This role supports both real-time broadcast workflows - including signal reception, processing, mixing, and distribution - and parallel post-production workflows such as cloud-based editing, media asset management, and file-based delivery. Working closely with the internal production team, suppliers, and distribution partners, the Broadcast Cloud Engineer ensures flawless technical execution throughout each event, from first signal to final archive, across properties including FIFA, Concacaf, World Rugby, World Athletics, and the US Open. Candidates should be comfortable switching between live operations and non-live production workflows depending on the phase of each event — from pre-event setup and testing, through live match-day operations, to post-event editing, delivery, and archival

• Manage and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure supporting live video processing, including deployment, scaling, and cost optimization of media services.

Why we open this position?

Orientation includes all processes, methodology, documentation and tasks that HBS put in place to enable event-time staff to be fully operational from their first day on site, for a given event. The Orientation Assistant will support the Orientation Manager and the Orientation Coordinator with the on-site delivery of the orientation programme during the FIFA World Cup 2026. The assistant will help ensure that all staff - ~1300 people - at the International Broadcast Centre in Dallas receive the necessary guidance and welcoming information to integrate smoothly into their roles.
