The Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting to join the growing Corporate Accounting team at Nex. We’re looking for a QA Lead / Manager to lead and grow game/content QA function for Nex Playground—a living-room motion gaming platform built for families and friends.

This is a people-manager role with hands-on leadership expectations: you will be accountable for team performance, scalable QA practices, and release readiness across multiple game teams and releases. While you should be comfortable getting close to the work and understanding defects deeply, success in this role comes from coaching, prioritizing, and building systems that improve quality over time.

You’ll partner closely with Production, Game Design, Engineering, and Operations to define quality bars, manage risk, and ensure every release feels polished, stable, and fun.
