In this role you will focus on working directly with product and software engineers to ensure functionality meets our high standards of release readiness.
Responsibilities
- Partner with product and software engineers to clarify acceptance criteria and translate them into maintainable manual and automated test coverage
- Perform risk-based testing of functionality, including validation of accessibility, internationalization/localization, security, and privacy requirements
- Perform structured exploratory and scenario-based testing across key user workflows to uncover usability, edge cases, and integration issues
- Validate and triage defect reports in collaboration with Esri Support Services, review with development team for resolution
- Communicate quality status, risks, and recommendations via dashboards, written summaries, and verbal updates to support informed release decisions
- Review automated test coverage and results to assess effectiveness, surface gaps, and recommend areas for improvements
- Lead risk assessment for assigned features, evaluating functional, technical, and user-facing risks to inform test focus and release readiness decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years of QA experience testing modern web applications in an Agile environment
- Experience with web UI test automation tooling such as Playwright
- Experience testing REST APIs and validating integrations (JSON/HTTP)
- Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript to read and reason about automated test cases to better understand coverage and recommend areas of improvement
- Intermediate understanding of web fundamentals (HTML/CSS, components, APIs) and UI/UX principles
- Intermediate understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and internationalization/localization (i18n/l10n) practices
- Proven problem-solving skills to isolate issues, document clearly, and collaborate effectively to resolve product deficiencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, GIS, Information Science, or another related technical

Overview
This position plays a hands-on role securing systems that support critical Defense and Intelligence missions. This position is focused on applying risk management frameworks, engineering security controls, and maintaining system authorizations for cloud and on-prem environments.
You'll work closely with other system engineers, administrators, and program teams to ensure systems are built, assessed, and operated in compliance with DoD and NIST requirements. From managing RMF and ATO packages to driving vulnerability remediation and system hardening, this role is central to maintaining secure, mission-ready systems throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Apply RMF processes to support system Assessment & Authorization (A&A), including control selection, implementation, assessment, and continuous monitoring
- Develop, review, and maintain security documentation such as SSPs, POA&Ms, SARs, and ATO artifacts in tools such as XACTA or eMASS
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and compliance scans (such as ACAS) and track remediation of findings and IAVM requirements
- Implement and validate security controls aligned with NIST 800-53, CNSSI 1253, and related DoD guidance
- Support system hardening, patching, and configuration management in compliance with STIGs for Linux, Windows, and network devices

Overview
This position plays a hands-on role securing systems that support critical Defense and Intelligence missions. This position is focused on applying risk management frameworks, engineering security controls, and maintaining system authorizations for cloud and on-prem environments.
You'll work closely with other system engineers, administrators, and program teams to ensure systems are built, assessed, and operated in compliance with DoD and NIST requirements. From managing RMF and ATO packages to driving vulnerability remediation and system hardening, this role is central to maintaining secure, mission-ready systems throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Apply RMF processes to support system Assessment & Authorization (A&A), including control selection, implementation, assessment, and continuous monitoring
- Develop, review, and maintain security documentation such as SSPs, POA&Ms, SARs, and ATO artifacts in tools such as XACTA or eMASS
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and compliance scans (such as ACAS) and track remediation of findings and IAVM requirements
- Implement and validate security controls aligned with NIST 800-53, CNSSI 1253, and related DoD guidance
- Support system hardening, patching, and configuration management in compliance with STIGs for Linux, Windows, and network devices
- Monitor systems for security events and supporting incident response and risk mitigation activities
- Assess security impacts of system changes and supporting configuration control boards (CCBs)
- Collaborate with system engineers, administrators, and DevSecOps teams to integrate security throughout the system lifecycle
- Provide cybersecurity risk input to program leadership, Authorizing Officials (AOs), and stakeholders
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities
- Professional experience with RMF, A&A, POA&M, and ATO documentation (XACTA/eMASS)
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning and compliance tracking (ACAS, IAVM)
- Experience securing Linux and Windows systems, STIGs, patching, and system hardening
- Knowledge of NIST 800-series publications and incident response processes
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II or higher certification (such as Security +, CySA +, CISSP)

