Position Summary    

The Loan Agency Assignments & Intake Team Operations Analyst I works in SRSA’s Loan Agency department and administers Loan Agency transactions, which may include setting up new loans, calculating payments, setting rates, answering inquiries, and performing other related tasks. Serve as a contact for clients, lenders, and both internal and external service partners. Manage daily administration of assigned tasks in a fast-paced setting, requiring exceptional customer service skills and a constant awareness of internal controls and risk management.

Location: This is a hybrid position based in our Denver, CO, or Minneapolis, MN office.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is between $28.84 and $33.65 ($60k - $70k), depending on level of experience.

Primary Responsibilities    

• Review and process assignments in compliance with loan documents to ensure assignments are processed timely and accurately.
• Solicit, track, and process lender Administrative Details and Tax Forms.
• Review wire instructions in the Loan System and perform callbacks to parties to verbally confirm wire instructions.
• Complete all audit confirmations.
• Respond to inquiries regarding assignments and document intake.
• Provide support to internal and external users for SRS Acquiom platforms.
• Comprehend internal processes and procedures while maintaining internal controls.

Position Summary    

The Loan Agency Business Development Associate Director is responsible for defining and implementing a growth strategy for the loan agency product within their respective territory or business vertical.  As a member of the Business Development team, he or she is responsible for their success and meaningfully contributing to the success of the entire team. The Associate Director will work collaboratively with peers and the Regional Managing Director, Loan Agency to achieve annual goals and build relationships to sustain long-term sales growth.  

This person will deeply understand our customers’ needs, effectively work with other members of the business development team and the relationship management team to cultivate relationships, deliver extraordinary value, and effectively communicate our value proposition. The successful candidate will also be responsible for growing and nurturing the company's brand to ensure SRS Acquiom has an ongoing and widespread reputation for exceptional quality and integrity. 

Location: This position is fully remote within the United Kingdom.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between £75k and £90k, depending on experience level.

Primary Responsibilities    

• Support the sales strategy for loan agency and the implementation within their respective territory or business vertical. Successfully drive value-based sales and business development strategy & execution.
• Assist in setting sales goals and budgets for the Loan Agency BD team.
• Support the creation of a team environment within the BD team, as well as the relationship management team for the Loan Agency Product.
• Responsibility of cross-selling other SRSA products when out in the marketplace.
• Develop deep relationships with new clients, partners, and influencers while deepening current relationships.
• Optimize pricing to maximize revenue in line with business and profitability objectives.
• Work with Marketing to monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback and insight to the Regional Managing Director, the Loan Agency, and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
• This role will require significant travel for in-person meetings with customers, partners, and to develop key relationships.

 Required Qualifications & Skills  

• 2+ years of related sales experience, preferably within professional services or the financial services industry.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.

• Maintain a working knowledge of all transactions and deal-related documents for assigned accounts. 
• Responsible for the administration of assigned accounts in accordance with the terms of the related documents. This includes all payments, notices, compliance deliverables, and other duties assigned in the documents. 
• Research and resolve issues related to administration and client service in connection with assigned accounts. 
• Review, comment, and negotiate transaction agreements for assigned accounts. 
• Work with clients, attorneys, financial advisors, lenders, service providers - both internal and external - to structure and close assigned transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
