We are looking for a Product Manager — Public Notifications & Communications to take our customer-facing notification experience to the next level. Nebius already has a working notification infrastructure — multi-channel delivery (email, Slack, in-console) and integrations across the platform. The next step is turning this foundation into a product: richer message content, self-serve access for all product teams, proactive system health signals, and communication quality that sets Nebius apart from hyperscalers.

What you will do

• Own the product vision and roadmap for the Notifier platform — expanding from core delivery infrastructure to a self-serve notification system usable by all Nebius products.
• Define and evolve notification standards: content guidelines, severity taxonomy, actionability requirements, and delivery SLAs across all channels.
• Improve maintenance communication: sharpen pre-notification processes, message quality, and multi-product coordination.
• Identify opportunities to reduce notification noise at scale and introduce missing event types that customers would find genuinely valuable.
• Work with platform teams to introduce proactive system health alerts — giving customers visibility into cluster state before issues escalate.
• Track and report notification quality metrics: delivery rates, customer feedback, and satisfaction trends.

• Familiarity with cloud operational communication patterns: maintenance windows, service status, system health alerts.

The role

Nebius builds the infrastructure serious AI teams run on — GPU clusters, inference runtimes, agent development environments, data pipelines — all of it purpose-built for the most demanding AI workloads. What we are now building is the ecosystem function that ensures the best AI companies choose to build on us, integrate with us, and stay. 

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, Ecosystem, you will sit at the intersection of solution architecture and hands-on engineering. You assess how partner products actually work on our stack, define the reference architecture for each integration, build the working prototype that proves it, and translate what you find into product requirements that shape what Nebius ships next. 

Your responsibilities will include:

Solutioning & Architecture 

• Design and prototype integrations between partner products and the Nebius platform — fast, hands-on, and technically sound
• Define reference architectures for partner integrations — not just what works, but how it should work at scale and in production
• Scope partner architectures against our platform — how does this product actually work on our stack, where does it snap together, where does it break
• Build production-quality proof-of-concepts across the AI stack including agentic pipelines, RAG architectures, inference optimization patterns, and multi-model orchestration
• Produce working proof-of-concepts that serve as the starting point for product creation — not a requirements doc, a working thing
• Maintain a library of reference architectures and integration patterns that internal product and engineering teams can build from 

Technical Partner Scoping 

• Work directly with partner engineering teams to scope, prototype, and progress integrations
• Assess partner architectures honestly — if the integration is painful, that is signal; if it snaps together in a weekend, that is also signal; report both
• Provide technical guidance to partners on how to maximize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency on Nebius infrastructure
• Produce technical scoping that gives your pod partner and internal teams a clear picture of integration feasibility, depth, and complexity 

Internal 

• Translate external integration findings into actionable product requirements for Nebius platform teams
• Work with ISV partners, SI teams, and field teams to scale solution adoption and drive revenue once a solution is ready
• Surface recurring architectural patterns and integration gaps to inform platform roadmap decisions
• Participate in platform planning as the technical voice of what you are seeing and building in the field 

Ecosystem Presence 

• Represent Nebius at hackathons, in open source communities, and at technical events
• Build in public — demos, reference architectures, and integrations that establish Nebius as the platform serious AI builders choose
• Stay current with the AI tooling ecosystem — you know what shipped last week and what it means for our stack 

Platform focus areas: 

Depending on your background and mutual fit, you will focus on one or more of the following: 

• Agentic — agent frameworks, memory systems, tool integration, orchestration, MCP, guardrails
• Managed Inference — inference runtimes, model serving, optimization tooling, speculative decoding, KV-cache routing
• IaaS / Managed Infrastructure — cloud-native integrations, GPU orchestration, enterprise platform connectors

We expect you to have:

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience in AI application development, ML systems, or AI infrastructure
• Deep working knowledge of the AI developer stack — LLM APIs, inference runtimes, orchestration frameworks, vector databases, RAG architectures, agentic pipelines — built through shipping, not reading
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent
• Strong Python programming skills and comfort prototyping end-to-end AI systems quickly
• Experience defining reference architectures and technical patterns — not just implementing them
• Proven ability to move from idea to working prototype fast — you have shipped meaningful things under time pressure and found it energizing
• Experience building integrations across APIs and developer platforms — you understand where the complexity actually lives
• Comfortable working across both external partner engineering teams and internal Nebius product and engineering teams simultaneously
• Strong technical communication — you can explain architecture decisions and integration findings to a founding CTO and a non-technical partner lead in the same day

• You can read a CLI reference and know if it's well-designed. You've shaped developer-facing APIs, CLIs, or SDKs.
• You have run real customer discovery — not surveys, but technical conversations with engineers where you learned something that changed your product direction.
• You have 3+ years of product management experience in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML platforms, or developer tools.

• Ability to whiteboard a workload lifecycle (submit → schedule → provision → execute → cleanup) and identify failure modes at each step.
• Understanding of autoscaling trade-offs: scale-to-zero vs. warm pools, scaling metrics (queue depth, latency, utilization), cold start implications.
• Familiarity with inference serving concepts: batching, model loading, quantization, KV-cache management, multi-model serving.
• Understanding of distributed training concepts: data parallelism, model parallelism, communication overhead, checkpointing.
• Ability to reason about pricing models: per-second vs. per-request vs. per-token, and how pricing interacts with product architecture.

