As our Learning and Development Business Partner in Plainfield, IN you will oversee and coordinate training for our warehouse operations teams. The L&D Business Partner will have an active role in developing, creating, implementing, and maintaining a robust learning culture at BDA. We are a young company at a pivotal point of growth looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our creative agency. With exciting shifts in the marketplace and our B-Corp certification, this is a tremendous opportunity to define and launch the company’s new brand strategy based on a thoughtful and impactful vision for strategic positioning and growth.
Working with a team, the Growth Marketing Manager will drive the in-house growth marketing strategy to improve brand awareness, inbound leads, increase client retention and acquisition as well as create mission-led campaigns to energize our workplace and engage our existing customer base.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on payroll experience, a deep understanding Workday and ADP systems (certifications preferred), and strong Excel skills to support detailed reporting and reconciliations.
Location: This role requires onsite presence 4 days a week to the Atlanta, GA or Plainfield, IN location.
Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for over thousand employees across multiple states and globally using ADP.
- Managing state and federally mandated garnishments and wage verifications in ADP.
- Maintaining and auditing employee PTO accruals.
- Payroll deduction and PTO accrual reconciliation.
- Managing the electronic and online timekeeping system for hourly employees.
- Payment of commissions, sales incentives, bonuses accurately and in a timely manner, in alignment with compensation structures.
- Running weekly and monthly ad hoc reporting.
- Using smart compliance for garnishments and pay cards.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are pleased to share the base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. If you are hired at BDA, your compensation will be determined based on factors that may include geographic location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any offer. In the spirit of pay transparency, the range listed is the full base salary range for the role and hiring at the top of the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary growth. The range listed is just one component of BDA’s total compensation and rewards programs, which includes: robust PTO; vacation, a volunteer day, holidays and summer Fridays, Benefits; medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D insurance, 401k; tuition reimbursement, mental health and financial wellness programs and professional development opportunities including tuition reimbursement. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for incentive compensation.

Location: Plainfield, IN
As our Warehouse Team Lead in Plainfield, IN, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by guiding the team responsible for product movement, storage, and staging. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can lead by example while keeping processes efficient, safe, and on track.

Qualifications
· 3-5 years Experience in fulfillment of high number of SKU's including Pick, Pack, and Ship using ERP WMS system with RF guns.
· Teamwork – Proven ability to motivate a team of associates to continuously improve results.
· Ability to communicate clearly.
· Requires solid working knowledge of Order Processing and Shipment Quality Control and Material Movement in a SKU intensive Fulfillment operation.

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring efficient operations by handling inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining an organized work environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!
Qualifications:
-6 months of relevant warehouse experience
-Certified/Expert in one of the following areas – Receiving, Material Handling, Catalog Fulfillment, Inventory, Returns
-Must be able to read, write legibly and count accurately. Be able to focus on tasks without being distracted.
-Must be computer friendly, basic keyboard skills and familiar with shipping software and Excel.
-Bilingual (English/Spanish) -Not Required
Physical Requirements
-Must be able to stand on feet for an 8-hour shift
-Must be able to stand in one area for up to two hours at a time
-Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
-Stooping/Bending on job – 80% of work time
-Grasping/Reaching/Twisting – Continuous through out work time

Responsibilities:
-Operate shipping software consistently, accurately, repetitively and rapidly.
-Follow shipping procedures for and accurate complete information to ensure delivery.
-Follow Warehouse Department’s Quality Control Program and all established quality control processes.
-Maintain a high level of productivity for yourself.
-Ensure that all orders are shipped accurately to maintain our goal of 99.89% shipping accuracy.
-Report to the Warehouse Supervisor the results of daily shipping activity.
-Follow all BD&A Safety, Security and Sanitation procedures and communicate and follow-up with team members.
-Other job duties and projects as assigned.
