About the Role
Working for an Owner/Developer you will be able to create and lead the E2E commercial project strategy and execute the project commercial governance coordinating both internal teams and external vendors as required to deliver the build to budget.
This role is suited to an individual driven by high standards, someone who has a proven record in taking data centers and/or major projects through the full project lifecycle. In addition, you will be able to show understanding and capability of resolving complex issues and have excellent negotiating skills.
You will have experience of creating and leading skilled multidisciplinary teams with a hands-on approach. Evidence of strong interpersonal and people management skills are essential. To proactively set industry leading standards and culture for all assigned projects and to take appropriate action where necessary.
You will build and maintain strong and trusting relationships with your team, our vendors and our clients. Working in a fast moving industry you will have to be able to deal with constantly evolving client demands.
You will be expected to ensure the project teams are using commercial best practice to protect the business interests and ensure accurate forecasting. As part of your role you will assess and authorise all bid recommendations ensuring they are in line with the project objectives and that risk and opportunities are identified and have appropriate management plans in place.
Yondr’s delivery philosophy is based on partnering and data driven reporting. The role will require the Commercial Manager - to be comfortable working collaboratively in an integrated team. A fundamental of our execution strategy is that project controls are led by our controls subject matter experts to drive towards true “Single Source of Truth'' project reporting. The candidate will need to demonstrate solid understanding of project controls, the data and how to best use it to drive intelligent and fact based decisions making.
Main Responsibilities
/ Manage and coordinate the project commercial team (external consultants).
/ Inform, Implement & execute the procurement and contract strategy, best suited to the regional market.
/ Ensure the project adheres to and correctly executes the procurement process, to ensure best value for money, compliance, and the business interests are protected. This includes completion of the tender process, production of tender recommendations and negotiation and production of contracts.
/ Ensure company project policies/procedures/governance are adhered to by team members.
/ Manage and and drive the maturity of the Cost Plan to ensure the design can be built for the approved budget.
/ Heavily support (to underpin the Cost Plan) the commercial input required within the design process through preconstruction to contract award.
/ Have an understanding of CAPEX and the in-country market cost/benchmarking indicators.
/ Prepare and evaluate all construction/services budgets with the technical leads.
/ Engage with the design team to understand the basis of design development and any changes which are being presented are commercially analysed & considered.
/ Review supply chain bid placement reports and provide recommendations for approval by the leadership team.
/ Along with the other project stakeholders, review relevant information and ensure compliance with the Owners Requirements and report any divergences.
/ Coordinate and manage the commercial completion of all Tennant requested changes
/ Manage, finalise and present monthly detailed cost report(s) identifying relevant commercial data against all elements of the project.
/ Manage, finalise and present a monthly project commitment & cash flow forecast for operational & finance usage.
/ Administer the main contracts and discharge all client obligations in full.
/ Review and update the change control register with accurate cost liability throughout pre-construction & construction phases.
/ Review and approve monthly valuations with all vendors
/ Cross functional collaboration to ensure successful fundraising
/ Relationship building and regular liaison with funders and fund monitors.
/ Ensuring commercial process and reporting allows for compliance with funder requirements
/ Manage the project commercial reporting process, ensuring that reliable and accurate information is provided for all necessary project stakeholders.
Qualifications and experience
/ Previous experience of a lead commercial role, preferably in the data centre sector or on a major scale.
/ Previous experience working for either an owner/operator/developer, main-contractor or cost consultant.
/ Experience in contract creation & administration.
/ Previous experience of managing people/teams, specifically cost consultants would be desirable.
/ Understanding of the construction project lifecycle of a data centre or major project.
/ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
/ BSc degree in Quantity Surveying
/ Member of a professional body (MRICS) is desirable.

