THE ROLE
Remote– Calgary, AB
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 + Commission & Bonus
As a Sales Representative at Localcoin, you will acquire prime retail space for the placement of our Bitcoin Kiosks and other products. You will work directly with our current franchise partners as well as develop new retail partnerships across Canada. We are looking for an ambitious, target driven Regional Sales Representative to join our growing Sales team and support our expansion throughout Canada.
This position will be remote based out of Calgary, AB. Frequent travel is required (Canada and International) and hours may be adjusted from time to time to cover different time zones.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Acquire prime retail space for our Bitcoin Kiosks in independent and franchise retail locations across Canada
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for placement of products by coordinating with retailers, operations and marketing team
- Collaborate with the executive team for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy through leading market research
- Lead generation through cold calling, field visits, and outreach to current partners
- Travel to client sites to conduct in person meetings which includes; client pitches, negotiations and contract closures
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with independent retailers and franchise chains across Canada
- Educate prospective clients on the benefits of Localcoin product/services within retail locations
- Strive to achieve monthly sales targets and KPI’s
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent in English (French an asset)
- Minimum 1-3 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling into retail locations (asset)
- Experience with Microsoft office suite (Word, Power point, Excel)
- The ability to operate in an entrepreneurial high-growth culture
- A proven record of achieving/exceeding quarterly targets in field sales or account acquisition
- Strong ability to prospect, pitch, and close new location partnerships
- Strong and demonstrated interest/knowledge in the cryptocurrency market
- Have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- Demonstrated success in territory management and cold outreach (in-person + phone/email)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and pipeline tracking
- Ability to negotiate placement agreements and manage partner relationships

THE ROLE
Localcoin is building the future of digital currency, operating the largest cryptocurrency kiosk network in Australia. We take pride in delivering high-quality support to our customers and are committed to building a truly customer-focused organization. To support this mission, we’re looking for an entrepreneurial, self-starting marketer who’s passionate about bringing our vision to life.
We’re hiring someone on the ground in Australia to own and execute local marketing initiatives. This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week based at our Kingsgrove office. It’s a hands-on, execution-driven position with a focus on:
- Customer acquisition (50%)
- Retailer expansion (13%)
- Brand trust — including scam awareness and PR (25%)
- Quality assurance — including marketing audits and systems (12%)
You’ll serve as the bridge between global strategy and local execution, adapting and implementing initiatives for the Australian market. Experience in in-store marketing is a strong asset, and the role reports directly to the Director of Marketing.
Customer Acquisition & Local Growth
- Execute localized initiatives to improve transaction volume.
- Improve rankings for high-intent searches (e.g., “Bitcoin ATM”).
- Identify and fix gaps across directories, maps, and third-party platforms.
- Launch hyper-local campaigns to drive foot traffic.
Retailer Acquisition & Retention Marketing
- Execute outbound and inbound initiatives targeting retail partners (convenience stores, gas stations, etc.)
- Collaborate with the global team on projects such as new store launches, product launches in-store promotions, and key initiatives.
- Improve visibility and credibility of Localcoin as a retail partner.
- Work closely with BD/sales to improve conversion of leads to signed locations.
PR & Scam Awareness
- Execute local campaigns focused on scam prevention and education.
- Build relationships with community groups, forums, and local organizations.
- Support PR efforts to position Localcoin as a trusted and responsible operator.
Campaign Execution
- Execute organic campaigns localized for Australia.
- Adapt global campaigns to fit local market realities.
- Assist in managing customer retention programs across Australia.

THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with deep AWS expertise, multi-account architecture experience, and strong leadership capability. This role owns our cloud infrastructure strategy, CI/CD systems, security posture, observability stack, and infrastructure governance across production and regulated environments.
This is a hands-on technical role with a strong emphasis on execution (80%), complemented by mentoring, coaching, and knowledge transfer (20%) to other team members. The role is responsible for designing and delivering resilient systems that meet SLAs while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
This position will be based out of our Etobicoke, ON office, with an expectation of working in-office two days per week.

