The Role:
We are looking for a hands‑on Talent Acquisition Systems Manager to join our growing team and play a critical role in how we hire. PURPOSE OF POSITION:

THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Customer Success Manager, who is passionate about being a strategic partner to our clients. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, serving as the expert to drive program success, improve customer adoption, and identify growth opportunities.

About the Role:
The Customer Success Manager’s primary responsibility is to engage strategic customers and build the relationship into a mutually beneficial and profitable partnership, with a focus on driving customer satisfaction. The CSM will define, quantify and analyze relationships with strategic customers so that their success is not left up to chance. The CSM shall have regular contact with multiple key customers and work internally with cross functional departments in representing the voice of the customer, to actively resolve concerns and accommodate reasonable requests. To be successful in this role, all customer communication, both oral and written, with key stakeholders at strategic customers will be accurate and informative. About the Opportunity
Our commercial team is growing and looking for a Clinical Account Manager based in Nashville/Raleigh
to help support our growth. You will play a critical role in supporting Cleerly’s growth and
success of current clients/partners by making sure they understand our product offerings and
helping patients get Cleerly scans. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, this role will be
working with clinical partners to find expansion opportunities as well as to provide ongoing
clinical education to grow existing Cleerly accounts.
You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, maintaining relationships with
existing high-value partners, and representing Cleerly as a leader in the industry to positively
impact the lives of millions. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, has a clinical background, is
client focused, result-oriented, and mission-driven. You will work with clinics to ensure that they
are extremely successful with Cleerly’s cardiovascular diagnostic technology by proactively
supporting, educating, and providing high customer satisfaction. This is a customer- facing role
with a primary focus on spending time with customers including Cardiologists. This is a
field-based role, but you must be based in or near Nashville/Raleigh, as it will be a key market in
your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with clinical partners to make sure they understand
Cleerly and how Cleerly helps Providers in their treatment decisions for patients.
Account development - Experience building and supporting strong clinical programs is

Role Overview
Built is scaling its Marketplace to capture a larger share of lender spend on CRE inspections and pre-close diligence services. This senior individual contributor is expected to drive Built Marketplace outcomes by leading complex, cross-functional programs and building scalable operating systems across Sales, Product, and Operations. Built is looking for a Marketplace Operations Senior Associate to help scale the operational backbone of our inspection and services marketplace. Built's Marketplace connects lenders with a network of inspection and diligence vendors, and it's the largest single growth driver in the company. The team that runs it handles everything from vendor onboarding and supply management to order operations and billing. The processes that exist today were built for a smaller business. Your job is to run them, document them, and replace them with something that scales.
You'll work directly alongside the team lead and report to the Director of Operations. You'll have cross-functional exposure to product, engineering, accounting, analytics, client success, and more from day one, along with direct visibility into how operational decisions drive business outcomes.
Built’s salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 USD per year. A Brief Overview
The Integrated Marketing Manager (IMM) is responsible for all marketing assets, advertising, and promotions for shows within the region. This position will work in conjunction with artist managers, agents and marketing teams to develop effective integrated marketing plans that reach the correct demographic and target audiences for each show to drive conversions. The IMM will be in constant communication with talent buyers, local and central leadership in order to oversee execution of best practices across email, social, media buying, Customer Relationship Management, reporting, etc. This position will also be responsible for maintaining and tracking budgets to make sure funds are allocated correctly. This role will manage multiple budgets at once and place media that optimizes for right message, right time, right consumer to drive ticket sales. Come join the Trella team as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where you will be the main point of contact for our customers, working closely with their champions and growth-minded leaders to ensure they fully understand and gain value from our solutions. This role combines the responsibilities of managing solution adoption and renewals with offering strategic advice that drives growth for our clients. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping customers leverage our offerings effectively, fostering lasting partnerships along the way.

The Senior CX Manager plays a critical role as a senior technical advisor and strategic partner to Talkdesk’s largest and most complex customers. This role drives measurable business outcomes by leading advanced product adoption, overseeing complex technical initiatives, and ensuring long-term customer success through strategic enablement, and change management.
The Senior CX Manager serves as the bridge between customer stakeholders (technical and business) and Talkdesk’s internal teams to ensure alignment on key business objectives and successful product utilization. In addition to typical customer technical guidance, you will also assume key Customer Relationship Management (CRM) responsibilities to ensure the long-term health and success of our customers. This unique hybrid role is for a proactive professional who excels at solving complex technical challenges while also fostering strong, lasting customer relationships.
Pay Range (Base Pay): $77,500 - $147,000
Other Types of Pay: Based on level and role the employee may be eligible for long term incentives in the form of equity and short term incentives of either bonus or commission.

The standard OTE range for this position is $120,000-$170,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
