As the Director of Pricing Strategy, you will hold a key role in designing and executing Trustpilot’s monetisation strategy globally, which underpins the company’s growth. Reporting into the Senior Director of Pricing & Monetisation, your main goal will be the optimization and maintenance of our packaging offering, to ensure that our lineup of products offers the right value to our customers, in alignment with our proposition for our different customer segments and markets. As we launch new product features, you will work closely with our Product and Product Marketing teams to decide how to best package them in our plans to optimize upgrade rates and revenue generation from new innovations. In addition to this, a key part of the role will be future-proofing our monetisation strategy by diversifying our revenue streams. SaaS is constantly evolving and pricing strategies are evolving with it. You will research, design and pilot new monetisation models different and / or additive to the more traditional SaaS subscription model to explore opportunities for innovation that better align the value created for customers to how we price our products and monetise our platform.
An entrepreneurial and curious attitude will be fundamental to being successful in this role, as you will often need to deep dive into different topics and collect different perspectives to scope out potential opportunities. Whilst focusing on long-term strategy development will be critical, the successful candidate will also have a ‘get it done’ attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver results, keeping different senior stakeholders accountable. This role is cross-functional in nature. You’ll conceptualize, size, and work through initiatives end to end, partnering with teams such as Product, Data Science, Marketing, Product Marketing, Legal, and Finance.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead in developing and optimizing our core B2B proposition, to ensure our lineup of plans delivers on our customer needs and is highly competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to define which new features to develop, and take the lead on deciding how to best package them (e.g. bundling, add-on, tiering, etc.)
- Use a combination of your commercial judgment, analytical skills, competitor research, and feedback from our customers and Commercial team to ideate new pricing & monetization models for Trustpilot, to increase our NRR.
- Support the Senior Director for Pricing & Monetization in the yearly annual process for budget setting and company goals.
- Explore net new ancillary revenue opportunities, from initial hypothesis to business cases and concept development, to end-to-end project delivery.
- Constantly monitor market trends, key industry events, established SaaS players, and influencers to bring in an ‘outside-in’ perspective to the business to inform internal efforts.
- Constantly collaborate with your Pricing & Monetisation colleagues to make sure our plans are priced competitively and in accordance with the value we provide to customers.
Who you are:
- Proven track record of delivering commercial initiatives, with high visibility within the company, clear ownership and accountability, and proven impact on the business financials.
- Experience in highly matrixed companies, ideally in pricing, monetization, or strategy & operations roles, with proven ability to deliver autonomously in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with different pricing and subscription models across SaaS and B2B markets, with a deep understanding of how SaaS metrics work and are correlated (NRR, churn, rule of 40, etc.)
- Comprehensive stakeholder management skills including the ability to influence senior leaders in your day-to-day interactions.
- High levels of curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to cope with ambiguity to explore new opportunities, and ‘get it done’ attitude to constantly pursue these opportunities, even in situations where you will need to convince everyone else of why your idea is worth pursuing.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen: comfortable creating compelling business cases.

We are searching for a Salesforce Technical Lead, with expertise in building robust and scalable solutions to join Trustpilot’s Go-to-Market Technology department. This role will be pivotal in shaping large strategic projects within our Salesforce platform, collaborating across our commercial, marketing and customer service teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in up-to-date and current Salesforce Development, a proactive approach to operational excellence and a keen eye for system architecture, code quality, as well as process automation. This is a new position and is a key link with the business-wide Salesforce team, which is responsible for the entire company’s Salesforce ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Salesforce Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other programmatic capabilities to meet the needs of the GTM Tech team and wider business needs
- Develop and maintain complex Salesforce Flows and automation, ensuring adherence to best practices and optimal performance
- Providing end-to-end project leadership: from initial solution design, establishing delivery timelines, and cross-functional problem solving to final delivery and senior-level reporting
- Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs and various integration patterns
- Collaborate closely with the organization-wide Salesforce team, participating in code reviews and ensuring solutions align with the broader Salesforce ecosystem strategy
- Design and implement Salesforce best practices, focusing on scalable architecture, data integrity, security, and performance optimisation
- Support incident management and processes directly within Salesforce through custom development and troubleshooting

- Own and managed the CI/CD processes used within the Salesforce team ensuring best practices and optimising ways of working to support a high velocity of work including but not limited to providing training to colleagues

Who You Are:
Technical Skills
- Minimum: Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I certifications - Platform Developer II is highly valued
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, specifically with Salesforce Sales Cloud (although experience of other clouds is also desirable), demonstrating a proven track record of designing, developing and deploying complex programmatic solutions
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience development (Aura Components and Lightning Web Components)
- Experience with Agentforce is a strong plus
- Experience in highly distributed systems with other Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architecture Designer) is a strong plus
- Demonstrated expert proficiency in Salesforce programmatic functionalities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and platform events
- Strong understanding and experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integration patterns.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security models (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles) and their programmatic implications

