Pay: Hourly rates are competitive $18-20/hr based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses
Benefits: Rent discount, paid holidays, birthday time off, vacation and sick time, health, dental and vision insurance, Employee Assistance Program, 401k with company match
Schedule: Rotating Saturdays or alternate schedule available. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturdays 9am - 5pm.
Do you have a flexible schedule? If so, our alternative schedule leasing consultant position will give you an additional per pay period bonus! This schedule is set the same each week and consists of 5 days each week working (including Saturdays) with the same 2 days off per week (Sundays and one weekday).
Example: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday - with Sundays and Wednesdays off. If you need a different weekday off we can be flexible.
Hours are: Weekdays 9-6 Saturdays 9-5 Sundays Off