About the Role
The Design Director will lead the yondr design-related function in the EMEA region for our hyperscale data centre projects in the DCX team. You will be expected to lead Yondr’s end-to-end (E2E) Design Management function in EMEA, ensuring consistency in the service provided by vendors and consultants, promoting best practice, compliant design, and continuous improvement of our designs and design delivery.
The EMEA Regional Design Director role is a senior leadership role within DCX (Data Centre Execution) in Yondr, and reports-in to the VP Global Design. The purpose of this role is to provide Design Management Leadership to the Business in EMEA and support the development of a clear strategy and the implementation of Yondr business plans. You will provide Design Management leadership & expertise to drive consistency, compliance, productivity , digital/BIM, and increasing efficiency and innovation. At the front-end, you will support the Development Team in the strategic expansion of Yondr’s hyperscale data center portfolio from site selection through technical due diligence.
Thereafter, you will lead the formation of design teams to support respective projects through the remaining design phases inclusive of project turnover.
This role will report to the Global VP, interfacing with the DCX senior management and Project teams, and will collaborate and integrate with peers in Yondr, and cross-regionally.
Main Responsibilities
You will lead the EMEA region Design management & BIM function from preconstruction to operation stage; from block-fit to handover.
As Director of the region, you will be responsible for working with the VP Global Design to create and implement the regional design strategy, aligning to the Global and Regional Yondr Business plan.
You’ll apply Yondr’s global design standards, support site selection, contribute to procurement activities, and guide the technical design process through all stages. The role requires proven data centre design leadership, technical know-how, strong BIM/CDE experience, European planning and permitting knowledge (ideally Germany or Spain), excellent stakeholder communication and the ability to manage fast-paced, multidisciplinary teams across mainland Europe.

About the Role
The Market Director, Real Estate is a senior-level role responsible for leading and executing the company’s real estate strategy within a defined geographic market. This individual will be the local expert and primary point of contact for all regional development activity, interfacing closely with municipalities, customers, JV partners, and vendors. The role requires a deep understanding of local entitlement processes, customer deployments, and competitive dynamics, while also playing a critical role in sales support, external engagement, and internal cross-functional coordination. This position will influence the full lifecycle of real estate development—while also ensuring alignment with commercial and strategic goals.
Main Responsibilities
/ Regional Strategy & Execution: Drive and implement real estate development strategy tailored to the assigned market, aligned with company-wide growth objectives. Lead planning for future capacity, customer demand, and land positioning.
/ Municipality & Regulatory Engagement: Serve as the company’s primary liaison with local government agencies, utilities, and planning boards. Proactively manage and track the dynamic local entitlement and permitting pathways to unlock local challenges.
/ Customer Support & Sales Enablement: Partner with internal sales and customer teams to support existing accounts and strategic pursuits. Translate regional infrastructure realities into actionable insights for go-to-market opportunities.

/ Leadership Presentations: Provide informed recommendations and present market-specific strategies to the Executive Leadership Team.
/ Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the regional integrator across internal teams (development, construction, finance, legal, operations) and external stakeholders (brokers, land owners, JV partners).
/ Risk Management: Anticipate and mitigate region-specific risks across permitting, community response, utility delivery, or market shifts.
/ Reporting: Deliver regular updates on regional progress, risks, competitive movements, and opportunities for both internal and external audiences.
Qualifications and experience
/ Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
/ 10+ years of experience in real estate development, infrastructure delivery, or site acquisition—with demonstrated expertise in a defined geographic market.
/ Proven track record working with municipalities, navigating entitlements, and executing regional strategy.
/ Experience interfacing directly with customers and supporting commercial sales pursuits.
/ Strong understanding of regional utility dynamics, land use policy, and the entitlement landscape.
/ Successful track record managing external partnerships, including JVs, brokers, consultants, and contractors.
/ High proficiency in financial analysis, project planning, and executive communication.
/ Ability to manage complexity, influence stakeholders, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
/ Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.

About the Role
As a Director in the Customer Solutions team, you will provide manage pre-sales activities, post-sale activities and customer relationships globally. You will be involved throughout the whole sales process, In addition, you will take a lead role in market research and strategy.
This role is regional so will require travel globally.
Main Responsibilities
/ Liaise with technical, delivery, operations and site acquisition stakeholders within Yondr's Hyperscale Customer organizations.
/ Understand and document Customer’s technical requirements, then lead the opportunity design development and present solutions to meet those needs.
/ Liaise with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Design and Construction, Operations and Development teams to ensure Yondr delivers the correct solution for the Customer's requirements.
/ Serve as primary responder for customer RFPs, including managing the Customer and all internal stakeholders for a complete RFP submission meeting the Customer’s expectations.
/ Accountable for the accuracy of the technical content of the lease contract. Responsible for the technical validation of compliance during the delivery phase.
/ Support Yondr teams (Design and Construction, Operations, Development) by providing customer insight into future design and location strategies.
/ Generate insight and feedback through professional contacts and networking.
/ Participate in forecasting, pipeline and market analysis.
/ Act as a senior member of the Customer Solutions Team, providing support and guidance to interdepartmental colleagues as and when required.
Qualifications and experience
/ Experience supporting teams in capturing and defining technical requirements and solutions for target customers.
/ Experience in one or more of the following: data center design, construction, operational lifecycle; site acquisition; and hyperscale lease negotiation.