We are searching for a Salesforce Technical Lead, with expertise in building robust and scalable solutions to join Trustpilot’s Go-to-Market Technology department. This role will be pivotal in shaping large strategic projects within our Salesforce platform, collaborating across our commercial, marketing and customer service teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in up-to-date and current Salesforce Development, a proactive approach to operational excellence and a keen eye for system architecture, code quality, as well as process automation. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Salesforce Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other programmatic capabilities to meet the needs of the GTM Tech team and wider business needs
- Develop and maintain complex Salesforce Flows and automation, ensuring adherence to best practices and optimal performance

- Own and managed the CI/CD processes used within the Salesforce team ensuring best practices and optimising ways of working to support a high velocity of work including but not limited to providing training to colleagues
- Apply declarative change solutions to project delivery work
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Salesforce customizations, integrations, and deployment processes
- Maintain Trustpilot system auditing evidence and documentation
- Provide mentoring & coaching to more junior Administrators for skills development
- Create a collaborative and inclusive team environment to encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learning
Who You Are:
Technical Skills
- Minimum: Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I certifications - Platform Developer II is highly valued
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, specifically with Salesforce Sales Cloud (although experience of other clouds is also desirable), demonstrating a proven track record of designing, developing and deploying complex programmatic solutions
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience development (Aura Components and Lightning Web Components)
- Experience with Agentforce is a strong plus
- Experience in highly distributed systems with other Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architecture Designer) is a strong plus

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer with expertise in building robust and scalable automated testing frameworks to join Trustpilot’s Go-to-Market Technology department. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the quality of large strategic projects within our Salesforce platform, collaborating across our commercial, marketing, and customer service teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in modern Salesforce QA practices, a proactive approach to operational excellence, and a deep understanding of automated testing and process governance. You will take full ownership of the QA process, ensuring the wider Salesforce team follows established standards to deliver performant, secure, and bug-free solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- QA Ownership: Take full accountability for the end-to-end QA process, work closely with other business functions to align testing strategies and ensuring the engineering team adheres to these standards throughout the SDLC.
- Automation Leadership: Design, develop, and maintain a robust automation framework with a core focus on Provar and other tooling, creating new scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage for custom Salesforce solutions, with a focus on efficiency.
- Test Implementation: Lead the QA delivery of testing for complex project features, from initial test planning and cross-functional problem solving to final regression and deployment sign-off.
- End-to-End Testing: Execute thorough end-to-end testing across the Salesforce ecosystem, including integrations with internal and external systems via APIs.
- Peer Review & Governance: Participate in review cycles to ensure both manual and automated tests align with the broader Salesforce strategy and quality benchmarks.
- Best Practices: Implement QA best practices, focusing on maintainable automation code, data integrity, and performance testing within the Salesforce environment.
- Troubleshooting: Support incident management by identifying root causes through technical troubleshooting and detailed bug reporting.
- Requirement Translation: Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate complex business requirements into detailed test cases and acceptance criteria.
- DevOps Integration: Utilise and contribute to CI/CD processes and version control workflows, integrating Provar automation into the deployment pipeline to support high-velocity delivery.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive QA documentation, including test plans, execution reports, and automation maintenance guides.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical coaching to Administrators and junior team members to support their understanding of quality standards and automation.
Who you are:
Technical Skills
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Associate or Administrator—Provar certifications or Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I are highly valued.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce QA, with a proven track record of maintaining and scaling testing automation suite.
- Modern Tooling: Extensive experience with Automation Testing tooling, Salesforce Lightning Experience, and validating Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Process Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in end-to-end QA methodologies, including functional, regression, UAT, and integration testing.
- Integrations: Strong understanding of testing Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and complex data flows between systems.

- Drive our ongoing compliance efforts for major industry standards, including SOC 2, ISO27001, ISO42001 and PCI DSS, ensuring we consistently meet commitments to our customers.
- Evaluate and manage the security risks associated with our new artificial intelligence and machine learning systems, allowing our product teams to innovate safely and securely.
- Streamline how we assess the security of our vendors and third-party tools, paying special attention to how we safely integrate external AI technologies into our business.
- Help develop our internal standards for artificial intelligence, keeping us ahead of the curve on new global regulations like the EU AI Act.
- Identify opportunities to replace manual, repetitive risk management tasks with smart, AI-driven automation.
- Refresh our security policies and public-facing documents to clearly communicate our security posture to our customers, partners and auditors.
- Act as an advocate for security awareness across the business, helping colleagues understand how balancing risk and innovation leads to better, safer products.
Who you are:
- You have solid experience managing and auditing against core compliance frameworks, such as SOC 2, ISO27001 and PCI DSS.
- You're well-versed in risk management processes, including risk identification, third-party risk management and vendor security due diligence.
- You have practical experience developing, implementing and managing security policies and procedures.
- You're a pragmatist who knows how to balance security risks with the pace of innovation, bringing a solid understanding of cloud environment risks.
- Bonus points if you're familiar with emerging AI governance frameworks (like the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001) or have a strong desire to learn them on the job.

