The Opportunity
We are building an AI-native, national healthcare network. As we scale through acquisitions, partnerships, and launch new markets, the complexity of our financial operations is increasing rapidly. This role sits at the center of that complexity: building the accounting infrastructure and systems that allow the business to scale with confidence.
This is not a traditional Controller role. This role reports to the CFO and is the senior most accounting position in the company. You will be responsible for stitching together a fragmented set of entities, revenue models, and workflows into a unified, high-quality financial system. You will partner deeply with operational and finance leaders across the organization to ensure our books reflect how the business actually runs—and enable faster, better decision-making.

Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager of Global Commercial Compliance to join our Global Commercial Compliance department, reporting to the Director of Technology Compliance. This is a remote or hybrid role if based in San Jose, California. You will lead and scale our global commercial compliance program across international, public sector, privacy, and AI-related assurance frameworks. In this role, you will drive strategy and operational execution for key customer and regulator-facing commitments, ensuring a strong, audit-ready posture across multiple global standards.

Own and evolve the global commercial compliance strategy across international and public sector assurance programs to align with customer and regulatory expectations
Build scalable compliance programs that unify requirements across frameworks like ISO, SOC, and PCI, incorporating privacy-by-design and AI governance
Lead internal audit activities and end-to-end external assessments while serving as the primary liaison to third-party certification bodies

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
7–10+ years of progressive experience in compliance, assurance, audit, or risk management, including leadership of global programs
Working knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOC 2, PCI DSS, C5, and IRAP with the ability to support AI governance concepts
Proven ability to manage audits end-to-end, including evidence strategy, control testing, and stakeholder coordination
Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments

Role Overview

As our first dedicated Quality Manager, you will build and own our Quality Management System (QMS) from the ground up, lead us through ISO 9001 certification, and embed quality processes into the way we design, build, and deliver products.

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to serve as Director, Information Sciences Governance, Risk & Compliance (IS GRC), reporting directly to the VP, IS Security, Risk, and Compliance. This person will be responsible for leading and maturing the IS GRC program, ensuring that IS governance processes, technology risk management practices, third-party risk management, and compliance activities effectively support business objectives and protect the organization.
As a key leader within Information Sciences, this individual will partner closely with Security, Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, Data & Analytics, Legal, Privacy, Quality, Finance, HR, Procurement, and other cross-functional stakeholders to establish a scalable and pragmatic IS GRC framework. They will help the organization navigate a dynamic regulatory, technology, and business environment by strengthening controls, driving compliance readiness, improving risk visibility, managing third-party risk, and enabling informed decision-making across IS.

Working with the Cybersecurity Analyst, you will:
• Help review security alerts that come in each day. You will read them, decide what they are, and write down what you did about them.
• Help set up, fine tune, and improve the way our security tools are configured. These tools include Zscaler, CrowdStrike, ThreatLocker, Darktrace, and AlienVault. You will work with your lead to adjust settings, clean up noisy alerts, and make sure each tool is doing its job well.
• Help keep our security event logs up to date, so we have a clear record of what happened and how it was handled.
• Pull sample logs from our security tools and organize them, so we can show an auditor that we are watching the right things.
• Help keep track of the reports we get from our outside security partner, making sure they arrive on time and get filed in the right place.
• Help upload reports and updates into the software we use to track our compliance work.
• Work on one bigger summer project that you own from start to finish. You will pick this with your lead in the first week. Some examples: a report on gaps in our logging, a refreshed incident response guide, or a simple dashboard.
• How a information security team runs its day to day work when the company has to pass a security audit.
• How the things we do every day (looking at alerts, writing things down, storing logs) turn into the proof an auditor wants to see.
• Hands on use of real security tools that protect computers, networks, web traffic, software, and user accounts. You will get real practice setting up and improving tools like Zscaler, CrowdStrike, ThreatLocker, Darktrace, and AlienVault.
• How to write clearly about technical problems so that people who are not technical can still understand you.
• How the different people on a informaiton security team work together: the InfoSec Head, the analyst, the engineer, the compliance manager, and our outside security partners.
• You are a current undergrad in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, information systems, or a similar major. You will be a rising junior or rising senior this coming fall.
• You plan to graduate between December 2026 and June 2027.
• You have taken classes or taught yourself at least two of these: networking, how operating systems work, how user accounts and passwords are managed, how to respond to security incidents, or how to watch for security problems.
• You are comfortable reading logs and working with data in a spreadsheet. You know what a basic script is, even if you have not written many.
• You write clearly. You will be writing notes and reports that other people rely on.
• You are organized, you pay attention to details, and you are willing to ask questions when something is unclear.
• You are allowed to work in the United States for the full length of the internship without needing us to sponsor a visa.
• You are working toward a beginner certification like CompTIA Security Plus or Network Plus.
• You have played with security tools on your own, in a home lab, in a school club, or in a capture the flag competition.
• You have used or read about any of these tools: Zscaler, CrowdStrike, ThreatLocker, Darktrace, AlienVault, Okta, or Vanta.

