About the Role
As the Critical Services Manager, you are responsible for assisting the Campus Operations Manager with all aspects of data center operations including: environmental, health, and safety; customer service delivery; project work inside the critical spaces; and, ensuring Yondr’s facility management (FM) partners consistently meet service level agreements and other contractual obligations. The Critical Services Manager directly manages Yondr’s Shift Teams that provide around the clock Site coverage and ensures operational risks are identified and mitigated across all site activities to ensure facility up-time. The Critical Services Manager also supports the change management and problem management processes.
This position serves as the people manager of the Facility Shift Managers and is responsible for the site operations center, oversight of the FM service provider(s), tenant analytical reports (including key performance indicators (KPIs)), event notifications/escalations, audits, and recurring review of processes and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
· Maintain and operate the data center, leveraging our Operations Team, to establish optimal availability of the infrastructure against minimum costs.
· Act as the people manager for the Facility Shift Managers, assisting in the development and success.
· Reporting to all stakeholders, customers, and management related to routine performance and during unusual events.
· Continued Health & Safety awareness in operational tasks for both in-house staff and contractors, ensuring adherence to Emergency and Standard operating procedures.

· Implementation and continuous development of our maintenance regimes and site operating procedures (MOPs, SOPs, EOPs).

· Represent Yondr Operations during the technical handover process to ensure system testing and commissioning are satisfactorily completed for all projects, including new data centers.

Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelors degree in the applicable engineering or facility management field preferred, experience would be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s).
· 8+ years of relevant experience (with 5+ years of experience working in data centers and/or critical environments preferred).
· Demonstrated skills and experience in the understanding of the design, maintenance, and operation of critical environments, preferably data centers.
· Evidence of strong people management skills with proven ability to lead a high performing team.

About the Role
As the Operations Engineer – Mechanical, EMEA (SME), you provide mechanical technical authority across our regional data centers. You will define and drive the mechanical operations philosophy and standards, support Regional Technical Managers and site teams as an escalation point during incidents, and provide input to design and commissioning to ensure systems are operable, maintainable, and resilient throughout the asset lifecycle. The role balances safety, availability, cost, and customer/SLA requirements and partners closely with design & construction, facility management, OEMs, and contractors.

About the Role
As the Operations Engineer - Systems, (SME) you are responsible for the monitoring and control systems for the critical mechanical and electrical assets within our regional data centers–including the building management system (BMS) and the electrical power monitoring system (EPMS). The Operations Senior Engineer - Systems is responsible for the optimal monitoring and control availability of the mechanical and electrical assets throughout their lifecycle, taking into consideration health, safety, environment, costs, investments, and customer requirements.

This position will have overall responsibility for all mechanical controls and electrical systems monitoring aspects of our regional data centers. Responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to, planned and corrective maintenance, technical documentation, review of proposed operational procedures, initial analysis of in-service failures, associated project work, and overall systems health. Reporting into the Operations (HSE) Director the Senior Regional Operations HSE Manager will act as the regional authority and point of accountability for Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) management across Yondr’s operational data center campuses within EMEA.

Operational HSE Leadership & Assurance
Act as the regional operational HSE authority for assigned campuses, providing oversight and assurance of HSE performance.
Ensure effective implementation of Yondr’s Operational HSE requirements across all live data center facilities.
Provide clear guidance and direction to campus operations teams on HSE matters, supporting safe and compliant operational delivery.
HSE Framework Plan Ownership
Own and manage the Operations HSE Framework Plan for assigned campuses, including input, gap analysis, evidence review and closure.

About the Role
As a MEP Manager within the capital projects construction team, this role acts as an Owner’s side stakeholder in the development, procurement and delivery of the MEP systems for our projects and operations. About the Role
Yondr is looking for a talented and experienced Technical subject Matter Expert (SME) – A Controls & Building Management systems design/engineer that will join the DCX (Data Centre Execution) team to provide engineering design expert input to ensure our portfolio of projects is compliant against our design parameters relating to controls, monitoring and data systems and that of our tenants and operational requirements, and compliant also with local code.
The Controls & BMS SME will play a critical role in shaping Yondr’s current and next‑generation digital infrastructure platforms, supporting both Hyperscale/Cloud and AI compute environments. The role focuses on ensuring standardisation, interoperability, resilience, cyber security, energy visibility, and operational readiness of BMS, EPMS, and associated controls architectures.
Working closely with the Global VP Design, Regional Design Directors, Operations, Commissioning, and Digital teams, the SME will lead the development and application of global controls strategies and standards, while supporting live projects from early concept through to handover and operations.
You will also work closely with project managers, design engineers, consultants, contractors and commercial teams to ensure the successful delivery and ongoing operation of our in-flight projects- globally (AMERS/EMEA).
As a global role- the role will require work across both regions across our project portfolio – so travel and working on/from projects in region will be anticipated.
The role will also see the successful candidate engaged and working in partnership with various business functions and initiatives within DCX design, including input to the development and land acquisition where requried, bid phase support where required, and assisting our construction delivery team through to operations to drive technical excellence and compliant to client SoQ and Yondr reference design parameters during the full life cycle of our data centers.

