Cloudflare’s Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) operate at the intersection of product engineering and customer impact.
As an FDE, you will be embedded within one of Cloudflare’s most strategic global customers, working side-by-side with their engineering teams to build and deploy solutions using Cloudflare’s platform. Unlike traditional Solutions Architects or consultants, you will write production code, shape technical architecture, and directly influence how Cloudflare products are used at massive scale.
You will operate as a technical extension of both organizations - helping the customer ship faster while surfacing real-world product insights back to Cloudflare engineering.

This is a senior technical role focused on deep investigations, cross-site pattern detection, and driving permanent fixes with R&D and ODM vendors. You will turn complex incidents into scalable solutions and elevate L1/L2 capabilities through strong technical enablement.

Deep Technical Investigation (Primary Focus)
Lead root cause analysis beyond L2 depth (GPU failures, firmware issues, Linux-level faults, HW/SW interactions).
Detect recurring patterns across sites and convert findings into durable fixes.
Own technical workstreams during high-severity incidents.
Vendor & R&D Collaboration
Build evidence packs and drive escalations with ODM and R&D.
Push for firmware, component, and platform-level resolutions.
Track outcomes and ensure knowledge flows back to operations.
Firmware & Platform Readiness (BIOS/BMC)
Support validation and rollout of firmware updates (risk assessment, staging, rollback planning).
Help operationalize platform standards across datacenters.
Knowledge & Enablement
Create scalable runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and error catalogs.
Turn investigations into playbooks that elevate L1/L2 teams.
Hands-on Support (As Needed)
Travel to datacenters for complex troubleshooting, new platform readiness, or incident containment.
We expect you to have:
Strong hands-on experience with datacenter servers and deep Linux troubleshooting.
Ability to diagnose across hardware, BIOS/BMC firmware, and Linux (logs, drivers, storage basics, performance triage).
Structured incident response experience and clear communication under pressure.
Experience driving evidence-based escalations with vendors/R&D.
Fluent English (written and spoken).

Strong familiarity with GPU server platforms and tooling (for example: nvidia-smi, dcgmi, Linux logs correlation).

We’re looking for a Network Site Reliability Engineer (NetSRE) to help build and run the fundamental part of Nebius - the Network - the infrastructure everything else depends on. This is an engineering-first SRE role: you’ll set clear reliability targets, build the tooling and automation to meet them, and make the network safer to operate as we scale quickly.
Define and own reliability goals for network services and critical paths (SLIs/SLOs, availability targets, error budgets where it makes sense)
Drive reliability improvements across the whole network: not only services, but also site readiness, inter-site connectivity (DCI), and operational standards
Own incident response for your areas, lead investigations/postmortems, and turn failures into durable fixes (not repeated firefighting)
Build and evolve observability: actionable metrics/logs/traces, alerting, and faster debug loops during and after incidents
Design safer change workflows: automation, CI/CD, test/staging environments, canarying, rollbacks, and auditability for network changes
Work closely with network engineers and platform teams to embed operability into designs and keep operations practical and fast
Strong production Linux fundamentals and a structured approach to debugging complex systems
Solid understanding of networking basics and how real networks fail (control plane vs data plane, latency/loss, failure domains, etc.)
Hands-on experience operating high-availability systems and improving them over time (not just “keeping lights on”)
Ability to write and maintain software/automation (Go is common for us; Python is also welcome)
Experience with modern infrastructure tooling (e.g., IaC, CI/CD, container platforms) and comfort automating operational workflows

