The Pricing Manager, reporting to Director of Pricing, is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and continuously refining the company’s pricing strategy across assigned territories and vendors. This role serves as the analytical engine behind pricing decisions—leveraging advanced analysis, forecasting, and scenario modeling to predict outcomes, guide tradeoffs, and drive sustained improvements in price realization and gross margin.

As a strategic pricing partner to Sales Operations and Regional Sales Leadership, the Pricing Manager translates market signals and economic insights into actionable pricing decisions. This role operates as both a strategic advisor and hands‑on individual contributor, driving pricing initiatives end‑to‑end while proactively adjusting course based on performance, market response, and competitive dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy execution with a strong emphasis on continuous optimization, performance measurement, and directional pivots based on real‑world results.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the Sales Organization by evaluating pricing tradeoffs between volume, margin, competitiveness, and customer behavior.
• Identify when pricing strategies are underperforming and recommend corrective actions, alternative price structures, or tactical adjustments.
• Develop and maintain pricing models, elasticity analyses, and scenario simulations to forecast the impact of pricing decisions on demand, revenue, margin, and customer retention.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑implementation pricing analysis to quantify impact versus expectations and refine future strategies.
• Build forward‑looking business cases that compare alternative pricing strategies and predict outcomes under different market conditions.
• Use historical performance, deal‑level data, and customer behavior patterns to anticipate risks and opportunities.
• Monitor evolving market conditions, competitor pricing moves, customer buying behaviors, and cost drivers to inform proactive pricing adjustments.
• Lead competitive pricing and value positioning analyses, translating market insights into differentiated pricing recommendations.
• Analyze industry and customer trends to identify emerging pricing opportunities, structural risks, and long‑term margin implications.
• Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, product economics, and margin drivers, synthesizing findings into clear recommendations for management.
• Partner with Sales Operations to ensure pricing strategies are executable, scalable, and supported by tools and processes.
• Track pricing performance KPIs (price realization, discounting behavior, margin leakage) and recommend interventions where targets are missed.
• Drive adoption of pricing changes by clearly articulating the “why,” expected impact, and success metrics to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Demonstrated ability to develop predictive pricing models, scenario analyses, and data‑backed recommendations.

What you will do

As an Enterprise Project Manager you will lead cross functional teams to ensure all project requirements are on schedule and on track. The primary responsibilities will be to manage project scope, timelines, budget, and the effective and high-quality delivery of key solutions. You will plan, oversee and document all aspects of specific projects. The role may oversee, direct, assign duties, and evaluate the work of the team members and project staff.

The project manager performs advanced levels of project management work, works under limited supervision and has considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. This individual will work with a wide range of team members, including senior leadership throughout the organization, and serve as a representative of the IT department. You will submit project deliverables, prepare status reports and effective project communication plans to share across internal teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in an environment executing the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

 What you bring

• Lead a cross functional team to achieve project requirements, deadlines and schedules
• Develop and execute a communication strategy for all the different project stakeholders. Report on project status, progress, metrics, risks, test results, and deployment activities. If the project requires, coordinate with external partners, clients, vendors, and suppliers. Provide regular and up-to-date status reports to stakeholders
• Prepare estimates and develop detailed project plans for all phases of the project. Identify resource and budgetary requirements and help in their procurement to make sure the team achieves the project goals in the planned timeframes. Managing project scope and its changes

 What you have

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Business Related Programs
• 5+ years experience in SDLC or Technology Specific Project Management
• Experience in Agile/SCRUM methodology
• Proven experience coaching, managing, and team building

What you will do

The FIU Investigator is responsible for daily transaction monitoring for FIU Compliance.

What you have

• Analyzes Agents/Customers' transactions to detect suspicious activity and decides on appropriate action. Works cooperatively with internal departments to obtain and analyze necessary information related to investigations.
• Works cooperatively with local, state, or federal authorities to investigate suspicious account activity. Analyzes investigation results to determine need for SAR filing with the Federal Government.
• Provides guidance, support, and recommendations to other Compliance functions regarding customer AML risk ratings and account activity.
• Actively ensures compliance with the Intermex BSA/AML information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies and procedures.
• Assists manager with ensuring quality control standards and technical aspects of SAR filings are compliant with regulatory guidelines.
• Prepares investigative reports for management. Assists with departmental tracking and reporting. Ensures the monitoring system software captures all investigations accurately.
• Assists in the implementation of BSA/AML detection and prevention methods, such as training and instruction manuals. Provides needed support for special projects or critical casework as requested.
• Exercises sound judgment and observes the highest degree of confidentiality in the handling of information received in the course responsibilities.
• Completes required Annual BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. This duty is performed as needed.
• Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

What you bring

• Minimum Associate's degree or higher preferred
• AML Certification (CAMS/AMLCA) preferred
• At least five years’ experience in the compliance field or related area.
• Advanced knowledge of AML/BSA and SAR Filing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word, Excel and web search)
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload.

You Will

The Senior Accountant is responsible for providing financial support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate accounting and administrative operations. Main responsibilities include project management and support to the Director of Accounting in and Accounting Supervisor, as well auditors and other finance employees. This position also requires bookkeeping and other accounting duties, preparing accounting reports, reconciling accounts and occasional supervision and review of activity processed by the Accounting Assistants or Associates as instructed by the Director of Accounting.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participates, and support in the preparation and review of daily Accounting operations processes, general ledger posting and balance sheet accounts reconciliations.
• In charge of the daily and Monthly Wires Payable reconciliation.
• Performs and review of certain recurrent processes (i.e. commissions, accruals etc.)
• Performs general ledger accounts analyses
• Investigates GL issues or concerns and respond promptly.
• Assists in the process of preparing internal financial reports.
• Monitors fixed assets accounting and record keeping.
• Participates in the consolidation and eliminating entries process.
• Compiles and prepares reports requested by Director of Accounting.
• Assists with the domestic and foreign subsidiaries financial monthly closing process.
• Coordinates fulfillment of internal and external auditor’s requests.
• Actively participates in the implementation of new accounting pronouncement.
• Assists in developing proforma accounting entries for new products.
• Executes internal controls related to assigned areas and tasks.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Senior Accountant – supports accounting director and Accounting Supervisor in the supervision of certain Accounting Associates and Assistants activities.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• Five plus years of experience in similar accounting functions.
• Knowledge of full accounting cycle procedures.
• Native English or bilingual proficiency (required). Spanish work proficiency (desirable).
• Proficient in Microsoft Software (Outlook, Word and Excel) and other relevant computer applications.
• Demonstrated work experience with ERPs such as NetSuite or similar systems.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and awareness is essential.
• Public company experience, (preferred).
• Experience executing project management within the accounting function, (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to set priorities and perform multiple assignments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
