About the role:
Samsara is seeking a Manager, Sales Operations to play a pivotal role in designing, scaling, and elevating the systems, processes, and policies that power our global sales engine. As a trusted partner to senior leaders across Samsara’s go-to-market teams, you will own and scale critical Run-the-Business (RTB) processes, ensuring our sales organization operates with speed, accuracy, and consistency as we grow past $2B in revenue. We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $82,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA’s total compensation and rewards programs, which includes: robust PTO; vacation, a volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Position Summary

We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $150k to $180k. As a Senior Product Manager, Theft Solutions, your key area of responsibility will be identifying and scaling end-to-end products that leverage Geotab's telematics platform, real-time data insights, and predictive analytics to prevent vehicle and asset theft, enable rapid recovery, and reduce insurance costs. You will need to work closely with hardware engineering, software development, data science, commercial teams, and external partners.
To be successful in this role you will be an entrepreneurial self-starter with a tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to iterate rapidly based on customer feedback. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and project management skills with an ability to translate complex telematics insights into compelling customer value and manage multiple timelines to ensure timely results.
