Pendo’s Customer Engineering team is the technical backbone of the pre- and post-sales customer motion. The team brings together work that has historically sat across Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineering into one full-lifecycle technical owner. Customer Engineering helps customers connect technical execution to business outcomes and realize the value of their investment in Pendo.
As a Senior Customer Engineer, you own strategic and complex Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation. You lead technical strategy for complex deployments, resolve ambiguous customer challenges, and partner closely with account teams to drive retention, expansion, and customer value. Your impact extends beyond your own accounts through playbooks, coaching, repeatable fixes, and workflow improvements that raise the capability of the broader Customer Engineering team.
This is a remote role supporting a South East territory.
Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work.
You're a builder, not a maintainer.
You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great Senior Customer Engineers don't just follow instructions; they operate as strategic advisors, influencing decisions, guiding stakeholders, and elevating how we work.
You're AI-curious - genuinely.
You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything — how you approach your work, how you prep, how you communicate, how you think. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut.
Pendo was founded in 2013 by former product managers, who combined their heads and hearts to build something they wanted but never had as product managers: a simple way to understand and attack what truly drives product success. Our mission is to improve society's experience with software. Come join one of the fastest-growing startups, supported by best-in-class institutions like Battery Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Spark Capital and Meritech.
Pendo Core Values: Bias to Act, Hone Your Craft, The Team is Pendo, and Maniacal Focus.
Location: Remote
Compensation: The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is $193,393 - $241,742, with a 70/30 base-to-variable compensation split.
Benefits: Pendo offers highly competitive United States benefits, including employer-heavy coverage with $0 premium options, strong 401(k) match, equity, and flexible time off.
EEOC: We are an equal opportunity employer and believe having diverse teams where everyone brings their whole self to Pendo is key to our success. We welcome all people of different backgrounds, experiences, abilities and perspectives.
Accessibility: Pendo is committed to working with, and providing access and reasonable accommodation to, applicants with mental and/or physical disabilities. If you think you may require an accommodation for any part of the recruitment process, please send a request to: accommodation@pendo.io. All requests for accommodations are treated discreetly and confidentially, as practical and permitted by law.

About Us
One Medical is a primary care solution challenging the industry status quo by making quality care more affordable, accessible and enjoyable. But this isn’t your average doctor’s office. We’re on a mission to transform healthcare, which means improving the experience for everyone involved - from patients and providers to employers and health networks. Our seamless in-office and 24/7 virtual care services, on-site labs, and programs for preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses and mental health concerns have been delighting people for the past fifteen years.
In February 2023 we marked a milestone when One Medical joined Amazon. Together, we look to deliver exceptional health care to more consumers, employers, care team members, and health networks to achieve better health outcomes. As we continue to grow and seek to impact more lives, we’re building a diverse, driven and empathetic team, while working hard to cultivate an environment where everyone can thrive.
The Opportunity
As a One Medical Phlebotomist/Front Desk (internally known as a Patient Care Specialist) at one of our offices, you’ll provide an exceptional experience for our patients and help them accomplish an important part of their care journey by providing venipuncture as well as other clinical support services. You will be an ambassador for patients, with a mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service. You will remove barriers to care, resulting in a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You are the steward of the space and ensure the look and feel of the office lobby are on brand with the One Medical experience. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, as well as provide any other support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or providers.
You are a strong team player and use your innovative problem solving skills to tackle various tasks and challenges. You combine excellent specimen collection technique with tactful interpersonal skills during every interaction with your patients, at both the front desk and in the lab. You have a strong grasp of verbal and written communication. You are able to identify opportunities and deliver on customer-centric solutions while using empathy, focus, and compassion in all interactions with patients and teammates. Applied AI & Analytics Associate, Office of the CEO
Miami, FL | Office of the CEO — Data, Analytics & AI
You Don't Wait to Be Asked. Neither Do We.
At SharkNinja, we've built a culture around one simple belief: the best answer wins. Not the loudest opinion. Not the most senior voice in the room. The best answer — backed by data, delivered with clarity, and executed with urgency.
We're hiring an Applied AI & Analytics Associate to sit inside the Office of the CEO. This is not a support role. This is not a reporting role. This is a problem-solving role — one where you'll work directly alongside the VP, Chief of Staff to the CEO and senior leaders across the company to crack open the problems that matter most and turn them into decisions that drive the business forward.
If you thrive in ambiguity, build before you're told to, move fast across functions, and believe that a clean insight delivered fast beats a perfect deck delivered late — read on.
What You'll Actually Do
You will be an analytics and AI professional embedded in the Office of the CEO, contributing to high-impact analytical work across the company and contributing to how SharkNinja uses data and AI to make better decisions.
This is not a single-team support role. You'll move across functions — working with product, operations, finance, supply chain, marketing — on whatever problems matter most to the business right now.
On any given week, you might:
This is a hands-on role based in our Miami office with real ownership over analytical delivery and measurable business impact. You will work on complex problems with appropriate support from senior stakeholders and produce high-quality work.
What It Takes to Win Here
Must Have:
Even Better If You Have:
Tools & Stack
Why This Role, Why Now
SharkNinja is one of the fastest-growing consumer product companies in the world. We operate with the intensity of a startup and the scale of a global brand — and the Office of the CEO is where the most important, cross-cutting work gets done.
This role gives you direct exposure to how a company at this scale makes decisions, solves hard problems, and keeps moving. You will not be on the sidelines. You will be in the room. You will work across the entire company, not in service of a single function.
If you want a role where you can see the impact of your work — where you're not just producing output but driving outcomes — and where you're building capability that others actually use, this is it.
Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts (HSA) with company contribution, 401(k) retirement plan with matching, employee stock purchase program, life insurance, AD&D, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, generous paid time off, company holidays, parental leave, identity theft protection, pet insurance, pre-paid legal insurance, back-up child and eldercare days, product discounts, referral bonus program, and more.
Our Culture
At SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar—we push past it every single day. Our Outrageously Extraordinary mindset drives us to tackle the impossible, push boundaries, and deliver results that others only dream of. If you thrive on breaking out of your swim lane, you’ll be right at home.

About Us
SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company, with a diversified portfolio of 5-star rated lifestyle solutions that positively impact people’s lives in homes around the world. Powered by two trusted, global brands, Shark and Ninja, the company has a proven track record of bringing disruptive innovation to market and developing one consumer product after another has allowed SharkNinja to enter multiple product categories, driving significant growth and market share gains. Headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts with more than 4,100 associates, the company’s products are sold at key retailers, online and offline, and through distributors around the world.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Sales Director to lead SharkNinja's PriceSmart commercial relationship at the strategic and senior account level. PriceSmart is a multi-market warehouse club retailer operating across more than a dozen countries in the LATAM region with a membership model and club economics that demand a fundamentally different commercial approach than conventional retail.
This role sits above the day-to-day account management layer and is accountable for the strategic architecture of the partnership: senior account leadership, executive relationship management with PSMT's senior stakeholders, P&L ownership at scale, and commercial framework development.
This role reports to the VP, LATAM-Direct Sales and operates as a peer to other LATAM channel leads, with regular visibility to senior Americas commercial leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
WHAT WE NEED

Strong differentiators:
HOW WE OPERATE
This role demands a general manager mindset. You'll be accountable for a P&L, a team, a transformation agenda, and a senior external relationship — simultaneously. We move at speed. We run on data. We expect leadership to show up with the analysis done, the recommendation sharp, and the ask clear. If you're a relationship manager who waits to be told what the numbers mean, this isn't the right seat. If you're a commercially sharp operator who can build the strategy, own the outcomes, and develop the people around you — we need to talk.