- 5+ years of experience with Esri technology creating maps, performing spatial analysis, and configuring web applications
- 3+ years of experience in AEC, environmental consulting, or related industries
- Broad knowledge of ArcGIS from an IT context (such as hardware, storage, security, networking, web services, virtualization, cloud computing)
- Demonstrated experience in technical consulting and conceptual solution design
- Understanding of sales and business development processes
- Ability to troubleshoot client issues related to Esri application deployment and system architecture
- Experience with geodatabases and underlying DBMS technology
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and environments (Microsoft Azure or AWS)
- Experience integrating software solutions with other business systems including data warehousing, BI, CRM, ERP, and analytics platforms

In this position, you will work closely with customers to help define geospatial-centric solutions and implementation of those solutions. You will solve complex geospatial problems by evaluating and translating the customer's business goals, objectives, and strategies.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers and partners to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform
- Provide platform configuration guidance and best practices to customers regarding innovative solutions using Esri technology and content to help them make better decisions
- Identify the value of location within customer workflows and drive substantial return on their investment in Esri's enterprise platform and services
- Recommend relevant strategies, architectures, and solutions and work with customers to prepare implementation and migration strategies
- Present complex GIS technical demonstrations to various levels of staff in a diverse range of customer organizations
- Collaborate with customer IT organizations to align their technical objectives and business goals with Esri's technology enterprise
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities
- Professional experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise GIS solutions/systems that leverage the ArcGIS platform (Desktop, Server, and Online)
- Proven experience leveraging Esri's software capabilities including mapping, field operations, spatial analysis and data science, 3D visualization and analytics, data management, and developer APIs
- Pro-actively craft and propose solutions that clarify how GIS brings business value to address critical business challenges faced by customers, specifically in the Defense and Intel domain
- Proven experience with GIS workflow automation patterns
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas, whether to other technical peers or non-technical peers, project managers, and/or customers
- Exceptional interpersonal, written/verbal communication, multi-tasking, and presentation skills
- US citizenship and willingness and ability to maintain a US Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or STEM related field
Recommended Qualifications
- Master's degree in geography, computer science, mathematics, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), or STEM related field
- Programming and scripting experience with Python
- Domain experience around Defense and Intelligence content workflows
- Experience with current technology implementation patterns, including service-oriented and cloud computing architecture
- Understanding of IT integration concepts such as databases, web services, webhooks, mobile devices configurations, web browsers, IT system architecture concepts

We are seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter with a successful track record of identifying, engaging, and closing executive level candidates; someone to grow and drive recruitment efforts across multiple sales teams. You take action and are adept at influencing key partners and hiring leaders through data-driven insights, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of talent market dynamics. You are an expert at sourcing talent in multiple geographical markets simultaneously. Responsibilities
- Drive results. Own full-cycle recruiting and employee selection efforts for our growing Global Business Development Division. Partner with senior leadership to understand their hiring objectives and develop a plan to hit goals and deliver quality and timely results. Create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find professionals across a variety of roles within our sales organization. Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates by driving initiatives such as branding, sourcing, and referrals.
- Foster relationships. Build solid relationships with sales leadership teams and serve as a talent partner before, during, and after the recruiting process. Manage candidates in process and provide them with a positive candidate experience. Partner with HR specialists in the areas of global mobility, organizational training and development, HRIS, compensation, and compliance.
- Be an expert. Develop deep business knowledge of Esri’s sales organization and the markets it serves. Leverage data and analytics to assess recruiting performance, forecast hiring needs, and inform strategic decisions. Stay informed on competitive talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and employment branding strategies to maintain a strong market presence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and closing for sales positions at all levels
- Demonstrated track record of building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels
- Solid capacity to practice behavioral competency assessments to determine best placement of talent within the organization
- Proven ability to develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies and build diverse talent pipelines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting data and translate insights into action
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility, maturity, and sound judgment