Position Summary
The Manager/Senior Manager of Clinical GCP Quality will be responsible for evaluating and mitigating risk of the global clinical development programs, from initiation through completion of clinical trials, with inspection readiness in mind throughout. The ideal candidate will advise on company clinical quality strategy, ensure compliance to regulations, oversee quality management systems and interact directly with cross functional clinical, regulatory and quality teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in clinical quality, process improvement, regulatory inspection management and at least two years of clinical auditing experience as lead auditor. The candidate will have an excellent working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (ICH E6), quality requirements and other international regulations (e.g. US, EU, Taiwan, India, Japan) are desirable.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational leadership in the planning and executing of GCP Quality activities to support companywide and clinical development/clinical trial Quality activities.
Successfully lead global and cross-functional quality projects
Maintains current knowledge of ever-changing clinical quality guidance and regulations.
Excellent communication and people skills to ensure cohesive and collaborative teamwork.
Demonstrated ability to implement and collaboratively drive company initiatives and policies.
Experience in clinical inspection readiness and acting as the point person for sponsor clinical inspections. Lead Quality hosting clinical site inspection by regulatory agencies highly preferred.
Direct experience to successfully manage and oversee CAPA plans (write, review, approve, close).
Successfully demonstrates ability to both conduct and manage sites, internal GCP and vendor audits as well as direct and guide audit follow-up actions.
Establish Quality and Cross-Functional SOPs, processes and associated documents.
Working closely with clinical pharmacovigilance team on supporting clinical trial safety.
Responsible for presenting & updating CGP quality metrics and reporting to Sr. Management.

The expected salary range for this position based in California is $150,000 to $170,000 annually. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualification, geographic location, and other job-related factors.

As the Lead Security Engineer at Samaya, you will build the security foundation that enables us to win and retain the world's most security-conscious financial institutions as customers. We run Python and Kubernetes workloads on GCP that process sensitive financial data at scale — and this is our first dedicated security hire. You'll own everything: building controls, running compliance programs, and representing security externally to enterprise customers.
Security Infrastructure: You will design and implement cloud security controls across our GCP environment — including IAM, KMS/CMEK, DLP, network controls, single-tenant isolation, secrets management, and audit logging. You'll own our security operations stack (SIEM, endpoint, alerting) and vulnerability management program, ensuring our platform meets the standards of the most demanding financial institutions in the world.
Compliance Ownership: You will own our end-to-end compliance programs — SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and what comes next — including evidence collection, auditor management, and our compliance tooling stack. You'll turn compliance findings into engineering work and customer-facing artifacts, maintaining policies and governance docs aligned with standards and regulators.
Customer Trust: You will be Samaya's security face to enterprise customers. What You’ll Do
We’re seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to help shape the financial foundation of a company at the forefront of the creator economy. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You’ll execute day-to-day accounting operations while building the scalable processes, systems, and controls that enable sustainable growth.
You’ll lead the month-end close, oversee accounts payable, ensure audit readiness, and drive efficiency through automation and continuous improvement. As we expand, you’ll play a key role in developing forward-looking accounting solutions that align with our long-term business strategy.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $125K-$140K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual discretionary bonus and equity.

Role Overview
The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for qualifying, developing, and sustaining suppliers to ensure conformance to quality management system requirements and detailed technical design specifications across mechanical and electrical components and assemblies.
This role partners closely with Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Program Management to ensure suppliers can consistently deliver parts and assemblies that meet performance, reliability, and production scalability requirements. The SQE drives supplier readiness from early design engagement through production ramp and lifecycle support.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical fluency in mechanical and electrical manufacturing processes, deep working knowledge of QMS standards (e.g., ISO 9001 / AS9100), and experience implementing structured supplier qualification frameworks (APQP, PPAP, FAI, audits, control plans, etc.).
