You’ll bring to the role a passion for delivering a seamless and engaging employee experience through operational excellence. In this role, you will support key People Operations programs across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Manage HRIS transactions throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, promotions, compensation updates, and offboarding
Support the administration of company benefits programs, including new hire enrollment and qualifying life event changes
Ensure new hires are enrolled in required training plans; support rollout, tracking, and reporting of annual compliance training
Assist in administering performance review cycles, including assessment kick-off, progress monitoring, and completion reporting
Develop proficiency and become a subject-matter expert in HR systems, processes, and communication platforms
Support payroll processing by verifying data accuracy and compliance with internal requirements
Maintain and update process documentation and refresh HR content on the company Intranet
Utilize Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, and basic Sheets) to support daily operations and reporting
3–5 years of HR Operations experience with hands-on HRIS work
Experience supporting a range of People Operations projects and initiatives
Service-oriented mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Overview
Katalyst is seeking a highly capable, hands-on Director of Finance own the company’s full finance operating rhythm across monthly close, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial reporting, internal controls, and strategic finance support.
This leader will be expected to operate as both a player and a builder: personally driving core accounting and finance processes in the near term while designing the systems, controls, and team structure needed to scale the business over time. The Director of Finance will serve as a key thought partner to leadership team, ensuring the company has accurate financials, strong operating discipline, and forward-looking financial visibility.
This role is especially well suited for a finance leader who thrives in early-stage environments, can move fluidly between detail and strategy, and is excited to build a finance function that will support the company through its next phase of growth.

Compensation and Benefits: Your base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this role is $170,000 - $220,000 annually.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at Katalyst. POSITION SUMMARY: As a member of the Northpoint team, the Recovery Technician is responsible for attending to the safety and wellbeing of patients, and working with a multidisciplinary treatment team in accordance with policy and procedure, to provide the best possible patient care. This position plays an important role in the implementation of programming and care plans by providing direct and indirect patient care that complies with Northpoint policies and procedures for unlicensed staff. This position will actively support the structure of the milieu through appropriate resource allocation and supervision of patients. The Recovery Technician works in a variety of settings throughout the week, including onsite at the facility and other community activities.

The Role:

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Project Development, the Manager, Project Development is responsible for the development of wind, solar, and energy storage projects in the Central region as a key member of a regional team charged with the development and execution into construction of Clearway Energy Group’s solar, wind, and storage project pipeline across the region. POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide and oversee the medical services provided to a caseload of patients. The Recovery Technician Supervisor works in a variety of settings throughout the week, including onsite at the facility and other community activities as directed by the Clinical Director.

We’re looking for a Director, Brand & Content Strategy to define and lead Iterable’s brand strategy across narrative, creative, and content. Reporting to the CMO, this leadership role will blend strategic thinking with strong creative judgment.
