With growth comes commercial complexity. Our EMEA business spans dozens of markets, currencies, and contract frameworks, and our GTM teams move fast. As our Senior Manager of Order Management in Madrid, you'll be the commercial anchor for the region, the person GTM turns to when deals get complicated, when structure matters, and when quality can't be compromised. You'll lead a team of Deal Desk Analysts, operate with autonomy, and set the standard for what great deal execution looks like. This isn't a back-office support role. It's a seat at the commercial table.

Your Mission

As the commercial backbone of EMEA Deal Desk, you will:

• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Deal Desk Analysts, setting clear expectations, creating development paths, and fostering a culture where your team makes decisions with confidence.

• Serve as the primary Deal Desk partner to EMEA GTM leadership, from front-line AEs to Regional VPs and SVP, bringing commercial expertise to strategic deals, QBRs, and forecast conversations.

• Drive deal quality, consistency, and velocity across the region, owning the standard for how deals are structured, reviewed, and approved.

• Lead complex deal structuring, including multi-year terms, ramps, co-terms, restructures, and non-standard commercial arrangements, guiding your team and escalating with judgment.

• Influence governance and approval workflows, establishing clear guardrails while empowering your team to move fast within them.

• Champion AI-native deal workflows, identifying where AI can accelerate deal review, improve consistency, and reduce manual effort, and then actually building those workflows with your team.

• Partner closely with Legal, Finance, and Order Operations on high-complexity or high-risk deals, bridging the gap between commercial intent and contractual execution.

• Bring structure and repeatability to deal processes, documenting business rules, identifying gaps, and continuously raising the bar on how the team operates.

• Operate as a true peer to GTM leadership, not just a support function. You have a point of view on deal strategy.

• Collaborate with the Order Management Director and global OM leadership to align regional practices with global standards and drive cross-regional consistency.

Your Experience Includes

• 4+ years of experience in Deal Desk or Order Management, with 1+ years in a people leadership role

• Proven track record of building and coaching high-performing Deal Desk teams

• Advanced expertise in complex deal structuring: ramps, co-terms, multi-year, cancel & replace, true-ups, and restructures

• Deep fluency in revenue metrics: ARR, ACV, TCV, and Churn, and the ability to explain them clearly to any audience

• Strong contract literacy, comfortable reading, interpreting, and drafting T&Cs and order forms

• EMEA commercial experience, multi-currency deals, regional pricing nuances, and awareness of local compliance requirements

• Embraces AI as part of everyday work, using enterprise tools confidently to move faster, work smarter, and raise the bar for the team.

• Advanced knowledge of CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Zuora CPQ, or equivalent)

• Advanced knowledge of Quote-to-Bill systems and end-to-end deal lifecycle processes

• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management, comfortable influencing Legal, Finance, Sales Ops, and GTM leadership without direct authority

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a strong advantage

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, able to support commercial conversations and contract review in both languages

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent experience

• Demonstrated ability to adopt, champion, and scale AI tools in a professional Deal Desk environment

• Experience in privacy, trust, GRC, or compliance SaaS, you understand the space and the customer

• Hands-on experience with AI prompt engineering or building AI-assisted workflows in a commercial context

• Can build reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Excel; Power BI or equivalent analytics experience

The Challenge

This role is critical to supporting OneTrust’s continued growth by ensuring accurate, timely, and scalable corporate accounting processes. As our global footprint expands, the Corporate Accounting team must maintain strong controls, reliable reporting, and effective operational performance and business continuity across key accounting areas. This role supports those goals by strengthening payroll accounting operations while providing flexible support across broader corporate accounting functions.

Your Mission:

You will support the Corporate Accounting team with a primary focus on payroll accounting, while contributing to broader general accounting activities and the month-end close process.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support the posting of global payroll journal entries and related accruals, including vacation, bonuses, and other compensation-related items
• Reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts and assist with payroll-related flux analysis
• Partner and collaborate with Payroll, HR, Compensation & Benefits team to ensure consistent data integrity and completeness
• Review & maintain proper coding of transactions and prepare journal entries for various corporate accounting areas
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain supporting schedules in accordance with US GAAP
• Support management with company financial activities such as month-end and year-end close
• Develop and implement process improvements and document standard operating procedures
• Support external audit requirements related to specific areas of responsibility
• Partner with finance and other departments on various projects, including development and improvement of internal reporting

Data Platform Engineer will be part of an innovative Enterprise data team that enables Marketing, Product, Sales, and Finance to explore data and take actions that differentiate us from our competition. You will work closely with data engineers, data architects, domain experts and business analysts to understand business requirements and help to build best in class data platform solutions and architecture for scale.  

Your Mission

• You will work closely with data engineers, data architects, domain experts and business analysts to understand business requirements and help to build best in class data platform solutions and architecture for scale.  
• Build and automate modern data platforms (AWS, AZURE, Snowflake) with native technologies, deploy applications, and provision of infrastructure.  
• Perform Administration, Maintenance and provide support to production systems (Snowflake, Fivetran, DBT, Power BI, Airflow) 
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) practice across the platform for safe and reproducible deployments. 
• Design, build and implement automation framework for scale that deliver data with measurable quality under the SLA  
• Drive technical conversations with stakeholders to understand the platform's needs and come up with a provisioning strategy.  
• Work effectively using scrum with multiple team members to deliver value effectively.  
• Reduce technical debt over time with root cause identification, issue resolution and promote best practices across the platform

Your Experience Includes 

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field 
• 3+ years of overall experience and 3+ years of experience with very large-scale data warehouse projects. 
• Strong experience in SQL, knowledge of dimensional modeling, supporting data warehouse, scaling, optimizing and performance tuning ETL pipelines 
• 1+ years of experience with Python and manipulation of various data formats for extraction and transformation 
• 1+ years of experience with Snowflake, Airflow, ETL/Integration tools administration. 
• Hands-on experience with Data Warehouse technologies (Snowflake, Redshift) and Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis) 
• Experience evaluating new tools and enriching existing architecture 
• You are a self-starter, hands-on technical expert who continuously gather and synthesize high-impact needs from business partners, design and implement the appropriate technical platform solution, and effectively communicate about deliverables, timelines and tradeoffs
