Babylist is the leading registry, e-commerce, and content platform for growing families. More than 9 million people shop with Babylist every year, making it the go-to destination for seamless purchasing, trusted guidance, and expert product recommendations for new parents and the people who love them. What began as a universal registry has grown into a full ecosystem for new parents, including the Babylist Shop, Babylist Health, and a flagship showroom in Los Angeles. Hundreds of brands in baby and beyond partner with Babylist to engage meaningfully with families during one of life’s most important transitions. With over $1 billion in annual GMV, and more than $500 million in 2024 revenue, Babylist is reshaping the $320 billion baby product industry. We’re helping parents feel confident, connected, and cared for at every step. As we build the generational brand in baby, our mission remains simple: to connect growing families with everything they need to thrive. To learn more, visit www.babylist.com.
Our Ways of Working
Babylist is remote-first with team members across the U.S. and Canada who move fast, think smart, and use AI as part of how they work every day — not as an experiment, as an expectation. We come together twice a year to build the relationships behind the work, and we hire people who are genuinely excited about what's possible and prove it through how they show up.
What the Role Is
Registry is the heart of Babylist – and the primary way in which we help growing families feel prepared and confident during one of the most consequential transitions of their lives. It is also the acquisition and commercial engine that powers the rest of our business.
We're hiring a leader to own it.
This role is the durable commercial and product owner for the Registry experiences. You are accountable for the strategy, vision, KPIs, and quality bar. You take bold bets, knowing how to push past safe incrementalism on a mature surface and make the case for step-function moves — and you know how to sequence them so the team isn't betting the business on any one, prioritizing speed to learning. You are the steady advocate for what's right for the customer and what will compound for the next decade. You are the person the rest of the company looks to when a question about Registry has to get answered.
You are also an AI-enabled builder.
This is a dual job. Own Registry the way the best product leader would: deeply, commercially, with a high bar and a strong point of view. And help Babylist make the transition into AI-native product development. We are looking for someone who is energized by both halves — and probably frustrated by jobs that only let them do one.
This role reports to the VP of Consumer Product, and is an important member of the cross-functional Consumer Tech Leadership team. You will lead a team of 3–4 Product Managers, as a player-coach, and partner closely with stakeholders across the entire organization.
Who You Are
You are a demonstrated company-level product leader with a track record of owning a complex consumer products end-to-end. You have held Principal/Director, Sr. Director PM or VP roles. You have done the work at meaningful scale and have the scar tissue to prove it.
You bring:
If you want to own a meaningful slice of a generational consumer brand, ship work that millions of families will use, and build with conviction at a company where speed and responsibility are not in tension but are the whole point — we would love to hear from you.
How You Will Make An Impact
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
USD $252,735 to $303,282
CAD $343,800 to $429,800
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human
Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence.
This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk.
Staff Security Infrastructure Engineer, Red Team
Within the Product Security team, our Red Team delivers robust security assurance for Okta's products, services, and infrastructure. You will be the team's dedicated infrastructure and tooling engineer, the first person in this role for a small team of operators. You will work alongside operators but not report through an operator chain; you'll collaborate as a peer focused on a different discipline.
We seek a Staff Security Infrastructure Engineer to own the engineering backbone that enables our operations. This is not a traditional operator role but a dedicated infrastructure, tooling, and automation engineering position embedded within the Red Team. You will design, build, maintain, and continuously improve the platforms, infrastructure, and custom tooling that our operators depend on to execute engagements.
Your work directly enables the team to operate at a higher maturity level: faster infrastructure deployment, more resilient and OPSEC-aware architecture, automated workflows, and reliable custom tooling, freeing operators to focus on the mission. Your role will also extend to cultivating stakeholder collaboration and elevating our company’s security posture through strategic engagement and proactive measures. As the team matures, this role can evolve toward platform leadership, custom capability development, or a hybrid operator/engineer path.
Required
Strongly Preferred
Nice to Have
Note: This is not an operator role. You will not be the person running hands-on-keyboard engagements as your primary function. While you may participate in operations to understand requirements or provide support, your core mission is ensuring the team's infrastructure, workflows, tooling, and automation are reliable, repeatable, and mature. You are the engineering foundation the operators build on.