The role
At Nebius, we’re building a next-generation AI compute platform for large-scale ML training and inference — from a few nodes to thousands of GPUs.
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to own product direction for Soperator — our Slurm-on-Kubernetes control plane for GPU clusters.
In this role, you will shape how ML engineers and research teams run, scale, and optimize distributed workloads in production.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Own the full user journey across Soperator clusters: Slurm workflows, dashboards, alerts/notifications, node lifecycle, and training/inference capacity management.
• Define product direction end-to-end: problem discovery → solution design → delivery → adoption.
• Lead deep customer discovery through interviews, usage analytics, and workload analysis to uncover high-impact opportunities.
• Drive execution across platform teams: compute, networking, storage, observability, IAM and etc.
• Translate frontier ML and infrastructure ideas into practical product capabilities for real-world GPU clusters.
• Define success metrics, prioritize roadmap decisions with data, and ensure measurable customer/business impact.
• Lead the open-source strategy and execution for Soperator: shape public roadmap themes, prioritize OSS-facing capabilities, and ensure strong adoption in the community.
We expect you to have:
• 3–5+ years in Product Management, ML infrastructure/MLOps, distributed systems, or cloud platform engineering.
• Strong technical depth in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or ML platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with large-scale ML training and orchestration tools (e.g., Slurm, Kubernetes, Ray).
• Track record of shipping technically complex products with multiple engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across engineering, research, and customers.
• Experience with product analytics, data-informed prioritization, and experimentation.
• High ownership, high learning velocity, and comfort operating in fast-moving AI infrastructure environments.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
• Experience with GPU platforms and HPC primitives: InfiniBand/RDMA, topology-aware scheduling, high-throughput storage.
• Practical understanding of modern ML training stacks: PyTorch, DeepSpeed, FSDP/ZeRO, NCCL.
• Familiarity with efficiency and reliability metrics: Goodput, MFU, failure modes, preemption handling, health checks.
• Exposure to large-scale LLM training/inference systems.
• Experience in observability, performance tuning, or SRE/reliability engineering.
• Customer-facing technical experience (solutioning, support, architecture advisory).

In this role you will own the reliability, performance, and observability of the entire inference stack. Your day starts with designing and refining telemetry pipelines — metrics, logs, and traces that turn hundreds of terabytes of signal into clear, actionable insight. From there you might tune Kubernetes autoscalers to squeeze more efficiency out of GPUs, craft Terraform modules that bake resilience into every new cluster, or harden our request-routing and retry logic so even transient failures go unnoticed by users. When incidents do arise, you’ll rely on the automation and runbooks you helped create to detect, isolate, and remediate problems in minutes, then drive the post-mortem culture that prevents recurrence. All of this effort points toward a single goal: scaling the platform smoothly while hitting aggressive cost and reliability targets.
Success in the role calls for deep fluency with Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, and the craft of infrastructure-as-code. You script comfortably in Python or Bash, understand the nuances of alert design and SLOs for high-throughput APIs, and have spent enough time in production to know how distributed back-ends fail in the real world. Experience shepherding GPU-heavy workloads — whether with vLLM, Triton, Ray, or another accelerator stack — will serve you well, as will a background in MLOps or model-hosting platforms. Above all, you care about building self-healing systems, thrive on debugging performance from kernel to application layer, and enjoy collaborating with software engineers to turn reliability into a feature users never have to think about.

We’re looking for a Director of Platform & Infrastructure to own and evolve our core engineering foundations. Reporting to our VP of Product Engineering, this role will lead SRE, MLOps, and Platform teams with a mandate to create leverage across the entire organization.

THE ROLE

The AI Factory Customer Engineer plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between customers and Armada's Product and Engineering teams. This role requires deep technical credibility, hands-on infrastructure experience, and strong interpersonal skills to translate complex AI infrastructure and data center architectures into clear, practical solutions for customers.
This role goes beyond traditional pre-sales. The Customer Engineer acts as the technical interface between customers and Armada Engineering, ensuring customer requirements, constraints, and feedback are accurately represented and incorporated into solution design and future platform evolution.
Armada's AI Factory serves a broad and growing set of customers across enterprise, industrial, and infrastructure-heavy verticals. A meaningful and growing subset of strategic targets includes AI-focused datacenter co-location providers and Neocloud operators which represent a primary segment where Armada's modular, liquid-cooled AI Factory is a compelling fit for capacity expansion and rapid deployment. Additionally, renewable energy operators who own or control significant land, power, and stranded energy assets are increasingly positioned to host or operate AI compute infrastructure at scale.