• Experience at a serverless or GPU cloud company.
• Hands-on ML engineering background — you've trained models, deployed inference endpoints, or built ML pipelines yourself.
• Experience with Kubernetes for ML workloads (Kubeflow, KServe, Ray Serve) and understanding of why many ML teams want to avoid it.

The role

At Nebius, we’re building a next-generation AI compute platform for large-scale ML training and inference — from a few nodes to thousands of GPUs.
We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to own product direction for Soperator — our Slurm-on-Kubernetes control plane for GPU clusters.
In this role, you will shape how ML engineers and research teams run, scale, and optimize distributed workloads in production.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Own the full user journey across Soperator clusters: Slurm workflows, dashboards, alerts/notifications, node lifecycle, and training/inference capacity management.
• Define product direction end-to-end: problem discovery → solution design → delivery → adoption.
• Lead deep customer discovery through interviews, usage analytics, and workload analysis to uncover high-impact opportunities.
• Drive execution across platform teams: compute, networking, storage, observability, IAM and etc.
• Translate frontier ML and infrastructure ideas into practical product capabilities for real-world GPU clusters.
• Define success metrics, prioritize roadmap decisions with data, and ensure measurable customer/business impact.
• Lead the open-source strategy and execution for Soperator: shape public roadmap themes, prioritize OSS-facing capabilities, and ensure strong adoption in the community.  

We expect you to have: 

• 3–5+ years in Product Management, ML infrastructure/MLOps, distributed systems, or cloud platform engineering.
• Strong technical depth in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or ML platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with large-scale ML training and orchestration tools (e.g., Slurm, Kubernetes, Ray).
• Track record of shipping technically complex products with multiple engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across engineering, research, and customers.
• Experience with product analytics, data-informed prioritization, and experimentation.

• Customers are running production agentic/AI apps with strong reliability and predictable latency on Nebius.
• Core quality metrics improve materially (p95/p99 latency, availability, failover recovery time, and cost-efficiency).
• Database adoption and retention grow through developer-friendly product experiences and strong workload fit.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for OLTP, vector, and in-memory database capabilities.
• Turn customer and market input into clear product specs, priorities, and delivery plans.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, SRE, Security, Solution Architecture, and GTM teams.
• Drive critical capabilities including replication, failover, indexing, backup/recovery, observability, and scaling.
• Shape AI-specific data patterns such as hybrid retrieval, low-latency memory access, and workload isolation.
• Use product and operational metrics to guide decisions and continuous improvement.
• Track ecosystem and competitor trends to keep Nebius differentiated in AI-native data infrastructure. 

We expect you to have: 

• Track record of owning and shipping technical platform products with measurable business and user impact.
• Strong practical understanding of OLTP systems, vector retrieval systems, and in-memory data stores.
• Ability to reason clearly about trade-offs across consistency, latency, throughput, durability, reliability, and cost.
• Experience working deeply with engineering teams building distributed, high-availability systems.

The role 

Nebius is building several new industry verticals to expand beyond AI-native cloud customers into enterprise segments through repeatable, scalable solutions. 

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager - Industry Verticals to establish structure, planning discipline, and transparent reporting across the verticals portfolio. The primary mission of this role is to create a clear, reliable operating rhythm that enables visibility, alignment, and predictable execution across multiple parallel initiatives. 

This is a hands-on project management role focused on planning, tracking, coordination, and reporting - not business ownership or strategy definition. 

The role will ensure that initiatives across Physical AI and Robotics, Media and Entertainment, Retail and E-commerce, and Financial Services are clearly structured, properly tracked, and consistently reported, with risks surfaced early and decisions documented. 

You are welcome to work remotely from the US (East Coast preferred) or Europe. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Own and maintain a single source of truth for all vertical initiatives, including goals, owners, milestones, and status
• Structure initiatives into clear workstreams with defined timelines and accountable owners

We’re looking for a Security Product Manager to join our team. Security Product Manager is responsible for conveying the company’s security strengths to customers, partners and the market at large. 5. Cross-functional collaboration

• Work with Customer-facing teams to address client inquiries about security posture and guide them on using security features optimally.

The role

We’re looking for a Group Product Manager - Security to lead and scale Nebius’ Security Product domain. 

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Nebius’ customer-facing security portfolio, including foundational security controls and security products offered across the platform and marketplace. 

The Group Product Manager - Security will lead a team of Product Managers, build and scale the security product organization, and serve as a key partner to the CISO and Platform Security leadership. • Define and own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for Nebius’ Security product portfolio, including foundational security controls and customer-facing security products;

Nebius is looking for a Technical Product Manager – Networks to join the team. In this role, you will will own the vision, roadmap, and priorities for networking services, including overlay (VPC) networks, underlay networks (data center fabric and WAN), and DNS.

Also, you will be responsible for shaping and managing backlogs for networking service teams and leading key, company-wide initiatives related to connectivity. This role requires strong technical depth combined with the ability to coordinate across engineering, development, product, technical support and go-to-market teams.

• Own and manage the product backlog for network service teams
• Lead and coordinate key cross-company implementations involving networking and connectivity
