The Role:

As the Regional Vice President – Michigan, you’ll own the operational, financial, and people performance of a dynamic, multi‑clinic region, translating enterprise strategy into consistent, high‑quality execution at the clinic level.
In this highly visible leadership role, you’ll inspire and guide a talented regional team while overseeing workflows, strengthening operational excellence, and delivering on key financial objectives. You’ll be a hands‑on partner in the business—optimizing processes, solving complex challenges, and using data‑driven insights to achieve measurable results, all while championing ethical and sustainable practices.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and elevate clinic performance by translating operational metrics into action: coaching Clinic Directors, reinforcing enterprise standards, and driving consistent, high‑quality execution across the region.
Own regional financial and operational success, proactively monitoring performance, addressing gaps with decisive corrective action, and partnering on budgeting and forecasting to deliver sustainable results.
Develop tomorrow’s leaders by coaching, mentoring, and building strong bench strength among Clinic Directors, ensuring leadership continuity and long‑term regional success.
Create a culture where people thrive by fostering engagement, accountability, and trust, staying closely connected to field teams.
Ensure clinics are positioned to win through proactive workforce planning, partnering with HR to drive hiring and retention strategies while anticipating growth and minimizing operational disruption from vacancies.
Drive regional growth and access to care by partnering cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Access teams to increase volume, improve conversion, and ensure operational readiness for same‑store and new clinic expansion.
Shape and execute regional growth strategies that strengthen community presence, deepen referral‑partner relationships, and expand market share in existing and emerging markets.
Champion clinical quality and compliance, ensuring care delivery consistently aligns with our care model, regulatory requirements, and risk‑management standards.
Maintain a strong field presence, traveling frequently throughout Michigan and to departmental or functional meetings to stay visible, connected, and impactful.
Lead and contribute to special initiatives and enterprise priorities as needed, bringing a solutions‑oriented, enterprise‑minded approach to every project.

Who You Are:
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
5+ years of progressive healthcare or service‑industry operations leadership, with demonstrated success leading complex, multi‑site or regional environments.
Proven ability to own and drive consistent operational performance, translating established processes, metrics, and standards into sustained results.
Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret operational and financial data, prioritize opportunities and implement targeted, scalable solutions.
Deep understanding of clinic‑level financial drivers and key operating levers, with experience managing to budget and driving profitable growth.
Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and developing leaders across multiple locations.
Excellent judgment and prioritization skills, with the ability to navigate competing regional and enterprise priorities.
Strong enterprise collaborator with a track record of influencing cross‑functional partners to achieve organizational goals.
Nice to Haves:
7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site healthcare or regional healthcare or service operations, with increasing scope and accountability.
Prior responsibility for P&L ownership or equivalent financial accountability, including managing to budget and driving growth outcomes.
Strong data literacy, with demonstrate ability to use performance dashboards and operational metrics to guide decision-making and improve results.

The Role:
We are looking for a hands‑on Talent Acquisition Systems Manager to join our growing team and play a critical role in how we hire. This role is responsible for optimizing the systems, processes, and operational infrastructure that support the full recruiting lifecycle. You will be deeply involved in the day‑to‑day administration of our ATS and CRM, while also driving continuous improvements that enable efficient, high‑quality hiring at scale.
In this role, you will roll up your sleeves to manage system configuration, workflows, reporting, and integrations, while building practical training and documentation that empower recruiters and hiring leaders to use our tools effectively. You will partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership to understand evolving business needs and translate them into scalable, data‑driven solutions that improve both the candidate and hiring leader experience.
This is a highly collaborative and execution‑focused role for someone who enjoys balancing strategy with hands‑on work. You will bring structure, clarity, and scalability to a growing Talent Acquisition function and will have a direct, visible impact on how we attract and hire talent in support of our mission to inspire and empower the lives we touch.
What You’ll Do:
ATS, CRM & Systems Management:
Own the day-to-day administration and optimization of the ATS and CRM, including workflows, stages, fields, integrations, and user access.
Lead the rollout of new recruiting tools and enhancements in partnership with TA leadership, HRIS, IT and vendors.
Evaluate and optimize recruiting technologies such as job boards, sourcing platforms and CRM integrations to improve efficiency and results.
Process Optimization:
Partner with TA leadership and stakeholders to understand hiring challenges and process gaps.
Design and implement scalable, user-friendly workflows that balance efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience.
Build and maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and best practices to support adoption across teams.
Reporting, Analytics & Lead Tracking:
Develop and maintain recruiting dashboards and reporting on key metrics and operational KPIs.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and translate insights into recommendations for TA leadership.
Manage lead and source tracking across channels to measure effectiveness and optimize recruiting strategies.
Training & Enablement:
Lead onboarding and ongoing training for recruiters, sourcers and hiring managers on systems and processes.
Create practical training materials, guides and playbooks to drive adoption and effectiveness.
Continually assess and improve enablement programs as tools and processes evolve.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Serve as a trusted operational partner to Talent Acquisition leadership, aligning systems and processes to hiring priorities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Marketing and business leaders to support hiring initiatives.
Enable hiring managers with the tools, insights and best practices needed for successful hiring.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; demonstrated experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or a related field with a strong focus on data management and systems administration.
Hands‑on experience administering an ATS, including configuration, workflows, integrations, reporting, and user access.
Experience implementing, supporting, or optimizing recruiting technologies such as sourcing tools, job distribution platforms, and CRM integrations.
Strong data management and governance skills, with the ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
Experience building and analyzing recruiting reports and dashboards to inform decisions and drive operational improvements.
Solid understanding of recruiting workflows, pipeline management, and key Talent Acquisition metrics.
Familiarity with lead tracking, source attribution, and campaign tracking approaches.
Proven ability to partner cross‑functionally with Talent Acquisition, HRIS, IT, Marketing, and other stakeholders.
Experience gathering requirements, improving processes, and supporting change management initiatives.
Nice to Haves:
7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or a related field.
Experience supporting recruiting operations in complex, high‑growth, and/or multi‑site environments.
Proven ability to enable high‑volume and geographically distributed hiring teams
Hands‑on experience with iCIMS and/or Greenhouse ATS platforms.
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, dashboards, and data analysis.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $130,000
Estimated pay ranges listed above are based on several factors including but not limited to your pay class, experience, background and geographic location of the clinic
