Position Summary    

We are growing fast and need an insightful Business Analyst to join our team. You will work as part of a self-managed team to drive business results for Product Owners and stakeholders. Your main tasks will include performing detailed business analysis, troubleshooting production issues, documenting processes, managing data integrity, and performing user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should be naturally analytical, be an effective team player, and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. This position reports to the Director, Operations Business Analytics.

Location: This is either a fully remote role in the continental U.S., or a hybrid position based in our Denver, CO office.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $75k and $82k, depending on experience level.

Primary Responsibilities    

• Create and monitor NetSuite system alerts to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Conduct user acceptance testing for new features and system enhancements in NetSuite as well as our various custom-built platforms.
• Gather and document business requirements from cross-functional stakeholders
• Create and maintain documentation of business process flows and procedures
• Submit requests for system enhancements
• Prepare quarterly operational statistics and performance metrics
• Respond to stakeholder inquiries and perform basic troubleshooting for system issues and bugs
• Apply knowledge of M&A Operations team functions, systems, and processes to support business needs.
• Develop, produce, and maintain department metrics for internal and external reporting
• Manage and maintain the Business Analytics knowledge repository
• Build and maintain AI agents to improve operational efficiency and support business processes
• Other duties as assigned

 Required Qualifications & Skills  

• A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, an MBA, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• 2 years of applicable operations experience and/or business analysis experience
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
• Excellent documentation skills
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations
• Competency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• A track record of following through on commitments

Desired Characteristics    

• Prior experience in payment processing, banking operations, or financial transactions
• Exposure to the mergers and acquisitions (M&A) industry or related financial services

Position Summary    

The Payments Compliance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payments and related financial activities. This position requires strong attention to detail, diligence towards risk mitigation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The purpose of this position is to evaluate fraud concerns and collect the appropriate documentation to clear false positive exceptions and mitigate risk. This position also works heavily with individual transactions and corresponds regularly with bank contacts. Aptitude for reconciliation and reporting is also crucial to be successful in this role.

Location: This is either a hybrid position based in our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position within the Continental United States.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $65k and $75k, depending on experience level.

Primary Responsibilities    

• Interact with security holders via email and phone to resolve user/account validation flags
• Diligently evaluate exception materials to resolve user/account validation flags and fraud concerns
• Prepare and send reports to bank partners for security holders who choose to split payments while completing Clearinghouse
• Complete daily bank reconciliation reports and identify remedies for exception items
• Prepare monthly internal account reconciliation reports and complete the fee sweeping process for wire and check fees charged during the previous month
• Act as the point of contact between internal and external customers and banking partners for questions related to delayed outgoing and incoming funds
• Work with internal teams to process transfers of interest in a timely manner
• Take ownership of individual transactions and act as the go-to for questions from security holders and co-workers alike
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience, reduce operational risk, and improve efficiency
• Maintain and support a flexible schedule based on the speed of the deal and the needs of the client, which may include evening or weekend hours where needed

 Required Qualifications & Skills  

•  Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or 2-5 years of related business experience in operations or production services, preferably in the financial services industry
•  Knowledge of handling discrepancies and resolving variances related to bank reconciliation items

Position Summary    

The Manager, Client Services role oversees the daily workflows and processes that occur within the Client Services team by spearheading daily processes, providing accurate information to shareholders, Virtual Data Room Users, and client service team members, and providing exceptional service to our clients. 

This position requires someone with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure all client communications are accurate.

Primary Responsibilities    

• Assist in building out the European Client Service team structure and coverage for M&A and VDR, including hiring and training the first Client Service Liaison team members in Europe. This includes complete reporting and tracking of Client Services Statistics. 
• Take both Merger & Acquisition (M&A) as well as Virtual Data Room (VDR) phone calls and emails. 
• Effectively handle and diffuse escalated issues. 
• Knowledge of company structure to ensure proper internal escalations. 
• Manage escalations from Client Support Liaisons. 
• Manage daily department functions and recommend ways to improve the existing processes, eliminate stop gaps and improve accuracy that include a partnership with the Senior Director of Client Services.
• Document and website technical troubleshooting and problem resolution steps for common issues.
• Build and maintain rapport within and between teams that work directly with Client Support. This includes, but is not limited to, Compliance, Claims, Releases, Imports, Relationship Managers and Associates, Professional Services Group, and Business Analyst teams.
• Maintain department training materials, Knowledge Bank, such that all Support Liaisons have a resource available to them on a regular basis.
• Interpret complex Excel spreadsheets and guidelines for accurate responses to shareholder questions.
• Implement written and verbal performance reviews, motivating and rewarding those members who seek ways to improve current procedures, directing team members’ skill and career development, coaching for performance issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Effective management of direct reports including coaching, case reviews, corrections, audits and consistent one on ones with direct reports.
• Coordinating team schedule(s) and approving time off, timecards, and team expenses. 

 Required Qualifications & Skills  

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required and 5 -7 years of customer service experience in Financial Technology or Financial Services, which must include at least 1 year of experience as a direct supervisor/manager; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 
• 3 years of operational management experience, including direct supervisory oversight, is preferred. 
• Previous experience managing multiple tasks that require a high level of attention to detail in a busy office environment. 
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience using and training staff to use sophisticated CRM systems, such as NetSuite.
• Firm understanding of Web & Cloud Applications
• Experience in troubleshooting software issues directly with clients
• Verbal and written fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Dutch, German, Spanish, or other languages is a plus.

Position Summary    

This role is responsible for the dissemination of confidential, legally required information, making certain that information is relayed timely and accurately, and is distributed according to individual deal guidelines to ensure certain information is only shared with those privy to it. The review of completed packets for compliance with deal requirements and ultimately the release of equity consideration to shareholders. The purpose of this position is to assist our external clients with soliciting the entire security holder base for a proposed transaction, including the required deal disclosures and consents, leading up to the eventual closing and payout of M&A transactions.  This role reports to the Fulfillment Managers

Location: This position is fully remote within the Continental United States.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $65k and $73k, depending on experience level.

Primary Responsibilities    

• Interpret capitalization tables and write data import instructions
• Read and carry out the steps provided in the instruction letters for the release of escrow funds
• Formulate the appropriate processing methods according to the type of deal or request
• Interpret legal deal documents and build online document templates for use during the solicitation process so security holders can complete required data accurately and easily
• Interface with other departments, specifically the Relationship and Imports teams, to ensure delivery of expected outcome by outside clients within the SLA
• Send mass solicitation announcements to security holders
• Create status reports and use SQL to extract data from JSON objects
• Reconcile each individual deal prior to payment or when any change occurs after the deal begins funding
• Book deposits and prepare daily reconciliation of omnibus accounts for approval by management
• Self-manage personal pipeline for in-progress transactions and report on statuses daily
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience, exceed SLAs, and improve efficiency

 Required Qualifications & Skills  

• Strong project management, detail-oriented, discretion, and excellent communication skills will be essential in this role, as confidential, sensitive communications are broadly distributed to sophisticated investors
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical to ensure that communication is not misinterpreted.
• Should be able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, be able to handle multiple transactions at one time, and should have the ability to work both as a teammate within the operations group and with a high level of autonomy on individual projects
• 2-5 years of related business experience in operations or production services, preferably in the financial services industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
