Join our Finance team in London as a Fund Accountant, supporting separately managed accounts and contributing to oversight, reporting, and financial control processes.

Your Future Role Within QRT:

• Act as a key point of contact for external managers, overseeing profit and loss and pricing reconciliations, and working closely with Operations and Citco to investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Agree separately managed account management (SMA) and performance fees across multiple mandates
• Produce internal separately managed account reporting
• Ensure the accuracy of administrator-produced manager-level reporting
• Support net asset value oversight across all fund entities by reviewing calculations, maintaining parallel investor allocations, and verifying fee calculations
• Assist in the review of financial statements and investor reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant reporting standards
• Provide support to the audit process, including interaction with external auditors and fund administrators
• Contribute to additional areas such as withholding tax statements, share class hedging, and other ad hoc financial tasks as required

Your Present Skillset:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with a strong academic record, alongside progress towards or intention to pursue a professional accounting qualification (for example ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• A minimum of one year of experience in fund accounting within a financial services environment, including exposure to management and performance fee calculations
• Experience working in an environment where accuracy and attention to detail are essential
• Strong Excel skills, including the use of Pivot Tables, lookup functions, and formula-driven analysis
• High level of attention to detail, with the ability to review, reconcile, and analyse complex financial data accurately
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal stakeholders and external parties

About Paloma

In 2024, our founders, Mark and Darshak, were shocked to find that children needing an NHS autism or ADHD assessment were waiting 4-10 years for these assessments. Delayed assessments result in children being more likely to develop mental health conditions and fall behind in education. The Opportunity

We are looking for a commercially astute and data-driven Finance & BI Lead to partner with our co-founders (our CEO and Exec Chair) and lead Paloma’s Finance & BI function through our current rapid growth.

You will build a first-principles financial understanding of our organisation to support our functional leaders in achieving their goals and budgets, and partner with our co-founders to create those budgets and report to our Board and investors. 

You will lead our BI team, ensuring robust internal and external reporting to our NHS partners.

Reporting to the Sr Manager, Production Finance, you will join our Global Content Services team to support live events and production related projects with cost management, tracking, and budget reconciliation.

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Accountant to join our team, and to be the in-house expert focusing on revenue recognition, plus also be involved with other areas of the month-end reporting on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will focus on revenue accounting for our services-based business, ensuring full compliance with IFRS 15 (Revenue from Contracts with Customers) and group accounting policies. You will analyse complex client contracts, identify performance obligations, and implement appropriate revenue recognition methods. This role involves close collaboration with global service teams and the finance function to support accurate, timely financial reporting. The position requires the legal right to work in the UK. Based in Central London (hybrid working with 3 days in the office), this role reports to the Head of Group Reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Interpret and apply IFRS 15 standards: You will ensure that all revenue is recognised in accordance with these principles (e.g., identifying performance obligations, assessing control transfer, and properly accounting for any associated contract assets/liabilities.
• Technical accounting documentation: Prepare and review detailed accounting memos, journal entries, and schedules related to revenue contracts. Document accounting treatments for new contracts or contract modifications under IFRS 15.

Purpose of Role:

The main purpose of the role is responsibility for the posting, review and reporting of the Group’s management fees, performance fees, client rebates and commissions. This involves the oversight and analytical review of monthly net revenue bookings, billing processes and cash matching as well as ensuring that payments to clients are made on a timely basis. The Senior Financial Accountant is a key member of the UK Finance team with a remit spanning finance operations, financial control and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Controllership & Reporting:

The Role

Wonder is 15 months in, 35 people, $15M raised, and targeting ~$10M revenue in 2026 across three distinct business lines - a commercial agency, an original IP studio, and a fast-growing creator marketplace. This is a high-ownership role reporting directly to the CEO. Financial Planning & Analysis

Own and evolve the financial model as the business grows. Revenue forecasting and pipeline-to-budget tracking across agency, IP, and marketplace. Bull and bear scenario modelling as we approach Series A. Regular retro and modelling cadence - actuals vs. forecast, with clear conclusions.

Pricing & Rate Cards

Own rate cards across staff and freelance. Pricing strategy in partnership with GTM and production leads.

Compliance & Payroll

Oversee payroll across UK, US, and contractors. R&D tax credits, VAT, and financial compliance. Own external accountant and tax advisor relationships.

Series A Readiness

We’re now looking for a Head of Accounting & Control to lead and modernise our group accounting function. This is an opportunity to shape how finance operates at Trustpilot - building robust processes, embedding strong controls, and enabling the business to act with confidence and speed. You’ll operate at the intersection between several other Finance teams to ensure financial accuracy and transparency across the Group - this role is about turning accounting operations into measurable business impact. 

Reporting into the Group Financial Director, you’ll lead a small but critical team, working closely with FP&A, Group Reporting, Finance Operations (AP/AR), and business leaders across Trustpilot to strengthen and future-proof the finance function. What you’ll be doing:

• Lead and develop the accounting function: Manage a small team of accounting professionals, creating clarity of purpose, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development. Own core accounting processes and months end-close: Oversee the month-end close, general ledger operations across the Group, reconciliations, and journal entries - with a particular focus on overhead and below-GM costs - ensuring accuracy, timeliness and strong financial discipline.

