Overview
You will be responsible for monthly close activities such as the reconciliation of the company’s revenue accounts and contract review. Other duties include the documentation of processes related to new accounting tasks and ensuring integrity of revenue accounting information.
Responsibilities
- Perform contract reviews and work with Legal, Professional Services, and order processing teams to ensure compliance with GAAP and company revenue and contracting policies
- Prepare and record general ledger entries by compiling and analyzing account, operational, and other information
- Conduct monthly reconciliations by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, and resolving discrepancies
- Support month and year-end close process and assist with annual audit
- Analyze and communicate periodic results to Accounting management
- Assist in research and preparation of technical accounting memos related to revenue and expense accounting
Requirements
- Prior experience in public accounting or a similar position
- Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with general ledger functions, and month and year-end close process
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPS and pivot tables
- High level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize demands and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with accounting financial statements
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical and problem-solving skills

Overview
Partner with Marketing leadership to support the operating model that enables enterprise marketing teams to plan, execute, and deliver work at scale. Lead the marketing operations programs team to enable effective execution of major initiatives across the marketing organization.
Working closely with cross‑functional partners, you will help align priorities, coordinate work, and support teams in delivering effectively. Design and standardize workflows, operating standards, and playbooks that support consistent execution and scale as programs and technology evolve.
- Communicate and collaborate. Serve as a central point of coordination across the division to align priorities, timelines, and dependencies. Facilitate clear, consistent communication to prevent duplication, gaps, and conflicting work. Partner closely with senior stakeholders to ensure shared understanding, strong execution, and smooth cross-team delivery.
- Drive results. Lead cross-functional delivery of major marketing initiatives, including go-to-market efforts, transformations, and technology rollouts. Maintain portfolio visibility across backlog, in‑flight work, and upcoming priorities to shape the operations roadmap and support leadership decision‑making by balancing business value, effort, and capacity. Drive operational readiness so teams are prepared to adopt new processes and capabilities.
- Enable change and adoption. Drive change management for new tools, processes, and operating models, ensuring changes are clearly communicated, reinforced, and adopted. Measure adoption and feedback, using insights to continuously improve processes and the overall platform experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing operations, program management, and/or change management experience in a matrixed enterprise environment
- 3+ years of experience mentoring, motivating, and coaching on a team
- Demonstrated success leading cross‑functional initiatives and partnering with executive‑level stakeholders to deliver operational outcomes
- Proven experience building and running intake, prioritization, and portfolio management practices that balance business value, effort, and capacity
- Demonstrated ability to design, standardize, and scale workflows, operating models, and standards that improve execution, consistency, and visibility
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using portfolio health, capacity, throughput, and operational KPIs to inform leadership decisions
- Ability to manage multiple programs and priorities simultaneously in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

As a Sr. Change Management Specialist at Esri, you will play a key role in ensuring internal marketing projects achieve successful adoption and alignment with organizational goals. In this role, you will partner with the head of Esri’s Influence Marketing team to help develop and implement Esri’s media relations and external communications strategy. Lead our in-house media relations team to support the execution of the strategy. Responsibilities
- Grow user skills. Develop and deliver training programs through various formats and methods including in-person, virtual and hybrid offerings, to enhance users' proficiency in ArcGIS software both domestically and internationally. Identify and address skill gaps through targeted training sessions and workshops. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, answering their questions and helping them overcome challenges. Stay updated on the latest GIS trends and technologies to ensure the training content remains relevant and up to date.
- Ensure sustainable GIS workflows. Collaborate with customers to understand their business processes and requirements. Provide guidance and training on best practices for designing and implementing sustainable GIS workflows. Deliver workshops and training sessions to educate customers on sustainable GIS workflows. Support customers in overcoming challenges and addressing any skill gaps related to workflow sustainability.
- Expand the use of ArcGIS. Actively promote the adoption of ArcGIS across customer groups. Identify potential use cases for ArcGIS in various business processes and demonstrate its value through facilitation. Develop and deliver training workshops and sessions to showcase the capabilities of ArcGIS. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and customize ArcGIS solutions to meet their needs.
- Communicate the impact of GIS. Develop compelling narratives and visualizations to effectively communicate the impact of GIS. Collaborate with Content Development and Creation teams to create engaging content, such as case studies and success stories. Present the value of GIS to customers. Stay informed about industry trends and research to provide insights on the broader impact of GIS in various domains.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience leveraging Esri`s software capabilities
- 5 of those years should be in ArcGIS Enterprise or Enterprise Geodatabases
- 2+ years of professional experience in classroom facilitation and instructional delivery
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while prioritizing student needs
- Strong listening skills and the ability to incorporate feedback to continuously improve instructional delivery and course materials
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- 20% travel time within the year to support an average of 10-15 onsite customer training sessions per year

Provide business support to our Training Services team, enabling us to empower our customers to solve the world’s problems with GIS. Analyze department pricing, revenue, costs, and processes to ensure profitability. Communicate recommendations to department leadership team and work with department leaders to manage risk and budgets. - Work with the Training Services leadership team to define and implement business initiatives and operational plans in support of product and revenue objectives, including pricing strategies
- Prepare and present financial reports, analysis, and other documentation that provides insight into business processes, policies, and performance
- Initiate, negotiate, administer, and enforce various types of agreements with customers, partners, subcontractors, and vendors
- Identify, research, and solve a wide range of business-related issues, including customer or other stakeholder concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements to business processes to enhance efficiency and further improve controls
- Evaluate business operations for compliance with corporate, industry, and government standards

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience supporting business operations in areas such as revenue accounting and recognition, risk management, contract review and negotiations, and/or process improvement
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to build consensus with multiple stakeholders
