This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. Position Summary

Position Summary
We are looking for a Relationship Associate - Taxes, Mergers & Acquisitions in our Shareholder Advisory group who can help facilitate a variety of post-closing Merger and Acquisition (M&A) tax obligations and issues. As a Relationship Associate - Taxes, Mergers & Acquisitions you will be a direct liaison between key buyer and seller stakeholders regarding tax matters and obligations under merger and purchase agreements. The Payments Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payments and related financial activities. Position Summary
SRS Acquiom is currently recruiting for a Client Services Liaison. This position requires an individual who can work independently and effectively as part of a team. This person will possess the experience and knowledge necessary to balance shareholder requests and questions via calls and emails, as well as manage ad hoc operational tasks in a fast-paced, highly professional, and client-facing environment.
The ideal candidate is able to communicate professionally and effectively with a broad range of clients, including major shareholders and VIPs, as well as individual shareholders who may not be familiar with the complexities of the post-closing process.
This position requires fielding complex analytical questions across all our business lines and being able to effectively and professionally communicate and document findings in our internal database. This position requires an internally motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a deep curiosity. The person in this role is required to have excellent oral and written communication, analysis, and documentation skills.
Location: Fully remote within the Continental United States
Pay Range: $27.40 - $28.85, depending on experience
Schedule: In order to manage phone coverage, you must be available to work the following shift 8:30am MST to 5:30pm MST

Position Summary
The Loan Agency Relationship Management Associate Director works in SRSA’s Loan Agency department and manages client relationships and the daily administration of assigned Loan Agency accounts. Serves as the main point of contact with the borrower, lenders, professionals, and other internal and external service partners. Manages daily administration of assigned transactions, including the delivery of exceptional service to all parties and ensuring all internal controls are met.
Location: This is either a hybrid position based in our Denver or Minneapolis office or a fully remote position within the Continental United States.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $90k and $100k, depending on experience level.

Position Summary
This role is responsible for the dissemination of confidential, legally required information, making certain that information is relayed timely and accurately, and is distributed according to individual deal guidelines to ensure certain information is only shared with those privy to it. The review of completed packets for compliance with deal requirements and ultimately the release of equity consideration to shareholders. The purpose of this position is to assist our external clients with soliciting the entire security holder base for a proposed transaction, including the required deal disclosures and consents, leading up to the eventual closing and payout of M&A transactions.
