Summary
The Player Personnel Associate position works with the Player Personnel staff to monitor club compliance with the NFL Constitution & Bylaws, the Collective Bargaining Agreement, and other League rules designed to preserve and enhance the competitive aspects and integrity of the game. Department staff communicate with Club and League office executives, college players and administrators, and player agents to provide guidance and education about these rules to ensure compliance and promote competitive fairness.
A successful candidate should have knowledge of the League’s member clubs and a career interest in football operations, player personnel/scouting, and/or labor operations/salary cap. Experience in a college football or compliance office, a professional sports organization’s player personnel department, or with player eligibility rules is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable creating, communicating, and enforcing League policy. Candidates must enjoy doing research and working with data. In addition, they must be reliable, organized, detail-oriented, innovative, and have good communication skills.

Summary
NFL Films is currently looking for a Seasonal Assistant Video Editor to work on various NFL Marketing campaigns. Must have 5+ years of previous experience working in a broadcast/film post production environment. Candidate needs to possess a strong work ethic, positive workplace approach, work well with others, and adapt in a quickly changing production environment.
Essential Functions
Assist editors with assembly, versioning, and finishing of marketing assets including promos, trailers, social clips, sizzles, branded content, and internal videos.
Prepare projects for edit by organizing footage, syncing audio, labeling assets, and maintaining clean timelines.
Create rough cuts, selects, string-outs, pull clips, and conform edits as assigned.
Work closely with marketing producers, editors, and creative leads to support quick turnarounds.
Track revisions and feedback from stakeholders.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and flag inconsistencies or QC concerns.
Perform QC checks on exports to ensure accuracy, brand compliance, and technical standards.
Prep deliverables for multiple platforms, formats, and aspect ratios.
Maintain accurate naming conventions, folder structures, and documentation.
Assist with simple graphics creation and updates using After Effects and Photoshop.

The Senior Manager, Influencer & Talent Marketing will be a pivotal position in building the new Influencer Marketing department while creating “made for social moments” to bolster interest around critical League initiatives (ex; Super Bowl, NFL Draft, Pro Bowl, Combine, NFL Kickoff, “off-season”, etc.).The ideal candidate is also highly connected, an expert networker with an expansive rolodex of contacts across key industries (fashion, music, sports/fitness, gaming, and culture), with a key focus in fashion and fitness, and has a deep understanding of the multicultural, Gen Z, and young millennial consumer and can help shape fan expression for the NFL brand throughout the season by identifying key influencers and talent that share similar interests and values In their day-to-day the Senior Manager, Influencer & Talent Marketing will be responsible for building and maintaining direct, on-going relationships with key talent emerging and established talent while creating an expansive roster within specific verticals; Fashion and Fitness (as well as Music, eSports, Gaming and Culture/ Culinary). The Labor Counsel for collectively bargained player policies and labor litigation will report to the Senior Vice President, Labor Relations and will provide primary support to the SVP in the administration and enforcement of player policies, including the NFL-NFLPA Performance-Enhancing Substances (PES) Policy, the Policy and Program on Substance of Abuse (SOA), the NFL Personal Conduct (PCP) Policy and Gambling Policy.
Counsel will work with the NFL Players Association to ensure the ongoing integrity and operation of the programs, including oversight of the policies’ respective jointly appointed experts (toxicologists, behavioral health clinicians and physicians), specimen collection vendors and laboratories and, when necessary, engage in negotiations with the NFL Players Association to update or revise the policies. Counsel will be responsible for reviewing potential violations of the policies and making recommendations for appropriate accountability measures and litigating appeals of discipline imposed under the Policies.
Counsel will also assist in negotiation, administration and enforcement of the NFL-NFLPA Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), including representing the league and clubs in arbitration under the CBA. He or she will represent the league and/or member clubs in grievance hearings involving the league and/or member clubs and supervise outside counsel in certain matters.
This critical role will require strong investigative and litigation skills. Experience in enforcement of labor policies, workplace drug testing and criminal litigation would be helpful.

This role also involves providing support for physical security technology systems and responding to security incidents impacting the League and its stakeholders.
This is a long term hourly contract role with the NFL.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the intake, prioritization, and fulfillment of formal and informal requests for research, general inquiries, incident-related information, and analytic support from NFL business units, club and stadium security, and external stakeholders.
• Manage shared email inbox and incident management accounts to ensure timely responses and appropriate information dissemination.
