Join Esri’s Professional Services team as a Technical Consultant focused on system engineering for ArcGIS Enterprise. In this role, you will work directly with customers to design, deploy, migrate, and support enterprise‑scale GIS systems, with an emphasis on advanced deployment strategies such as high availability, disaster recovery, and Kubernetes‑based architectures.
Working alongside a team specializing in ArcGIS Enterprise, you will help customers navigate complex enterprise IT environments by applying proven system engineering practices across Windows, Linux, cloud, and containerized deployments. The work spans performance analysis, troubleshooting, and architecture evolution, supporting customers as their systems grow in scale, complexity, and criticality.
This position is ideal for someone with experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise who is motivated to deepen their expertise across multiple deployment patterns and enterprise technologies.