• Support the external audit process: Act as a key point of contact during the external audit, providing accounting information, analysis, and explanations to support a smooth and efficient audit process. 
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance: Continue evolving Trustpilot’s internal control environment, ensuring robust accounting policies, strong governance, and reliable financial processes.
• Oversee cost centre management and finance data integrity: Maintain the integrity of the finance data structure, including cost centre governance and cost allocation methodologies, ensuring financial data supports accurate reporting and business insight.
• Operational cash management: Monitor and appropriately forecast future entity level cash requirements to ensure optimum use of cash and lower FX exposure.

What we do:

The UK Accounting team, based in London, primarily delivers the US GAAP month-end close for the EMEA region. The team supports the UK operating entity, which bills international customers, as well as multiple European entities operating under a cost-plus model. We work closely with US and global finance teams to support regional consolidation and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting

What you'll do:

• End-to-end ownership as preparer for two European cost-plus subsidiaries (Sweden and UAE), delivering the full US GAAP month-end close including preparation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and supporting documentation, while ensuring all reporting deadlines and internal control requirements are met
• Own EMEA lease and fixed asset accounting within the UK GL Accounting team, with responsibility for preparation and analysis across all EMEA entities, including:

Who you are: 

• Newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent) with experience supporting multi-entity, multi-currency US GAAP month-end close in a multinational or US-listed environment
• Hands-on experience with Oracle or a similar ERP system, and strong working knowledge of Excel

What you'll do 

• Support the month-end and year-end close processes for multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting

About the Position

We are looking for a Tax Specialist to fill a newly created role on our expanding UK/EMEA Tax team. This role is based in our London office and offers a rewarding opportunity to gain regional tax experience while joining a firm that is growing globally.

• Possess a strong technical knowledge of UK taxation and ideally some experience with the tax regime of one or more additional European jurisdictions (such as the Netherlands)

THE ROLE:

The Finance Systems Manager manages a small team responsible for the day to day running of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.  The role reports to the Group Finance Director within the Global Finance team. THE ROLE:

This role is responsible for overseeing the revenue accounting for a $440 million line of business and will be critical to ensuring accurate revenue recognition, compliance with ASC 606, and providing key insights to support strategic business decisions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reports directly to the Group Revenue Controller.
• Own the end-to-end revenue accounting process for a c$600M business segment, ensuring timely and accurate month-end close activities.
• Analyse and record complex revenue transactions in accordance with US GAAP, specifically ASC 606.
• Partner closely with Sales, FP&A and Legal teams to understand contracts and business activity to ensure proper revenue treatment.
• Perform detailed contract reviews to identify performance obligations, determine transaction price allocation, and assess appropriate revenue recognition.

THE ROLE:

The Statutory Reporting Accountant is responsible for the preparation and coordination of the UK statutory audits, working to ensure key financial statement deliverables are completed and filed in a timely manner.

Reporting to the UK Regional Financial Controller, the Statutory Reporting Accountant is a critical role, ensuring:

• Coordination of audit requests and deliverables
• The completeness of reporting for public filing purposes
• The production of accurate, timely group and company financial statements

Key responsibilities

• Production of statutory trial balances, including any GAAP or statutory adjustments
• Production and review of UK entity financials and management commentary for Financial Statement reporting as required
• Point of contact for external statutory audit stakeholders
• Input of audit and local accounting adjustments into ERP systems
• Management of the delivery of financial information as part of UK audit requests, liaising with the financial accounting team as well as preparation of audit samples and evidence
• Implementation of statutory accounts production software for UK financial reporting
• Point of contact for the tax team and external tax advisors in relation to the UK audit
• Liaising with the wider Genius company and functions (e.g. HR, Legal, Commercial) to ensure key deliverables are met

Role Summary and Impact

This role sits within the Controllership pillar of the WPP Media UK Finance team primarily supporting the Wavemaker operating unit.  The role has full responsibility of the controllership and reporting of revenue for the Wavemaker unit and leads a team of 3.

Responsibilities

Month-end process/ year-end & variance analysis

• Full ownership of Balance Sheet and P&L for Wavemaker revenue items, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Lead the end-to-end month-end revenue reporting process, delivering timely results with clear variance analysis vs. forecast and pro forma.
• Provide timely management information to Commercial, FP&A Finance, FinOps Leads, and Senior Leadership.

• Act as primary point of contact for Group audit and Financial Statements audits on revenue-related matters.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders across Agencies, WPP Media UK, WPP Media EMEA, and Finance Plus.
• Produce ad-hoc reporting for the WPP Media UK Market CFO, Group Finance Director, and Head of FP&A

The Role

Responsibilities

Based in our London office, you will have a broad range of responsibilities, ranging from:

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly group management accounts which includes consolidating multiple overseas trading entities;  
• Review of detailed balance sheet reconciliations prepared by the accounting function on a monthly basis to ensure quality and accuracy;
• Preparation of central reconciliations for complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition of partially supplier customer contracts and capitalisation of software development costs;
• Maintenance of the Finance ledger system (currently Workday Financials), including security administration and/or business process administration related tasks. Appropriate levels of training will be provided.
• Preparation of the statutory financial statements for main UK entities on Caseware software;
• Assisting in deliverables for the UK and overseas entities’ year-end audit, ensuring deadlines are met;
• Assisting with identifying and implementing control based improvements or optimizing productivity through process recommendations within the finance function;
• Supporting the Group Accountant and Group FC in preparing various technical memorandums. The business currently reports on UK GAAP;