The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.
The Opportunity:
The Qualified Person (QP) holds ultimate responsibility for the certification and release of medicinal products in accordance with EU GMP, Directive 2001/83/EC, Dutch pharmaceutical legislation, and applicable Marketing Authorisations.
The role provides independent, authoritative quality leadership across site operations and serves as a key member of the site leadership team, ensuring patient safety, product quality, regulatory compliance, and reliable supply.
In addition to batch release accountability, the QP provides strategic oversight of the Pharmaceutical Quality System, partners closely with senior stakeholders across Quality, Technical Operations, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs, and represents the site in interactions with Health Authorities.
Act as the legally registered Qualified Person with full authority for certification and release of clinical and commercial medicinal products.
Ensure batch certification in compliance with EU GMP, Directive 2001/83/EC, national legislation, EU GMP Annex 16, the applicable Marketing Authorisation, and approved regulatory dossiers (e.g., MA, IMPD), and applicable authorisations.
Exercise independent decision-making authority, including batch rejection and escalation when required.
Ensure timely batch disposition aligned with supply commitments and compliance requirements.
Responsible for the certification and release of Investigational Medicinal Products (IMPs) in accordance with EU Clinical Trial Regulation and EU GMP Annex 13, including oversight of randomisation, blinding, labelling, comparators, and clinical supply chain integrity.

What you'll do
As a Production Engineer, you'll be responsible for deploying, maintaining, monitoring and improving the reliability, scalability and performance of our in-house built trading systems. The Production Engineer role is crucial for Optiver's trading activities. Sitting in the middle of our buzzing trading floor, you will have constant face-to-face interaction with end-users (Traders and Researchers as well as fellow Engineers). This is an engineering role, not a support role, so you'll set the standards for our production environment. Position Overview:
As a Software Engineer I, you will contribute to building and improving our SaaS platform using a modern stack centered around Laravel (PHP). You will help develop secure, scalable, and maintainable backend services and APIs that directly impact our customers. In this role, you will not only build new features, but also play an active role in maintaining product quality by investigating issues, fixing bugs, and supporting the resolution of customer-reported problems. This gives you direct exposure to real-world usage of the product and helps you develop strong debugging and problem-solving skills. You’ll be part of architectural discussions, actively contribute to sprints, and gain exposure to the full product lifecycle. This role is perfect for someone early in their engineering journey who is eager to grow, experiment, and make a meaningful impact from day one, including exploring how AI tools can enhance development workflows and outcomes.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Product Manager, TMS to support the evolution of project44’s Transportation Management System capabilities.
In this role, you’ll help drive execution for the products and workflows that power how customers plan, assign, execute, and manage freight within project44’s platform.
This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work across complex stakeholder groups, and brings strong product judgment, customer empathy, and operational focus to the table.
What You’ll Do
Product Execution
· Support the roadmap and execution for project44’s TMS capabilities
· Help define workflows that improve transportation planning, assigning, execution, and management
· Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, usable product capabilities
Customer Onboarding & Delivery
· Partner with customers and internal teams to support onboarding and implementation of TMS capabilities
· Gather customer feedback during onboarding and rollout to identify product gaps and improvement opportunities
· Help ensure TMS workflows are configured and delivered in a way that supports successful adoption
Customer-Focused Innovation
· Participate in customer discovery sessions to identify operational pain points and validate new opportunities
· Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements and improvements
· Apply structured feedback loops to ensure the product solves meaningful customer problems
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Professional Services, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver end-to-end TMS experiences
· Communicate customer needs and product priorities clearly across teams and stakeholders
· Support alignment across internal teams involved in launching and scaling TMS capabilities
Execution & Delivery
· Balance day-to-day execution with continuous improvement in a fast-paced, agile environment
· Help prioritize work based on customer needs, business impact, and delivery readiness
· Support KPIs for adoption, reliability, customer satisfaction, and operational performance
What You’ll Bring
· 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in transportation, logistics, or supply chain technology · Understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and supply chain workflows
· Experience working cross-functionally to deliver product capabilities in enterprise or SaaS environments
· Strong customer empathy and ability to translate feedback into product improvements
· Technical fluency — understanding APIs, data flows, and system interoperability
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
· Proven ability to deliver results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
· Bachelor’s degree required
