A great opportunity to join an international team where you’ll have real ownership of IT support within the hub while contributing to global IT initiatives. We’re looking for a proactive and curious IT Infrastructure & Support Coordinator to support our UK hub and ensure our corporate IT infrastructure runs smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on IT support, solving problems, and working independently. You will be the primary IT contact in the hub, supporting local users while collaborating with our global Infrastructure & Support team. Alongside day-to-day IT support, you’ll also help with event preparation, hardware setup, and occasional logistical support, so a flexible and practical mindset is key.

We are looking for a Controlling Manager to join our Global Finance team and act as a key finance business partner for large international projects.
In this role, you will work closely with Project Directors and operational teams, owning project budgets end-to-end and providing forward-looking financial insights to support strategic decision-making. This position will be a key contributor at the initial planning phase of a new and exciting global project, working autonomously as the Finance representative in the UK.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading project budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

Broadcast Cloud Engineer is responsible for the seamless operation, monitoring, and management of live video and post-production systems for major sports events across on-premises and cloud environments. This role supports both real-time broadcast workflows - including signal reception, processing, mixing, and distribution - and parallel post-production workflows such as cloud-based editing, media asset management, and file-based delivery. Working closely with the internal production team, suppliers, and distribution partners, the Broadcast Cloud Engineer ensures flawless technical execution throughout each event, from first signal to final archive, across properties including FIFA, Concacaf, World Rugby, World Athletics, and the US Open. Candidates should be comfortable switching between live operations and non-live production workflows depending on the phase of each event — from pre-event setup and testing, through live match-day operations, to post-event editing, delivery, and archival

This is primarily and event time role providing pre-event setup and testing in Host City locations and providing support event time to the crews deployed to upload content via the ENG workflows at FIFA Club World Cup 2025 and FIFA World Cup 2026.
This role is responsible for testing and troubleshooting the ENG platform prior to deployment to operational crews event time. This will require engagement with HBS staff (ENG Workflow manager, Venue Managers, Telco Manager) and suppliers (ENG platform vendor and Telco services vendor) to test and confirm operation of the solution.
During event time this role takes on a support and monitoring role, assisting the ENG Workflow Manager with resolving any critical issues as quickly as possible to preserve HBS delivery to FIFA and media partners. This will involve working with ENG Crews, HBS internal teams (Production and Digital) and the ENG platform vendor.
The role will work for the ENG Workflow Manager, who reports to Head of Digital Workflows and their team.

Why we open this position?
Orientation includes all processes, methodology, documentation and tasks that HBS put in place to enable event-time staff to be fully operational from their first day on site, for a given event. The Orientation Assistant will support the Orientation Manager and the Orientation Coordinator with the on-site delivery of the orientation programme during the FIFA World Cup 2026. The assistant will help ensure that all staff - ~1300 people - at the International Broadcast Centre in Dallas receive the necessary guidance and welcoming information to integrate smoothly into their roles. This position is limited to the event-time period and focuses on operational support on-site. Required qualities are:

Event-Time · Support the Orientation Team in implementing the “First day on-site” concept.
o Assist in the contribution to the Training Module within CRUISE a HBS data basis implemented for the projects by assigning staff to dedicated welcome journey steps according to their date of arrival, priority groups, department ect. as per guidelines
o Support in cross-checking data ensuring smooth delivery on the next day o Help manage attendance lists and distribute materials
o Check meeting rooms’ allocation and IT equipment needed o Act as first point of contact for interns to be ready and in place for the next day (shifts, assignments etc.)
· Support the delivery of Orientation at the IBC
o Act as first point of contact for Staff Guides / interns o Support in delivering the Welcome Session o Support in coordinating resources ensuring successful delivery
o Final check of meeting rooms’ allocation and IT equipment needed o Provide on-site guidance and information to new staff
o Help manage attendance lists, distribute materials and track participation