Visier is the global leader in Workforce Intelligence that powers every people decision. We bring Workforce AI to life for HR departments through our award-winning, agentic AI technology by surfacing the insights leaders need to plan, decide, and act with confidence in the moments that matter most. As the market leader in people analytics, workforce planning, organizational design, and manager effectiveness solutions, we fuel smarter decision-making for organizations across the globe. Our mission is to help businesses lead with insight at scale as they continuously transform.
Founded in 2010 by the pioneers of business intelligence, we have over 85,000 customers in 75 countries—including enterprises like BASF, Panasonic, Domino’s Pizza, Experian, Amgen, eBay, and Ford Motor Company.
The Moment We're In
Visier is at an inflection point. We have a category-leading product, a global customer base, and a growth trajectory that creates real opportunities to accelerate through acquisition. We are building a corporate development function that can identify, evaluate, and execute against those opportunities - and we are looking for the person who will do that work.
This is not a role that was created to have a role. There is a concrete mandate: find the right acquisition targets, build the analytical case, run a rigorous process, and help close deals that make Visier stronger. The work is real, the stakes are real, and the CFO you will work with has both the experience and the appetite to move.
What You'll Do
Build and own the acquisition pipeline. You will define the market map, identify target companies, develop relationships with founders and advisors, and work with external bankers to ensure we are seeing the right opportunities at the right time. You are not waiting for deals to come to you - you are building the system that surfaces them.
Do the financial work. You will build the models - DCF, comparables, precedent transactions, accretion/dilution, scenario analysis. You will stress-test assumptions, pressure-test valuations, and translate complex financial analysis into clear, defensible conclusions. The quality of the analysis is your responsibility.
Run diligence. You will coordinate end-to-end due diligence across financial, commercial, legal, and technical workstreams. You know what you're looking for, you know what a red flag looks like, and you know how to keep a process moving without cutting corners.
Prepare materials that drive decisions. You will write investment memos, opportunity assessments, and deal summaries for the CFO, CEO, and board. The materials you produce need to be clear, rigorous, and opinionated - not a data dump, but a point of view.
Support execution through close. You will be embedded in deal negotiation and transaction execution, working alongside legal, finance, and external advisors to get transactions across the line. You will also support integration planning so that what we buy actually delivers what the model said it would.
Track the market. You will stay close to the competitive landscape, M&A activity, and valuation dynamics in the workforce analytics and HR technology space so that Visier is always operating with current intelligence.
Who You Are
You came up through a deal environment. Whether that was investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or in-house corporate development, you have spent meaningful time executing real transactions - not advising on them from a distance, not doing research in support of someone else’s process, but actually in the work. You know what it feels like when a deal is moving well and when it isn’t.
You are analytically rigorous and intellectually honest. You build models that hold up, you find the issues in someone else’s model before they become problems, and you have the confidence to say when the numbers don’t support the thesis - even when people want them to. You are skeptical of received wisdom and comfortable defending a view.
You operate with ownership. You do not wait to be directed. You figure out what needs to happen next and you make it happen. You are comfortable with ambiguity, you manage your own workload without hand-holding, and when something falls through the cracks, you treat that as your failure to fix, not someone else’s.
You communicate clearly and work well with senior people. You write well. You present crisply. You can hold a conversation with a CFO, a CEO, or a founder without losing credibility - not because you perform confidence, but because you actually know what you’re talking about.
You are here to do the work, not to be seen doing it. We are a data-driven, substance-first organization. The right candidate is drawn to this role because of the quality of the mandate and the caliber of the people they will work with - not because it offers a platform or a title.
What We're Looking For
A Note on Fit
Visier is a cerebral, substance-first organization. We value intellectual rigor, directness, and the kind of confidence that doesn’t need to announce itself. We are a company that sells workforce intelligence - we hold our own people decisions to the same standard as the product.
This role will suit someone who wants to do genuinely hard, consequential work - someone who finds the analytical and commercial complexity of M&A intrinsically interesting, not just professionally useful. If you are looking for a high-visibility platform or a stepping stone to something more senior, this is probably not the right fit. If you are looking for a place where the quality of your thinking will matter more than your title, it might be exactly right.
Visier is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
🌱 Most importantly, you share our values…
🚀 How we work & what we offer...
Benefits and working arrangements may vary depending on your seniority, location and employment type. The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. Many of our positions are eligible for additional types of compensation (e.g., commission plans, bonus, etc.) which our Talent Acquisition team will share with you if you interview for the role.