About the Role
Yondr is looking for a talented and experienced Technical subject Matter Expert (SME) – An Electrical systems design/engineer that will join the DCX (Data Centre Execution) team to provide engineering design expert input to ensure our portfolio of projects is compliant against our design parameters and that of our tenants and compliant also with local code.
The ideal candidate will be engaged in the design of Yondr’s current and future generation of data center products targeted at both the Hyperscale/Cloud and AI compute markets by pushing innovation and influencing, advising and ensuring compliance in technical standards and specifications.
To ensure that Yondr’s design requirements and that of our tenants are incorporated into our current and future developments, as SME, you will work closely with the Global VP Design and Regional Design Directors, and where required, manage teams of consulting partners to provide industry standard compliant solutions that are both innovative and cutting edge.
You will also work closely with project managers, design engineers, consultants, contractors and commercial teams to ensure the successful delivery and ongoing operation of our in-flight projects- globally (AMERS/EMEA).
As a global role- the role will require work across both regions across our project portfolio – so travel and working on/from projects in region will be anticipated.
The role will also see the successful candidate engaged and working in partnership with various business functions and initiatives within DCX design, including input to the development and land acquisition where requried, bid phase support where required, and assisting our construction delivery team through to operations to drive technical excellence and compliant to client SoQ and Yondr reference design parameters during the full life cycle of our data centers.

About the Role
This is a high‑impact leadership position with direct influence over business risk, operational resilience, and client trust across Yondr’s Americas portfolio.
The role owns end‑to‑end security delivery across the full data‑centre lifecycle—from site selection and design through construction, commissioning, client handover, integration and live operations. Acting as the regional subject‑matter expert, you will shape and execute physical, technical, and operational security strategies, embedding security by design from the earliest project stages.

About the Role
As an Operations Senior Engineer, you are responsible for all electrical and mechanical assets in the data center. Because the data center is a highly critical environment, the stakes are high and you will have an important stake in the fulfilling of the Yondr operational tasks.
To enable you to fulfil this responsibility, you will be involved in the design and acceptance of new data centers, defining the maintenance regime for your assets, approving operational procedures for the maintenance and incident management as well as auditing the completion
thereof. To ensure optimal functioning of your assets, you will lead and approve root cause analysis and improvements after incidents happen, as well as propose improvements to optimise the functioning of your assets. For the implementation of these improvements, you will
act as project owner and oversee the completion of the project.

About the Role
Working for an Owner/Developer you will be able to create and lead the E2E commercial project strategy and execute the project commercial governance coordinating both internal teams and external vendors as required to deliver the build to budget.
This role is suited to an individual driven by high standards, someone who has a proven record in taking data centers and/or major projects through the full project lifecycle. In addition, you will be able to show understanding and capability of resolving complex issues and have excellent negotiating skills.
You will have experience of creating and leading skilled multidisciplinary teams with a hands-on approach. Evidence of strong interpersonal and people management skills are essential. To proactively set industry leading standards and culture for all assigned projects and to take appropriate action where necessary.

The Campus Operations Manager is ultimately responsible for all operational and financial aspects of the data centre during its operational life cycle including health, safety and compliant operations, the site team, its customers, service delivery, security, projects and the total site team.

About the Role
The Design Director will lead the yondr design-related function in the EMEA region for our hyperscale data centre projects in the DCX team. You will be expected to lead Yondr’s end-to-end (E2E) Design Management function in EMEA, ensuring consistency in the service provided by vendors and consultants, promoting best practice, compliant design, and continuous improvement of our designs and design delivery.
The EMEA Regional Design Director role is a senior leadership role within DCX (Data Centre Execution) in Yondr, and reports-in to the VP Global Design. The purpose of this role is to provide Design Management Leadership to the Business in EMEA and support the development of a clear strategy and the implementation of Yondr business plans. You will provide Design Management leadership & expertise to drive consistency, compliance, productivity , digital/BIM, and increasing efficiency and innovation. At the front-end, you will support the Development Team in the strategic expansion of Yondr’s hyperscale data center portfolio from site selection through technical due diligence.
Thereafter, you will lead the formation of design teams to support respective projects through the remaining design phases inclusive of project turnover.
This role will report to the Global VP, interfacing with the DCX senior management and Project teams, and will collaborate and integrate with peers in Yondr, and cross-regionally.
Main Responsibilities
You will lead the EMEA region Design management & BIM function from preconstruction to operation stage; from block-fit to handover.
As Director of the region, you will be responsible for working with the VP Global Design to create and implement the regional design strategy, aligning to the Global and Regional Yondr Business plan.
You’ll apply Yondr’s global design standards, support site selection, contribute to procurement activities, and guide the technical design process through all stages. The role
The Debt Compliance Manager is responsible for several key operational processes within the business. You are responsible for managing debt utilisations, repayments, compliance with financial and information covenants and various other operational activities for our global portfolio, which consists of construction financing, term loans, RCF and publicly-issued notes across a number of jurisdictions.

The role
The Site Acquisition Development Director - DACH plays a critical role in overseeing and managing the entire real estate development process from concept to completion. This position requires a deep understanding of the DACH market, project management, financial analysis, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, to bring development projects to fruition.
This role will work closely with our design, construction, delivery, legal, security, utilities, commercial, and operations teams throughout each project, and will be responsible for preparing and presenting periodic executive presentations.
