Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Nights
Reports To: Director of Nursing
Location: Northpoint Colorado (Adult inpatient in Loveland, CO)
Schedule: 3x12's 6pm-6:30am MST; Rotating self-scheduling with 6 Friday/Saturday/Sunday shifts every 6 weeks
Compensation: $33-46/hour + Shift Differential

POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Registered Nurse (RN) will provide and oversee the medical services provided to a caseload of patients. This licensed nursing professional will act as the medical treatment plan coordinator for the multi-disciplinary team in the development and implementation of the master treatment plan and the discharge plan for each patient. This person will actively communicate with support staff, treatment teams, providers, and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues pertaining to patients and their family members. The Registered Nurse (RN) will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider, and will perform duties according to established patient care protocols, standards, and procedures. This position is expected to complete all documentation associated with these duties in a professional and timely manner.

POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Medical Advanced Practice Provider will provide consultation, and medical and administrative direction to subordinate medical and support staff in various treatment settings (inpatient and outpatient). This person will provide direct patient care including diagnostic assessment, preventative and educational services, and medication evaluation and management to the patient population, in accordance with best care practices, industry standards, organizational guidelines, and state and federal laws. The Medical Advanced Practice Provider will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide the best possible care. This position requires extensive internal and external communication with all levels of staff, leadership, physicians, vendors, and other professional colleagues.

This licensed nursing professional will act as the medical treatment plan coordinator for the multi-disciplinary team in the development and implementation of the master treatment plan and the discharge plan for each patient. This person will actively communicate with support staff, treatment teams, providers, and outside agencies on treatment and safety issues pertaining to patients and their family members. The Registered Nurse (RN) will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider, and will perform duties according to established patient care protocols, standards, and procedures. This position is expected to complete all documentation associated with these duties in a professional and timely manner.