As a Contract Sourcer at GitLab, you'll help build strong candidate pipelines for our sales team
in the AMER region in a fully remote, distributed company. You'll focus on finding and engaging
passive talent for sales roles, while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and
business leaders to understand hiring needs and local market dynamics. This is a highly
outbound role where your research, outreach, and judgment will directly influence hiring
outcomes. You'll also help strengthen sourcing practices by mapping talent markets, building
pipelines, and improving how we identify and connect with great candidates in a values-driven
environment.
● Source and engage passive candidates for sales roles across the AMER region using
LinkedIn, online research, events, and other outbound channels.
● Build representative candidate pipelines with meaningful focus on identifying talent from
a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
● Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, business
priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
● Map talent markets and gather intelligence on competitors, locations, and candidate
pools to inform sourcing strategies.
● Assess candidate alignment for specific roles, teams, and GitLab's values, and share
clear recommendations with recruiting partners.
● Screen and qualify candidates, building and maintaining talent benches across multiple
countries in the AMER region to ensure strong pipeline depth and readiness for evolving
business needs.
● Deliver a strong candidate experience through thoughtful outreach, timely
communication, and professional relationship building.
● Continuously improve sourcing workflows, outreach approaches, and research methods
to increase efficiency and quality.
● Maintain accurate activity and candidate data in applicant tracking and recruiting
systems, and stay open to learning new tools and processes.
● Relevant experience in recruiting and/or sourcing, including direct experience sourcing
passive candidates in a fully outbound environment.
● Experience sourcing for Account Executive and other sales roles, ideally within the
software industry.
● Strong research skills and the ability to identify, map, and engage talent across
competitive regional and global markets.
● Experience working directly with recruiters and hiring managers to align on hiring needs
and adjust sourcing strategies as priorities change.
● Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams,
candidates, and time zones.
● Strong organization skills and comfort managing multiple searches, deadlines, and
competing priorities.
● Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools. Experience with
Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter is ideal.
● Comfort working remotely in an asynchronous environment, along with willingness to
learn and use tools such as GitLab.
The Talent Acquisition team at GitLab helps the company grow by finding people who can
contribute to our mission and thrive in our all-remote environment. Within that group, sourcing
plays a key role in reaching talent that may not be actively applying, especially in competitive
markets and business-critical functions. You'll work with teammates who care deeply about
candidate experience, thoughtful partnership, and inclusive hiring practices. The team values
clear communication, strong market insight, and steady iteration in how we work. This role is
especially important as GitLab continues to grow go-to-market teams in AMER, where strong
regional knowledge and effective collaboration across time zones can help teams hire with more
focus and confidence.
Please note that we welcome interest from candidates with varying levels of experience; many successful candidates do not meet every single requirement. Additionally, studies have shown that people from underrepresented groups are less likely to apply to a job unless they meet every single qualification. Practice Better is an all-in-one platform helping health and wellness practitioners run their businesses, care for their clients, and scale their impact. Founded by practitioners in 2016, we’re now the leading EHR and practice management platform in the wellness industry, trusted by tens of thousands of practitioners across 70+ countries.
In 2023, we expanded our whole-practice care offering through the acquisition of That Clean Life, bringing nutrition planning into our platform.
We’re a remote-first team headquartered in Toronto, made up of curious, driven, and empathetic people building tools that help practitioners create sustainable, independent practices; and do the most meaningful work of their careers. While most of our work happens remotely, we come together regularly for off-sites and team events to stay connected and build together.
We've become aware of fraudulent messages impersonating Practice Better's recruitment team.
Please note:
If something feels off, trust your instincts. Verify any suspicious outreach by contacting us directly at careers@practicebetter.io before taking any action.
Thank you for helping us keep our hiring process safe and transparent.

You’ll play a critical role in crafting tech-touch experiences and digital motions that are not only scalable but genuinely valued by customers—ensuring they feel informed, supported, and engaged at every stage.
You will lead a lean but high-leverage Customer Success team (starting with four direct reports) and oversee the following key areas:

At Practice Better, we believe in pay transparency, equity, and fairness. We benchmark compensation against similar-stage, high-growth SaaS companies in both Canada and the United States and review our salary bands regularly to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
Each role has a defined pay range based on its level, scope, and geographic location. Final offers are determined by several factors, including experience, demonstrated skills, and location, to ensure consistency and equity across our team.

Our remote-first model gives you autonomy and flexibility, with optional access to our downtown Toronto office for in-person collaboration. We also host regular off-sites and team gatherings across North America, because connection, creativity, and shared moments matter.

GitLab is the intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps. GitLab enables organizations to increase developer productivity, improve operational efficiency, reduce security and compliance risk, and accelerate digital transformation. More than 50 million registered users and more than 50% of the Fortune 100* trust GitLab to ship better, more secure software faster.

GitLab is where careers accelerate, innovation flourishes, and every voice is valued. Our high-performance culture is driven by our values and continuous knowledge exchange, enabling our team members to reach their full potential while collaborating with industry leaders to solve complex problems. GitLab is looking for a Product Design Manager to join the Plan & Analytics stage. As a design leader, you own the delivery of UX commitments, are always looking to improve productivity, and are responsible for the user experience in the product. While you are credible as a designer and know the details of what product designers work on, your time is spent hiring a world-class team and putting them in the best position to succeed.
This is an incredibly exciting time to join the Plan & Analytics stages - Working in GitLab's Plan space sits at the most human and strategic layer of the software development lifecycle — where ideas, priorities, and intentions are formed — making it the perfect frontier to explore how AI can augment not just execution, but thinking itself. As AI accelerates the speed at which code is written and shipped, the Plan space becomes even more critical, because the bottleneck is rapidly shifting from "how fast can we build?" to "how clearly can we define what to build and why?" This creates a rare opportunity to reimagine how teams collaborate, how requirements evolve, and how AI can transform a traditionally manual, document-heavy process into a dynamic, intelligent system that connects strategy directly to delivery.
You'll be working closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams to execute on the product roadmap and priorities.
