion is everyone's responsibility.

In the U.S., 60% of adults – more than 133 million people – live with at least one chronic condition. These patients need frequent, proactive support to stay healthy, yet our care system isn’t built for that level of attention. With rising clinician shortages, strained infrastructure, and reactive care models, patients too often end up in the ER or the hospital when those outcomes could have been prevented.
At Cadence, we’re building a better system. Our mission is to deliver proactive care to one million seniors by 2030. Our technology and clinical care team extend the reach of primary care providers and support patients every day at home. In partnership with leading health systems, Cadence consistently monitors tens of thousands of patients to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and help patients live longer, healthier lives.
As Director of Engagements, you will own patient retention and engagement across Cadence’s remote care programs, with direct accountability for reducing patient disengagement and churn. You will lead the strategy and execution of patient-facing outreach, ensuring patients remain active, adherent to our clinical journeys, and connected throughout their care journey.
This role sits at the intersection of growth, operations, and clinical experience, requiring a leader who can translate patient behavior, operational signals, and clinical workflows into scalable growth strategies.
You will define how, when, and why Cadence engages patients, from onboarding through long-term retention, and build systems that proactively prevent disengagement before it occurs.
The ideal candidate finds clarity in the face of ambiguity, builds with scalability in mind, and thrives on rapid iteration. You move quickly from scrappy MVP to repeatable systems, and you know how to pilot new initiatives, learn fast, and scale what works.

The anticipated compensation range for this role is $180,000 to $210,000 which is based on role scope, level, and location. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for incentive compensation as part of the overall total rewards package. This position is remote and based in the United States. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, internal equity, and applicable law.
Who we are
Cadence Health was built around a simple promise: patients always come first. Our technology-enabled remote care model pairs continuous health insights with a highly skilled clinical Care Team, empowering seniors to stay healthier, avoid complications, and live more independent, fulfilling lives, all without the limits of a traditional office visit.
Your expertise is the heart of our system.
Nurse practitioners, registered nurses, medical assistants, patient-success coordinators, and other frontline clinicians are the face and beating heart of Cadence. You’ll bring warmth, clinical precision, and the empathy that turns a virtual touchpoint into a human connection. Every chat, phone call, and care plan you deliver shapes how patients experience “what healthcare should be.”
A modern toolkit to practice top-of-license care
We’ve replaced reactive visits with real-time data, intelligent workflows, and seamless collaboration tools. That means you can spend less time on busywork and more time practicing at the top of your license, coaching patients, spotting risks early, and coordinating with physicians to keep care proactive and personal.
Thriving in a fast-moving, mission-driven culture.
Change excites us. Innovation fuels us. If you’re energized by technology, eager to re-imagine care delivery, and motivated to improve outcomes for both patients and the providers who serve them, you’ll feel at home here. We invest in continuous learning, clinical mentorship, and transparent growth paths so you can advance your skills while making a measurable impact every day.
Join us in redefining healthy aging.
If you’re passionate about compassionate care and ready to transform how seniors across the country manage chronic conditions, recover after hospitalization, and age with confidence, let’s talk. Together, we’ll build a future where exceptional care is consistent, connected, and just a call away.
What You'll Get:
Cadence full-time employees are eligible for the benefits described below. Part-time employees may qualify for benefits mandated by state or local law.
Cadence recognizes the unique needs of its diverse, distributed workforce and seeks to provide an inclusive work environment for its world-class clinicians and technologists.
We are committed to equal opportunity and fairness regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, nation of origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, country of citizenship, medical condition, marital or domestic partner status, family status, family care status, military or veteran status or any other basis protected by local, state or federal laws. Red Cell Partners is an incubation firm building and investing in rapidly scalable technology-led companies that are bringing revolutionary advancements to market in three distinct practice areas: healthcare, cyber, and national security. United by a shared sense of duty and deep belief in the power of innovation, Red Cell is developing powerful tools and solutions to address our Nation’s most pressing problems.
Head of Defense Growth
Federal / Department of War
Role Summary
Red Cell Partners is building something fundamentally different from any other organization in the defense innovation ecosystem: a venture builder designed to identify critical national security problems, build companies around them, and scale those companies into enduring capabilities for the U.S. Department of War and federal government.
The Head of Defense Growth is the senior leader responsible for translating that ambition into real-world impact. This role sits at the intersection of venture creation, mission problem‑solving, and federal scale‑up. You will define how Red Cell and the companies it builds identify opportunities, shape demand, win programs, and grow into long‑term solutions for the American warfighter.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who wants to build the system, not inherit one.
About This Role
This is not a conventional “VP of Sales” or “Head of BD” position. You are not being hired to sell a single product, manage a catalog, or inherit a stale pipeline. You are being hired to rewrite the playbook: to creatively combine capabilities across the Red Cell portfolio, uncover non‑obvious paths to adoption, and solve complex mission problems that do not fit neatly into existing acquisition models.
We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments with limited oversight. Someone who can look at an operational gap, a fragmented funding landscape, and an early stage capability and find a way through.
You will have broad ownership over Red Cell’s public sector growth strategy, with initial focus on Department of War, shaping where we play, how we play, and how we win. That means using the full suite of capabilities across the Red Cell portfolio to deliver next-generation solutions to the warfighter.
What You’ll Do
What Success Looks Like
Who You Are
Your background should include senior growth, capture, or federal sales leadership roles at high-growth defense technology companies, next-generation primes, or elite GovCon organizations, but what matters most is your ability to build something new.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for a proven public sector growth leader who has personally built, shaped, and closed complex deals, not someone who has only supported the process.
Experience & Track Record
Contracting & Acquisition Depth
Domain & Customer Credibility
Leadership & Operating Model
Clearance
Location & Travel
First 90 Days (High‑Level)
Final Thought
Many roles in defense innovation talk about impact. This is one of the rare ones where you can actually create it - by building the growth system that turns bold ideas into real capability for the American warfighter. If you want a role you’reunlikely to find anywhere else in the defense ecosystem, this is it.
Salary Range: $250,000-$280,000 - This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience, skills, and other factors.
Our Red Cell Partners Benefits:
For full-time roles
We’re an Equal Opportunity Employer: You’ll receive consideration for employment without regard to race, sex, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or on the basis of disability.