We’re looking for a curious and analytical Fraud Detection Analyst to join our global Fraud & Investigations team. You’ll analyse data, spot patterns, and write detection rules that help stop fraud in its tracks — playing a vital role in protecting consumers, businesses, and the integrity of our platform.

What you’ll be doing:
- Identify fraud trends and develop a deep understanding of fraudulent behavior on our platform through the use of SQL, Google BigQuery, and Google Looker.
- Formulate rules based on your analysis to mitigate fraudulent behavior across our platform.
- Carry out investigations of escalated cases related to potential misuse of our platform and assist with media, legal, and customer inquiries.
- Partner with our data science experts to advance our technological and procedural approaches to identifying fraudulent activity.
- Work closely with our engineering teams to enhance internal tools and databases that enable us to combat fraud and scale effectively.
- Act as a key resource for other departments within Trustpilot by providing analysis of customer and reviewer behavior on the platform.
- Present and communicate the results of analyses and investigations to a variety of stakeholders across the department and wider company.
- Work closely with and report to our Lead Fraud & Investigation Analyst.
Who you are:
- Experience in data analytics or a similar analytical role—this could be through formal education (e.g., a degree in Science, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfortable working with and interpreting large datasets.
- A knack for answering difficult questions using data and the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable reports.
- Proficiency in writing queries and preparing reports using SQL or a similar language.
- Motivated by self-learning and the desire to grow your skills when faced with new challenges.
- Prior knowledge of formulating rules to combat fraudulent behavior is a plus, but not a requirement.

We are seeking a Salesforce Specialist with expertise in building robust and scalable solutions to join Trustpilot’s Go To Market Technology department within the Technology organisation. This role will be pivotal in working on large strategic projects in our Salesforce platform, working across our commercial, marketing and customer service teams.

Salesforce Development & Architecture
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other programmatic capabilities to meet the needs of the GTM Tech team and wider business needs.

Who you are:
Technical Skills
- Minimum of Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I certifications - Platform Developer II is highly valued.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer & Salesforce Admin, specifically with Salesforce Service Cloud, demonstrating a proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying complex programmatic solutions.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience development (Aura Components and Lightning Web Components).
- Experience with Agentforce is a strong plus.
- Experience in highly distributed systems with other Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architecture Designer) is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated expert proficiency in Salesforce programmatic functionalities, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, and platform events.
- Strong understanding and experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and integration patterns.

Technical Skills

We’re looking for a curious and analytical Fraud Detection Analyst to join our global Fraud & Investigations team. You’ll analyse data, spot patterns, and write detection rules that help stop fraud in its tracks — playing a vital role in protecting consumers, businesses, and the integrity of our platform.

What you’ll be doing:
- Identify fraud trends and develop a deep understanding of fraudulent behavior on our platform through the use of SQL, Google BigQuery, and Google Looker.
- Formulate rules based on your analysis to mitigate fraudulent behavior across our platform.
- Carry out investigations of escalated cases related to potential misuse of our platform and assist with media, legal, and customer inquiries.
- Partner with our data science experts to advance our technological and procedural approaches to identifying fraudulent activity.
- Work closely with our engineering teams to enhance internal tools and databases that enable us to combat fraud and scale effectively.
- Act as a key resource for other departments within Trustpilot by providing analysis of customer and reviewer behavior on the platform.
- Present and communicate the results of analyses and investigations to a variety of stakeholders across the department and wider company.
- Work closely with and report to our Lead Fraud & Investigation Analyst.
Who you are:
- Experience in data analytics or a similar analytical role—this could be through formal education (e.g., a degree in Science, Mathematics, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfortable working with and interpreting large datasets.
- A knack for answering difficult questions using data and the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable reports.
- Proficiency in writing queries and preparing reports using SQL or a similar language.
- Motivated by self-learning and the desire to grow your skills when faced with new challenges.
- Prior knowledge of formulating rules to combat fraudulent behavior is a plus, but not a requirement.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with a proactive, forward-thinking mindset.

We are seeking a Salesforce Specialist with expertise in building robust and scalable solutions to join Trustpilot’s Go To Market Technology department within the Technology organisation. This role will be pivotal in working on large strategic projects in our Salesforce platform, working across our commercial, marketing and customer service teams.
