About the Role
The Data Center Project Manager plays a critical role in the improving the operation and lifecycle of the EMEA data center campuses. They will be tasked with managing construction activities within operational data centers while maintaining resiliency and availability for the customer. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including project planning, contracts, execution, and closeout. They will solve highly technical problems using creativity, technical acumen, and experience in similar roles.

About The role

About the Role
This is a high‑impact leadership position with direct influence over business risk, operational resilience, and client trust across Yondr’s Americas portfolio.
The role owns end‑to‑end security delivery across the full data‑centre lifecycle—from site selection and design through construction, commissioning, client handover, integration and live operations. Acting as the regional subject‑matter expert, you will shape and execute physical, technical, and operational security strategies, embedding security by design from the earliest project stages.
As Director, Security – Americas, you will lead regional technical and operational security strategy, governance, and execution across Yondr’s operational and in‑flight data centre estate, supporting a rapidly expanding platform.
You will serve as the senior authority for security risk, standards, incident management, and assurance, partnering closely with Development, Construction, Operations, Engineering, and Client teams to ensure consistent, scalable, and high‑assurance security outcomes.
The role spans major data‑centre builds, commissioning and client readiness activities, and live operations within regulated, high‑availability environments—requiring strong leadership, disciplined governance, and the ability to operate decisively in complex, mission‑critical settings.

The Role
You are a strategic, driven and experienced Facility Shift Manager, with the skills, clarity of thought, and ambition to turn our vision into reality. their potential. To monitor all engineering assets at the data center by following regulations and guidelines set out in Yondr’s maintain and operate model. To monitor Service provider and contractor works and operations by liaising with all parties, to ensure any proposed works are delivered in compliance with statutory regulation and in line with the site policy including client rules, processes and procedures. The role is a shift pattern based 24/7, and you are expected to provide cover for peers as and when required.
Main responsibilities
/ Shifts will be Monday through Friday with flexibility to take over nights, holidays and weekends as needed.
/ Escalate and communicate appropriately incidents to nominated persons in the procedure
/ Assist the service provider and contractors in Root cause Analysis of incidents
/ Assist the service provider with planning requirements relating to Projects and Planned maintenance
/ Assist in the Planning of works which fall under the remit of shift work flows, PPM, Incident reporting, Incident Management and attendance
/ Oversight of any planned and unplanned activities
/ To proactively work towards and meet the performance objectives of the service delivery for the client
/ Report on health and safety aspects particular to shift duties
/ The recording of all maintenance tasks performed complete and incomplete including any necessary reports in reference to repairs and preventative schedules
/ Provide reports at the end of every shift
/ Support the Critical service Manager with feedback and suggestions for improvement
/ Assist with Technical improvement and discussions around all aspects of delivery on site
/ Strong Safety Mindset, with attention to detail (HSE) - PTW, Isolation systems & RAMS
/ Ability to perform audits on multiple systems, ISO 9000, 14000, 27000 and 55000
/ To ensure the shift engineers are undertaking work tasks as directed and with suitable / H&S awareness/implementation
/ Complete all required training
Qualifications and experience
/ Multi-Skilled - Mechanical / Electrical/ Controls Knowledge
/ With specific knowledge in the safe operation and maintenance of, high and medium voltage switchgear, UPS, PDUs, CRACs, Cooling Towers, Chillers, Generators, Automatic Transfer Switches, Double-Interlock Pre-Action Fire Systems, etc.
/ Experience with Building Automation/Monitoring Systems, navigating and manipulating graphical interface, along with basic understanding of PID loops and how they operate within a data center, understanding the difference between a digital and analog inputs.
/ The ability to read and understand one-line diagrams will be essential for this position.
/ Have good communication skills verbally and written
/ Be a team player and understand the commitment to process required within a critical environment
/ Good Leadership & Management skill

The role
The Operations Site Coordinator Facilities Coordinator is responsible for all support activities
required by the operation and activities in order to support Yondr data centre operation. The role
will require the candidate to be capable of performing a diverse range of outputs in a critical
environment in order to ensure stable and predictive operation and support the successful
delivery of projects.
Main responsibilities:
/ Managing service desk / client interface during office hours
/ Ensure client requests are followed up and client receives proper feedback on all requests and raises actions if needed.
/ Creating / maintaining reports for the operations team on site
/ Financial administration from site (raising PO’s and adding receipts)
/ Contract management (onboarding vendors / keep admin part up to date)
/ Support the site projects team with project delivery, creating work proposals, scope of works and project documentation and control.
/ Manage badge access / onboarding and offboarding off new site staff
/ Support standard services on site.
/ Support site critical services and functions.
/ Support the team to work on client systems and be the first point of contact for IT issues.
/ Support and ensure proper document management system is maintained.
/ Manage team overtime and payroll processing
/ Waste Management
/ Carry Out HSE observations
/ Oversee soft services and conduct monthly Inspections and reviews
/ Process client tenant order forms and manage end-to-end purchase order and invoice administration.
/ Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth functionality.
/ Adhoc support as required.
Qualifications and experience:
/ Proven planning and process management skills
/ Attention to detail and accuracy
/ Must be able to communicate articulately, positively and effectively
/ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
/ Experience of working on a construction site environment (in a similar role) is a preference
