As an Implementation Consultant at LearnUpon, your purpose is to discover and evaluate your customers’ use case for LearnUpon, assess and aid in calibrating their success metrics for launch and, using this information, develop and implement an implementation plan to meet their needs. You play a vital role in training your clients on LearnUpon as well as guiding them through how to build the workflows they need to implement.
Your customers think of you as a valuable resource they can rely on to help them get the most out of LearnUpon. They trust you to help them make good decisions as they configure our software and gear up for launching LearnUpon. You also identify and explain any process changes your clients might incur as part of moving onto a new system and listen and gather their product feedback. You share this with their Customer Success Manager, when they aren’t present to hear it firsthand.
As an Implementation Consultant, you hold a rotating book of clients, most of whom carry Basic to Premium plans. You may also serve a few Enterprise accounts at any given time. You understand and prioritize work within your own book of business according to your clients’ plans and needs.
Your purpose is to help each of your customers thrive with their primary use case discovered during sales and introduction. You also record any business objectives and areas for expansion and share these with the Customer Success Manager to aid in future expansion and development of our accounts.

The Strategic Events Marketing Manager will lead and execute LearnUpon’s Global event marketing strategy. This role will be central to the planning, execution, and optimization of trade shows, sponsored events, LearnUpon-hosted experiences, and partner events. Reporting into our Senior Manager, Demand Generation, you’ll work closely with our GTM, Customer Experience and Business Development teams in North America to drive pipeline and revenue, while collaborating with our marketing team in Europe ensuring alignment and support across the wider marketing function.
This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized, proactive, financially focused, metric-driven and collaborative marketer to play a key strategic and operational role in LearnUpon’s growth.