Cloud Architecture & Multi-Account Strategy
- Design and manage AWS Organizations across multiple accounts

- Implement expert-level IAM governance (least privilege, Verified Permissions, SSO)

- Lead advanced Terraform implementations across multi-account environments

THE ROLE

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, live online chats, emails and text conversations with new and existing customers. You will be responsible for delivering Localcoin’s commitment to exceptional customer advising, coaching, and overall support in English and French.
Reporting directly to our Global Customer Support Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Customer Support team and as a liaison between multiple departments, including marketing, sales, operations, and product to ensure the Localcoin customer voice is heard.
This position will be based out of our office in Etobicoke, ON, and will have a hybrid work schedule of 2 days per week.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Provide high-quality customer support while following company support protocols and processes
- Guide and process customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate with customers via phone, SMS, email, and online chat

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations - this role is responsible for end-to-end operations of the ATM network, spanning new installations, ongoing machine performance, and vendor management. You will coordinate deployments, oversee service partners, and act as the central point of contact for retailers and internal teams. Beyond field execution, the role focuses on maintaining uptime across existing machines—managing support tickets, analyzing performance, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvements. It combines hands-on coordination with analytical problem-solving to ensure a reliable and efficient ATM network
The role is based out of our Etobicoke, ON office and follows a hybrid work model of four days in-office per week.
Salary Range: $50,000 - 70,000
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Coordinate ATM installations nationwide, including scheduling, partner alignment, and execution.
- Own the lifecycle of deployed machines—track performance, maintenance needs, upgrades, and relocations.
- Manage vendor relationships end-to-end: onboarding, scheduling, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Create and manage service tickets for installations, maintenance, and incidents; ensure timely closure and accurate records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for retailers and service partners, providing updates on installs, maintenance, and ongoing support.
- Review and approve vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, cost control, and policy compliance.
- Monitor field service SLAs and vendor KPIs, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales & Account Management, Warehouse, Marketing) to support deployments, in-store branding and ongoing operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce downtime, and enhance service quality.
- Support inventory planning and logistics coordination related to machine deployments and replacements.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets and escalations that come through the service desk
- Conduct adhoc analysis on performance of BATM network to find suitable solutions for improving uptime of machines
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve operational issues on our ATMs and report on the hypothesis of recurring operational issues to internal stakeholders
- Perform additional related duties as required to support the operations team.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, field service coordination, or vendor management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows (installs, maintenance, vendors, etc.) simultaneously.
- Experience working with external vendors or service providers is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and resolve issues proactively.

THE ROLE
Hybrid – Etobicoke, ON | Minimum 2 days in-office
Salary Range: $50,000 - $85,000
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive accounting professional who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
As a Corporate Accountant, you will support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple legal entities and currencies. You will work closely with members of the Finance team to help ensure accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, and timely period-end closings. This is a hands-on role that provides exposure to audits and cross-functional initiatives, making it well suited for someone looking to further develop their technical accounting skills and grow within a fast-paced fintech environment.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Support full-cycle accounting activities for assigned entities, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and assisting with month-end close
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and assist in investigating discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and Cash-in-Transit (CIT) partners
- Review, monitor, and help report on high-volume crypto and cash transactions using internal systems and tools
- Manage Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and responding to vendor inquiries
- Process banking, crypto, and other financial transactions for review and approval by senior finance team members
- Maintain accurate general ledger records by preparing reconciliations and ensuring appropriate supporting documentation is in place
- Prepare schedules, working papers, and basic analysis to support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, audits, and special projects
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close procedures to help ensure deadlines and accuracy requirements are met
- Apply established accounting policies related to revenue, cost of sales, inventory, fixed assets, loans, and other key areas under ASPE and IFRS, escalating issues as needed
- Support compliance with local, provincial, and federal reporting, licensing, and tax requirements under the guidance of senior team members
- Assist during external and statutory audits by gathering documentation and responding to audit requests
- Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and ad-hoc analysis as the business continues to grow

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills, including – VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, etc.
- Experience working in a multi-entity environment
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Background in fintech, tech, or high-growth startup environments
- Hands-on experience with cryptocurrency transactions or digital assets
- Experience with multi-currency accounting
- Google Workspace proficiency
