The Solutions Architecture team works with our largest, most complex users to understand their technical requirements and map those to Stripe technology.

You are an experienced technologist with a blend of technical depth and strong business consulting skills. You will think strategically about the art of the possible for the user’s business, and be able to clearly articulate that in a way that informs and builds confidence in Stripe’s technology.

About the role:
As a Customer Solutions Architect Manager, you will be a key player in helping us to scale our Customer Solutions Architect organization and define the strategy and processes that drive this team. Your primary responsibility is to lead our EMEA Customer Solution Architects (CSAs) in Dublin, focused on ensuring our customers are maximizing the value they receive from dbt platform to drive customer retention and expansion.
