Job Title: Admissions Representative
Reports To: Corporate Director of Admissions
Location: This is a full-time on site position that can work at our Corporate Office (Meridian, ID) or Northpoint Nebraska (Omaha, NE)
Compensation: $22-26/hour

POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Admissions Representative is responsible for overseeing the patient/client admissions lifecycle and consistently driving the census at each facility. This person will be managing a large amount of inbound and outbound lead generation activities including telephone calls, email communications, and online chats to prospect and develop leads. The Admissions Representative will work with multiple departments and outside vendors to ensure all goals are accomplished. As an ambassador of Northpoint, adhering to our Core Values while assisting all potential clients is paramount.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Coverage of Admissions phone line, online chats, and emails
• Obtain, or oversee, the acquisition of complete and accurate patient/client information pertinent for their admission into a Northpoint facility
• Explain insurance benefits to potential patients/clients and their families
• Consult with Admissions Supervisor, Program Director, and Clinical Team about potential admissions
• Discuss payment options with potential patients/clients and/or family members or fiduciaries
• Verify the acquisition of records for pending patients/clients from transferring and/or previous facilities and completion of other necessary documentation; ensure timely receipt of all necessary patient/client records
• Provide the Program Director with information on new patients/clients to aid in schedule development
• Alert Clinical Team about new patients/clients and ensure a gender specific client pickup is scheduled
• Interact with the patient/client and family and prepare them for the transition; communicate with the Clinical Team, as necessary
• Verify that the family, Admissions personnel at the referring facility, marketing representative, and any others involved in a patient’s/client’s admission have been contacted and provide all pertinent information about the admission to them
• Maintain contact with referral sources in cooperation with marketers
• Ensure accurate referral sources are entered into the electronic medical records system
• Maintain cleanliness of the Admissions office
• Drive Company vehicle for official and approved and business; ensure safe transport
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care
• Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
• 1+ year of sales experience in a call center setting preferred
• Experience with a growing company with multiple entities preferred
• Action-oriented with the ability to: adapt to change, work independently, prioritize tasks, and drive to finish

This person will ensure the proper reception of all patients, clients, and visitors into the facility and greet all incoming patients, visitors, and staff with a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the expanded team to ensure facility day to day operations are running appropriately. POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Recovery Technician Supervisor is responsible for assisting with facility operations, championing on-boarding efforts of new staff and ongoing training efforts for all staff, attending to the safety and wellbeing of patients, and working with a multidisciplinary treatment team in accordance with policy and procedure, to provide the best possible patient care. In this supervisory role this position is responsible for auditing, training, and managing Recovery Tech processes and compliance with all of the following; observation checks for all shifts, facility checklists, room cleanliness and safety, patient transportation, patient and belongings search, patient consents, and admissions processes. This position plays an important role in the implementation of programming and care plans by providing direct and indirect patient care that complies with Northpoint policies and procedures for unlicensed staff. This person will also serve as the subject matter expert on the Rec Tech role. This position will actively support the structure of the milieu through appropriate resource allocation and supervision of patients. The Recovery Technician Supervisor works in a variety of settings throughout the week, including onsite at the facility and other community activities as directed by the Clinical Director.

POSITION SUMMARY: As a member of the Imagine Team, the Care Coordinator is responsible for helping clients and families secure resources and community services, co-facilitating group, and assisting with educational needs. This position is expected to supervise clients at all times which includes maintaining programming schedule, and utilizing de-escalation skills as needed. This position works under the direction of counseling staff, facility leadership, and the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for all clients within the adolescent program. The Care Coordinator works in a variety of settings throughout the week, including onsite at the facility and other community activities.