Sage is on a mission to improve care and quality of life for older adults, starting with those residing in senior living facilities. Falls are the leading cause of injury-related death among adults over 65. And yet, fall prevention and emergency response systems for older adults are archaic and ineffective. At Sage we've built a more modern way of understanding when older adults need help, including methods for residents to alert caregivers when in need of help, and corresponding software for caregivers to triage response. Our company mission is to create a product that our client counterparts love, and this role is a key part of that objective.
Sage is a small, tight team of ambitious, multi-disciplinary entrepreneurs. We are a software-enabled, mission-driven company, and are focused only on the problems that are central to achieving that mission. At Sage, we work hard and fast but also know that to build a truly important company, we need to treat our work as a marathon, and not a sprint. The journey matters.
About this Role
We’re hiring a Head of Strategic Programs to help us scale our Skilled Nursing (SNF) business from early traction to repeatable growth.
We are at an inflection point in our growth. The Skilled Nursing product is evolving rapidly, and we need a cross-functional leader who can turn real-world deployments into scalable ways to sell, deliver, and expand.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Operations. You will partner closely with the GM to drive execution across our most important initiatives—working directly with clients and sales teams to design solutions, while building the systems, insights, and playbooks that enable the broader team to scale. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who is equally comfortable driving execution, engaging with customers, and shaping strategy.
Responsibilities:
Own Pilot Program Execution
Enable Sales and Operations to Scale
Influence Product and Market Strategy
Build Performance Infrastructure

Benefits and Pay
Our headquarters are located in New York City's Union Square. We believe in cross team collaboration. We like to host offsites, outings, and team meals where we can connect as people, not just as colleagues. We offer office lunch and a fully stocked snack bar. While we are an in office culture, we allow up to 2 remote days per week.
Our benefits package for employees includes competitive base compensation along with stock options. The expected annual salary range for this role is $180,000 to $200,000 USD, depending on your level of expertise, your experience, and your performance in the interview process. We also provide fully-paid health and dental insurance coverage for all of our employees, along with other health benefits including vision insurance, membership to premium primary and urgent care, and online medical health providers. Reporting to the Manager of Customer Operations Systems, the Internal Systems Engineer (Applied AI) is a specialized, high-impact builder role dedicated to supercharging our Customer Operations teams (Support, Success, Onboarding, Implementation).
This is a highly practical, application-focused engineering position instrumental to our AI transformation. You will spend your time across three types of work:
Many job descriptions define themselves as "critical" or "pivotal." This role genuinely is. impact.com has thousands of clients, millions of partners, endless data, and complex multi-system processes. As a business, we are ensuring we are on the cutting edge - aggressively automating and scaling up what we do with AI. This role owns a substantial portion of that transformation for a critical part of our business.
A note on how you'll work with others: when someone across Customer Operations builds a pilot that proves value, you don't take it over. You partner with them to elevate it - bringing engineering rigor, production infrastructure, and scale while they maintain creative control and ongoing input. When someone has a great idea but isn't technical enough to build it themselves, your first instinct is to build it with them, growing their skills in the process. You're an accelerator, not a bottleneck.
This role is for the person who embodies the overlap of curiosity, process-obsession, and action orientation. It is for the passionate tinkerer who also gets carried away exploring custom Salesforce structures and data flows. It is for the person who has been building agentic workflows to manage their household tasks in their free time because they can't stop playing with the new tools AI offers.
If you are that person - if you are a highly motivated, thoughtful builder - and you want to leverage applied AI on a daily basis, this is the role for you.
At impact.com, we believe that when you’re happy and fulfilled, you do your best work. That’s why we’ve built a benefits package that supports your well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
impact.com is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
