• Productpresentatie in de app: Met onze category managers bedenk je hoe we nieuwe en bestaande producten in ons assortiment het best kunnen presenteren.
• Redactie: Je redigeert input van leveranciers en bepaalt welke info belangrijk is voor onze klanten en welke niet.
• Receptbeschrijvingen: Je zorgt dat onze recepten net zo lekker klinken als ze smaken!

Over jou

• 2–3 jaar ervaring en een achtergrond in journalistiek, marketing, media of communicatie. 
• Je schrijft perfect Nederlands en weet wat er mis is met “hij wilt” of “bananen brood”.
• Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detial en geniet ervan om aan een zin te sleutelen tot-ie precíes klopt.
• Je kunt je goed verplaatsen in anderen en snapt welke informatie belangrijk is op welk moment.
• Je vindt het leuk om zelfstandig te schrijven, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega’s.
• Je bent leergierig, creatief en niet bang om vragen te stellen.

Always wanted to build an app used by millions? As Associate Product Manager you'll own part of the Picnic app from day one. You'll be end to end responsible for creating features by understanding our customers, analyzing data, working with business teams, sketching screens with designers, building with developers, and testing with analysts. As an APM, you're the one making it all happen. The APM program at Picnic is one of the most ambitious tracks in the industry: from recent graduate to Product Manager.

What you'll be doing

Over two years you'll learn everything it takes to build a great product by actually doing it. You'll work alongside experienced product managers in our team. In time, you'll have the opportunity to change product scope to get well rounded experience in a different area as well. 

• 0-6 months

You learn how to solve customer problems. From day one, you’ll help build features used by millions of users, while getting to know our product end to end. To understand what to build, you’ll analyze customer behaviour through data analysis and interviews. Based on your learnings you’ll help shape new features.

• 6-12 months

You build your first features from scratch. This is the first time you'll own the full product development lifecycle. With help of an experienced Product Manager, you’ll scope a customer problem, shape the solution across design, engineering, data, and business. You’ll drive execution on your plan, ship to customers & see the direct impact of your work.

• 12+ months

You own a product scope end to end. You decide what problems to solve and own the solutions: the research, the analyses, the designs, the stakeholders, the tech. You are in the lead and responsible for the outcome.

From learning to leading

In your first six months, you’ll own a business-critical project from start to finish - supported by mentorship, learning sessions, and regular feedback.
You’ll strengthen your leadership abilities like project management, storytelling, stakeholder communication, giving & receiving feedback, while sharpening your skills in Python, SQL, Excel and PowerPoint.

Your superpowers

More specifically, you:

• Are about to graduate (or recently graduated) a Masters in a quantitative field: e.g., mathematics, econometrics, engineering, or similar

FAQ

Do I need a quantitative background? It's a strong advantage, but not a hard requirement. If your internships and projects demonstrate real hands-on ownership and data-driven thinking, we'll consider your application. You do need a Master's degree, basic knowledge of Python or SQL, and relevant work experience.

Does the program include rotations? No, intentionally. We believe depth creates ownership, and ownership creates impact. Rather than rotating across teams, you’ll go deep in one area, build real expertise, and gradually expand your scope as your impact grows. If you have topic preferences, tell us during the process.

In what language should I apply? English. Please include your CV and Master's degree transcript or any other relevant test scores (e.g., GMAT)

• Strong quantitative foundation. You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable quantitative field
• Proven impact in dynamic environments. 2-4 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment, start-up, or scale up. First touchpoints with business consulting is a big plus!

Your superpowers

Tes missions

Während sich die anderen auf die Bestellungen konzentrieren, sorgst du im Hintergrund für staubfreie Regale und blitzblanke Böden. Du bist die treibende Kraft für Ordnung, Hygiene und Sicherheit.

Das erwartet dich 

• Sauberkeit: Du reinigst unsere Regalsysteme und sorgst mit vollem Einsatz dafür, dass unsere Hallenböden sauber und sicher sind.
• Hygiene: Du kümmerst dich um Entsorgungsstationen und die Bereitstellung von Reinigungsmitteln.
• Vergütung: Dein Einstiegslohn liegt bei 14,31 €/Std.
• Arbeitszeiten: Wir arbeiten im Wechselschichtmodell. Du bist fest für beide Schichten eingeplant (Früh: 06:00 - 14:30 Uhr; Spät: 14:30 - 23:00 Uhr). Du unterstützt unser Team auch an mehreren Samstagen im Monat.

En tant qu'Operations Manager chez Picnic, tu es le lien entre nos opérations et notre stratégie. Grâce à tes compétences de leader et à ton esprit analytique, tu amènes notre modèle logistique innovant au niveau supérieur ! Sous la responsabilité du/de la Directeur(rice) de site, ton rôle est double : un à deux jours par semaine, tu gères les opérations quotidiennes et des équipes de +150 Shoppers (préparateur(rice)s de commande) et de +10 Captains (chef(fe)s d’équipe) dans notre Fulfilment Center (FC). Tout le reste de la semaine, grâce aux apprentissages tirés du terrain,  tu proposes et mets en œuvre des stratégies et des plans d'action bien définis afin d'améliorer structurellement les opérations.

Tes missions

• Projets d'amélioration : Identifier, proposer et mener des projets visant à optimiser les processus opérationnels et le flux de travail du FC (environ 3 jours/semaine).
• Analyse et optimisation : Analyser les indicateurs de performance opérationnelle, diagnostiquer les problèmes et mettre en œuvre des améliorations.
• Implémentation et tests : Mettre en œuvre et tester des projets d'amélioration du flux et du système de gestion de l'entrepôt.
• Opérations quotidiennes : Superviser les activités quotidiennes du FC (environ 2 jours/semaine) et encadrer +150 Shoppers et les Captains (préparateurs de commande et chefs d’équipe).
• Accompagnement  : Faire preuve de leadership et de qualités humaines pour assurer un environnement de travail sain et faire progresser les équipes chaque jour.
• Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements, que ce soit en France ou même aux Pays-Bas ou en Allemagne, pour optimiser la logistique globale de Picnic.

À propos de toi

• Tu es titulaire d’un Master en logistique, chaîne d'approvisionnement, gestion ou ingénierie ;
• Tu disposes de 5 à 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle avec une expérience significative en gestion des opérations et en encadrement d’équipes ;
• Tu parles couramment l'anglais et le français, ce qui facilitera les échanges à l’international ; 
• Tu es prêt(e) à parfois travailler tôt le matin (à partir de 5h30), tard le soir (jusqu'à 22h00) et certains samedi ;
• Tu es titulaire du Permis B et tu es véhiculé.e ;

Picnic grandit vite, et notre centre de préparation de commandes de Fretin a besoin de pilotes pour porter cette ambition. En tant que Captain, tu n'es pas juste un(e) chef(fe) d'équipe : tu es le moteur de l'entrepôt. Ton défi ? Manager environ 20 Shoppers (préparateur(rice)s de commandes) en direct, garantir une sécurité totale et transformer chaque shift en succès collectif avec +100 Shoppers sur le terrain. Tes missions

• Manager et coacher ton équipe : Tu supervises une vingtaine de Shoppers au quotidien, en veillant à leur motivation, leur sécurité et au respect des bonnes pratiques.
• Piloter la performance : Tu garantis que chaque commande est prête, complète et à l'heure, en suivant de près nos indicateurs de qualité.
• Coordonner les flux du FC : Tu travailles main dans la main avec les autres Captains pour fluidifier les opérations et ajuster les ressources en temps réel.
• Assurer la polyvalence opérationnelle : Réception, gestion des stocks (sec, frais, surgelé) ou départ des camions... tu navigues entre les zones selon les besoins du planning.
• Gérer l'humain et le terrain : Tu es le point de contact privilégié pour ton équipe, capable de recadrer avec pédagogie comme de féliciter les réussites.

À propos de toi

• Tu as entre 1 et 5 ans d'expérience dans un environnement dynamique (logistique, retail, restauration ou ligne de production) avec une première gestion d'équipe réussie.
• Tu es disponible à temps plein sur des shifts tournants (matin dès 3h50 ou après-midi jusqu'à 23h30) et tu es prêt(e) à travailler les samedis. 
• Tu maîtrises le français (l'anglais est un plus) et tu es parfaitement à l'aise avec les outils digitaux de pilotage.
• Tu es véhiculé(e) pour rejoindre facilement l'entrepôt de Fretin.
• Tu n'as pas peur de mettre la main à la pâte. Tu aimes l'action et tu sais prendre des décisions rapides pour débloquer des situations opérationnelles.
